Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

Just those Amazon one step cheapies. I have a couple of frer ones but I'm hoping I'll need them. Ill do one on Sunday if af doesn't arrive on sat. It'll e ok either way it I'm just so impatient x

RHR is up another beat per minute here... Can't believe I'm wishing my holiday away so I can get home and test!

Hr has dropped by around 3bpm over last couple of days and I'm almost certain I'm out, full of period spots on my chin and def feel af on the way in next day or two. Was bfn on the frer this morning too at 13dpo so I'm going to let myself have a sulk tonight and get the fuck over it. Always next month...

See ovulation tests? When should I be taking them? In the morning?

I read that you should test between 10am & 3pm. But don't take my word for it as I got a negative test everyday!

RHR has gone up to 71 from 69 yesterday.... Would alcohol have an affect as I was so certain AF was on her way that I had a bit of a breakdown on OH and we ended up getting drunk.

Totally lost here.... can any one make sense?? Take off the 80 it was a mistake lol so starting from the 71..... I thought I ovulated around last wed.... but there was no change in my hr even thought I had ewcm and ovulation pains!!

How many dpo are you?

My implantation dip was at 7dpo and I got a v v v faint bfp at 9dpo

I've become obsessed by this thread and have been watching my HR daily. My hr climbed before a positive opk. It then dipped before going back up, higher than pre ovulation rates. I've been having twinges but I'm probably wishful thinking

Roughly 5/6 I think going by positive OPK. Caught that one completely by accident-it was the first one I did this cycle. Ovia predicted peak fertility to be yday, so it pays to testing earlier. Guess time will tell, but I'm loving having something else productive to do other than poas 😁
