Will be ringing up the fertility people on Tuesday, so I've got that to look forward to!

I know some days are easier than others but can only hope it won't be too much longer.
Are u going to take the clomid tomorrow? Has to be day 2 of a full flow. Some get advised to take on day 3 of cycle but that's only if u have early ovulation usually.

Cd24here.. so I'm still none the wiser..? Not sure if I've ovulated but have had light EWCM for about a week! Boobs been quite painful last couple of days? See what happens in next few days. I'm sure I'm getting progesterone symptoms as feel a bit like I want to thump my dh!

Boobs definitely hurt- just tried squeezing them. Only ever felt them like this after ovulation so I'd be really pleased if I had ovulated. I'll give it 10 days from today to test.

So plastic is the devil and why we're all infertile.

In other news bfn on frer. 13 dpo, so that sounds about right. Boots having a bog of on frer, so I bought two pals and got two free, which works them out to be something like 2.75 each. Bargain!!

Agree, get that vitamin D on board, it helps with fertility.
I wasn't impressed by all the plastics stuff in that book, totally unrealistic. I took on board about the supplements, so now take ubiquinol and high dose folic acid.

PS. No I'm parking the Clomid idea for now Footy. Going to give it another couple of natural cycles with acupuncture, then will book a private consultation and discuss IUI/Clomid...

Yes I read about plastics etc.. not sure how worried it got me. So many factors that could not help fertility in 3rd world countries i.e. Diet & water and they seem to manage to conceive.
Really is just a waiting game.

Well I haven't had opportunity to symptom spot in awile and not knowing where I am in cycle but.. I have very tender boobs and nipples! I can't squeeze them at all or lie on them. Not had this for a very long time!?
It's not something I use to get after ovulation. Creamy cm today and temp was 36.60 this morning and not far off that yesterday.

I've had the same thought about third world countries! How they manage to conceive under some of those conditions is pretty miraculous... then I have my acupuncturist suggesting to me that I have warmer breakfasts to help improve the 'flow' of my system 🤔

Cd27for me. Yes tee that's above my coverline. Temp was 36.64 today so that's good. Really tired today & had a dizzy spell but could be the heat. Boobs still hurt. Fingers crossed 🤞

Funny you say that, I actually did have porridge today! Otherwise been having weetabix with hot milk, but should really do stuff on toast... I just don't feel like I have time to rustle much up in the morning and I don't have much of an appetite then either. Used to have crunchy bran with milk, but she said I need to stoke my body like a fire, and the cold limp breakfast is 'dampening things down' x

Think I'll give it a few days as really not sure when I may have ovulated. Things been up and down with the puppy and Dh been a bit grumpy so it's thrown me out of my usual routine of temping. Looking back on my notes i had only a slight cramp and tingly boobs on cd14 temp was 36.30 (which is below coverline for me) and had EWCM every day after that. Wish I temped in between them and now really! I had much more cramps on cd23, with tender boobs and EWCM and have done every day really since then. Boobs seem worse today. Cervix is high and softish been high for a week. Temp been 36.60 plus for last 3 days.. will continue checking temp this week see how it goes. Might do a random test on Wednesday. I need to buy some..

I'd be tempted to test if af wasn't here. Feel like shit. Sore throat, nausea. Can hardly eat. We're down in London for the long weekend, so it's even more annoying! Feel like I might be sick!

@Footy1 in both ny pregnancies I've had a dizzy spell which I then realise is when the egg implants. Your blood pressure can drop at this point, hence the dizzy spells.

Was 36.60 so still above coverline. Had a few cramps today, boobs still tender, especially the nipple area. Had a tiny pinkish streak in cm this morning, nothing since. ??
I've got a horrible feeling AF might be on it's way as the cramping is a bit like AF cramps.
Usually though I just get AF with cramps on the same day so I guess I'm holding on to that hope that it's unusual. Don't usually get painful boobs unless I take the pills to induce the period so again that is a bit usual.

In a way I like the fact I've got to finally symptom spot as the last few cycles I haven't ovulated. So fingers crossed 🤞

Thanks durez, I remember having a dizzy spell before but think was after my bfp in previous pregnancies. Could just be the clomid, or heat but hoping it's a bfp brewing.

I'm sure tomorrow will decide. If the cramps continue like this I think AF will be here by morning.

Wish I only cramped the day of or day before AF... I've been noticing cramps again for a few days. Not due until next Monday!

No cramps today, no AF. Would be quite excited but I took my temp this morning and it was low at 36.28! So think not a bfp brewing now . Going to temp for next few days and see what happens!

Well I've taken the plunge and rung the fertility testing people... they send through an appointment letter... no idea when! Seems very odd to me!

Ladies -how many days do your boobs hurt after ovulation? Seriously never had them hurting for this long before??im only a 32B but they feel like a DD or something! Lol 😆

It is footy... but they do also see NHS patients. It's the one that said it would be about 5 weeks for an appointment, so I get the impression they aren't really geared towards private patients. I'm worried that will then mean long waits for bloods/ scans or whatever. But dh would not even consider a different clinic as it's 'just for tests.' And we know what these men can be like! Heaven forbid we might go forward with something like IUI!

My boobs only hurt when I've had my chemicals... so hopefully this will soon lead to a positive test!!

I was going to say try another clinic Kate, the beauty of private is the speed of access to everything.... then I read on to what you said about DH, that's s shame. 5 weeks for an initial consultation is a joke! If AF arrives next week, which it inevitably will, I'm going to book a consultation too. DH has agreed to IUI if necessary late Summer, so I need to get the ball rolling.

Footy I too only get boob symptoms when pregnant, no notable changes throughout the cycle really, but then I did have an augmentation a few years ago and I don't think the sensations have been the same since 🤐🙈 x
