Hi everyone,
Thought I'd kick of the Feb bus.
I'm ttc #3 and it isn't easy this time.......
I'm planning on giving Feb all I've got - who's with me??!

Morning Ladies - I'm just lurking on the thread.
Thought I'd pop on and say hello to everyone.
Misty - I'm on day 5 of giving up smoking, I'm 38 and been smoking since i was 13! I've got a vape as I'm allergic to the patches and do not want to take the champix tablets as I do not want them to interfere with TTC (not sure if they do) but also heard they give you bad dreams, so too scared to try them to be honest... anyway - I just wanted to say.... it is really hard, every morning that coffee isn't the same without a smoke.... but I feel much better already and if i can do it... I'm sure you can. My oh smokes too and now I've quit, he's cutting down considerably... i would recommend getting a vape. Good luck.
I'm on CD13 today and got a negative OPK this morning - expecting a positive in the next couple of days (usually its CD14 or 15). I need to time the tackle as oh can't dtd every day or even every other :(

Bring on February and lots of BFPS :))))

Wow chaos, that's some testing will power you got there!! Fingers crossed !!

Cycle day 13 here, Ovia says fertile window starts today, although second day of digital opk and still negative ...but the lines on the strip are getting darker (even though instructions say ignore strip, only read the screen, I'm looking anyway)

Attempting to DTD every other day and hope this will be the lucky cycle

Not seeing DP tonight so hopefully I won't ov (not due to just yet but you never know).

We last dtd CD1, so will be back at it from tomorrow eve when he is home. Fx for this month.

Hopping on the bus if I may. CD25 here and pretty sure AF is on the way.

Had a chemical / early MC last month (bfp 27th Dec, started bleeding 2nd Jan - happy new year to me!) All a bit gutting after a year of trying without even a glimmer of a bfp. Trying to stay positive though - at least now we know I can get pregnant! Fell with DS first cycle so it's frustrating this one's taking so long.

For various reasons DH and I only DTD once this month, so not holding out much hope. Must do better in Feb! Thinking of getting some opks, and DTD more earlier in my cycle, as I think that's where we may have been going wrong. DTD every other day won't hurt either but not sure how DH will react to that

Anyway, sending fertile thoughts to you all - we will get bfps in Feb

Yay I have definitely ovulated! I'm officially 6dpo! Haha! I know this sounds a bit ott but I don't have a guarantee I will o every month due to my pcos. So erm well done to my ovaries 😂

Only thing is we dtd once, but it was on o day so you never know 😊

Lol phase! Yeah I have to admit I get a bit frustrated as my OH isn't really the "quickie"'kinda guy! Great when you want to have fun, not so much if you want to sleep/late for work etc!

Hi ladies! I really wanna be on the TTC bus but I have not had a period since coming off the pill 6 months ago, no withdrawal bleed or spotting or anything! I've gained weight, gone for hormone tests and been just told to wait it out until 1 year with no periods. Is there hope for me? Is there something I can do to help it along? Can I still get pregnant without a period? Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

I have been using OPK this month after saying I'd just take it easy but glad I did as my cycles have been irregular (26-34 days) post-pill so had no idea when to expect ovulation and therefore when to start poas like a crazy lady. Anyway yesterday I had a lovely positive OPK, tested again just now and it gone lighter again so thinking I've had my 'LH surge' and that I've either ovulated (did have some lower back/AF like pains about 10am today) or will do in the next 24 hrs. I'm so relieved as really didn't think I had been ovulating!

So here goes the tww. We dtd 24th, 26th and will hopefully again tonight so really hoping I'm in with a chance! No EWCM but have had much clearer watery discharge and have used pre seed.

Good luck to everyone else on the bus! Anyone else testing on 8th?

short cycles with quite short luteal phase so hoping that wont bugger me too much! ( I ovulated cd 14 or 15 last month so only 10/11 day luteal phase. on the plus side of short cycles, its less time to wait to know if im actually late! every cloud

So I'm in the 2ww meaning maybe I should have joined the Jan bus lol but af due next week and I buggered up my opk and didn't really notice any ov symptoms so dtd all over the place 😂
I'm either 9, 7 or 6 dpo 😂
Slight tender boobies and very slight cramps and my usual exhausted-ness (I'm a busy bee so always exhausted haha) so not holding out much hope!!

Gah I thought this month was going really well but now I'm ill, have a slight fever which is screwing up my chart and DH is too scared to DTD because I need to rest. -_-

And thanks for the well wishes! Read up a bit on chemical pregnancies and seems they are a lot more common than I realised !

Nothing new happening here and probably won't be for a while! Pretty much finished bleeding so just the odd bit when I wipe now and also feeling a bit lot Blurgh in general!

I have started temping today and will get out the opks around cd15 as usual cycle is around 37-40 days for me so won't ov for a while (cd4 today!)

Hope all are doing well and those who are in tww get Bfps in errr about two weeks time! make them sticky ones too!

Ohh forgot to say if af doesn't show beforehand my next testing date will be my dh birthday on 15th March! I'm really holding out that long now!

Morning ladies!?

Got my first static smiley face on opk this morning.. strange it's just gone from negative to static with no flashing in between!

I've put the info into Ovia and it has completely shifted my fertile week, I've also put it in fertility friend and it has given me a suggested test date for the first time which is 17th December.

Some more DTD for next couple of days and then that's it ...dreaded 2ww!!

Chaos I used fertility friend but only to compare to Ovia, I don't like it that much but I've been using Ovia that long , maybe it's just what I'm used to!

So I promised myself I wouldn't symptom spot. But guess what I'm doing lol so I'm 7dpo and last night I stood up from sitting on my bed and got a massive, like, ping on the left side of my womb area. It actually made me say ouch! Then ached for a bit after. I've definitely ovulated as I've got a nice shift on my chart. Any ideas?

Holly nice to see you again! Although sorry it's not on the antenatal boards for us both! Hopefully we will be soon hey! And that's sounds v promising that your having symptoms around implantation etc I have everything crossed for you!

I think I'm going to relax bit this month, I feel incredibly greatful for the children I have so anymore are a happy bonus really xx

I've used both fertility friend and Ovia (been doing this 10 months now...) and fertility friend is much more accurate. Ovia won't tell you when you actually ovulate and it has a weird system of fertility "peaks" which doesn't reflect how fertility actually operates, tis odd.

Has anyone had any experience with the clearblue dual hormone ovulation kit? I got one but it's now quite clear I need to start it at the beginning of my cycle. The problem is I have no idea how long my cycle is so can't time starting using the sticks (and it was £27 so don't want to waste them!).

My OPK's are always dark so struggle to find a peak so I was hoping the dual hormone element would help!
