Happy New Year! It's 2017 and it's OUR year

We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area. We've ditched the Gregorian calendar in favour of the TTC Cycle Day calendar, and we don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts, we just keep it legs spread and fingers crossed (LSFX). We love a baby bomb from a prior bus-mate but if we get told to 'just relax and enjoy it' ONE MORE TIME you will get a punch in the face!

We have a new Grad's Thread. We recently lost a whole load of ttc veterans to the good side and we're absolutely desperate to join in the fun! May 2017 lead us all to upduffed heaven and the Grad's thread, amen.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly, don't convince yourself that you're pregnant in the tww. That is paramount!

Hop on board, post your stats and prepare to be dazzled by the wealth of TTC knowledge we long-timeys have to share...

I can only echo the others, Pug - I'm so sorry this had to happen to you. Take all the time you need - we're here when you need us.

I spoke with EPU, as I'm still so early on they won't offer a scan yet which I thought would be the case. They were very lovely but advised to monitor bleeding and call back if it gets worse/pain worsens. Call back next week if bleeding stays as it is and then they will investigate further.
I'm just starting to feel crampy so am preparing for it to get heavier now.

Wishing you all well, you all deserve to get your babies so much. Hopefully one day I will get mine. Xxx

pug gutted to hear your news sending lots of positive vibes please keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on and if you are uncomfortable I would try to get in and see your doc just to get things moving it must be such a worry

Well I think I'm pretty definitely out today. Spotting this morning and although I don't usually spot, AF was due any day now, so I think I've got my answer. Although the spotting has now stopped which is strange, I'm still preparing for AF. Happened just before my PT session this morning and I cried about it in the gym loos - PT session was the longest hour ever. It's a couple of days earlier than expected but overnight plane travel threw my cycle off and meant I missed a couple of vital temp days around ov time. At least DH and I have an excellent fuck it weekend planned. Going to wait until AF puts in a proper appearance then make HSG appointment. It's all just so fucking tedious.

I'm on cd27 (of a 32+/-3 day cycle). boobs are mildly sore, so (PMA) my body is still doing sensible/regular things.

I just wanted to say I'm absolutely overwhelmed by all the love and support you have given me. I'm so lucky to have each and every one of you ❤️ Your kind words have lifted me up this morning when I needed it most. Thank you all so much I'm CD1, started bleeding overnight. When I am feeling down I will come back to read your words and find the strength to carry on.

Pug I'm devastated to read your news this morning. I am so, so sorry lovely The high of being pregnant after SO long, to then lose it is just unbearably cruel. Sending you the biggest hugs Let's hope our next time is not too far away. Take care ❤️ xx

My heart is so bloody broken for you both 😔 there's particular joy for me seeing long time TTC ers get their BFP. Mc is just so cruel. I know you might not even be thinking it yet but I'm silently willing you both back to strength and pregnant again with lovely long healthy pregnancies, as soon as possible.

Just wanted to pop on to say how sorry I am Alexia and Pug. It seems terribly cruel and unfair, you both deserve this so much and I can't begin to imagine how devastating this feels. I know you'll both bounce back from this with time and you have my everlasting love and support xx

I've been better Miranda - body feels like it's tearing itself apart, paracetamol not enough but seeing a Doctor today so I'm hoping to be prescribed something stronger.

Still only very very very faint spotting when I wipe (sorry tmi) - so who the hell knows what's going on.

I'm up for that hep, I've just arranged to meet one of my favourite friends for lunch on Saturday so that will be a treat for me.

DH has just been called off standby so is gone until Monday. I'm not due to ovulate for a week, but it's so stressful not knowing if he's going to be here or not. Hate standby!

flash i love getting waxed. Obviously not the actual waxing part but the results at the end. Going to see if I can get an appointment at my beauticians and get my eyebrows waxed and a few wee treats.

Also booked a comedy show for weekend after af is due. Will get dinner and drinks sorted too. Hopefully non alcoholic ones though. If not then it's a fuck night to look forward to.
