January bus anyone?

Thought I'd start the January bus, anyone else hoping for their BFP to welcome in the new year?
My stats are -
Age 23
TTC #2
CD 10
Cycle -- hard to put a number on, been trying a year but have had two losses, 5w and 12w so not sure where to count from.

They've gone light again... must mean the darkest was a positive. That's me in the tww then!

Ns I had 2 "high" last month & then peak - peak started on the day of my most positive OPK.

Didn't get a peak at all in my first cycle using it, but that was my first post pill so maybe I didn't ovulate.

This has prob been asked a thousand times before but opks should be done between 11am and 3pm? So not first thing? Want to have a good crack at it this month!

Thanks everyone. AF got me today so I'm actually pleased that the wait is over and I'm on cd1 again. Let's hope this bus is a lucky one!

Jellyb- I always get my darkest OPK in the morning using Fmu, but I haven't got a dark line yet! I know a lot of people test in the afternoon tho X

I'm new to this forum so just getting the hang of it all. I will probably be testing just before Jan as I have a shorter cycle at 25/26 days

Actually only ttc since April this year... In my head I already want 2016 to be over!

Jelly FMU = first morning urine. My OPKs vary, was super light this morning but much darker at 3pm - I should ovulate tomorrow / Tuesday so will see what tomorrow mornings OPK looks like. I never manage to do them during the day at work so I'll have to stick to the morning!

Just looked opk up and apparently anytime before 8pm is advisible but alot of sites say to try and avoid FMU because we all naturally produce what it tests for, and as it will always be concentrated at this time this means it skews the result?! 2pm looks like the best time to take it but thats completely impractical for work for me!

JellyB- yeah it's very inconvenient if you can't do it at work! I take mine to work but I always get a lighter reading in the afternoon

I was on cerelle amz Weird though as I had irregular periods on the pill now I've come off and nothing lol

Jelly I think everyone is different - I've been doing first thing since Thursday & then I did afternoon over the weekend as well. Mine were snowy white Thurs - Saturday & then gradually darker Sunday AM, darker still Sunday PM & then a clear positive this morning.

I got about 50 for £10 so can afford to waste a few!!

The Clear Blue advanced ovulation sticks are designed to be used with FMU so might be better for you? I had a "Peak" / Static Smiley on that today too so looks like ovulation should be in the next 24 hours!

Ah ok so its worth a go with FMU. I just brought a bulk order from ebay -only cheapies but if im doing so many i dont want to break the bank! Also got some cheap preg tests as last month i felt like i had to time poas as the sticks were so precious!!

Oh ok dangle I was also on a mini pill too but I didn't have a period the whole time I was on it. My body is definitely doing something, just not sure what! X

Amz just thought id say i came off mini pill in october. Took 21 days to get a bleed. The following month 30day cycle and now im on cd3 of cycle 3. I had all symptoms of pregnancy since i came off it though! x
