January bus anyone?

Thought I'd start the January bus, anyone else hoping for their BFP to welcome in the new year?
My stats are -
Age 23
TTC #2
CD 10
Cycle -- hard to put a number on, been trying a year but have had two losses, 5w and 12w so not sure where to count from.

This is so exciting all the bpf's, congratulations! My fingers are crossed that this is a lucky bus for the rest of us. I am counting down until the 7th when I think I can test, convinced myself that I will get a bfp but I know this is unlikely given it's my first TTC month. Feeling pretty low as caught some sort of bug so feeling sick and off my food (not like me at all!) so my heart is telling me this is pg but my head is saying stupid woman you are just ill Sad

You never know! I felt exactly the same and convinced myself it was a bug... Then I convinced myself it was the prenatal vitamins. Turns out it was early onset morning nausea!

Coming to the end of CD28 and 14dpo. My cycles are 26-28days. Lots of BFNs, brownish discharge around cervix, lots of wierd pelvic pains but no AF.

Right I need guidance!! Last pill 30/12 - today I actually have DTD and had a little withdrawal bleed as the day has progressed nothing major.
Couldn't resist an opk test. I really couldn't. I've done a couple in the past with friends, whilst on pill and it's always been negative. This has come up - is it too soon to be ovulating?!?

Sshsecretenclosed - that is a negative OPK. The test line has to be as dark as it darker than the control line to be positive. It always picks up the hormone as you're producing small amounts all month but you're waiting for the surge... or something like that. I'm sure someone will be able to give you the exact explanation here

Good luck missjonesy. I keep thinking AF has come or on its way but nope. Check my cervix and tiny amounts of brown discharge. I'm guessing my cycle is messing me around in view of the BFN.. I keep thinking I can see a bit of a line but then realise I have line eye

mummy think my cycles are setting down after pill not even sure when I ovulated this month kind of felt like I did twice...i usually get those pains at ovulation and got them this month at CD15 and then again but stronger at CD26 weird and confusing definitely feel like AF will be here soon but then felt like that for 5 days at least now!

So I ovulated on Tuesday (or potentially Wednesday) I had positive opks and cramping pains Monday/Tuesday and they'd eased off by Wednesday. Then last night I started getting this weird pulling/tugging sensation in my right side kind of by my ovary/uterus way. I have been having sore-ish boobs and stinging nipples but I know they're common after ovulation but has anyone else experienced a strange pulling feeling after ov?

Hey bubblegum. I came on here to ask the same thing. Im 2dpo and my left side is twinging and my nipples are so so sore to touch. Is this just post ovulation stuff??

Sorry to hear that mummy it will be me next I'm sure of it! But yes just take it as it comes that's going to be my attitude (I tend to get anxious about stuff so promised myself for new year i will be living each day as it comes)...

Hey jelly :) I only had the twinning for a short while and not had it since, I have no idea what it was. I'm guessing just a normal part after ov'ing? My boobs are on fire right now, all around my nipples, like a shooting pain through both. It hurts :(

Thanks Bertie, it was such an odd sensation, literally like something was tugging on my insides! I just figured that since I'm only 6dpo any "symptoms" I have are probably nothing and most likely just to do with having just ovulated. But fingers crossed, eh? :)
