Calling all Clomid-ers, Femara-ers, OPK-ers, temp-ers, IUI-ers and anyone else on the TTC Bus.

We are long past cervix prodding (in fact we know where it is at any given time just by closing our eyes) and we have ditched the Gregorian calendar in favour of the TTC Cycle Day calendar. We don't do baby dust, or baby-dancing, we just keep legs spread and fingers crossed (LSFX). We love a baby bomb from a prior bus-mate, but if we get told to 'just relax and enjoy it' ONE MORE TIME you will get a punch in the face. You get kwick-cake if you behave, and talked down from the ledge when you need it.

Hop on board, post your stats and prepare to be dazzled by the wealth of TTC knowledge we long-timeys have to share....

Nicky - did you just do this test?? I thought you could only get an evap line if you left it to stew for a few hours. If you've just POAS now, then you're preggers

My appointment with the gynaecologist is on the 3rd of Jan! Much sooner than the Doctor predicted. I'm pretty excited now.

Sorry for the multiple posts i am shaking i am home alone ! I cant believe it ! Have a gp appointment today to tell her i am taking levothyroxine for my tsh levels prescribed for the private doctor af was due yesterday i had the same exact feelings and cramps as af so i thought i was definately out ! Took a test just to rule it out before seeing gp !

We WILL all be pregnant in some capacity in 2017. I can feel it in my crumbling bones.

Hey skipper yes excactly the same but a bit more of a warm feeling in my lower abdomen area ! The only thing that got me thinking maybe i am pregnant is shortness of breath !

Now i am a bit freaked out my gp doesnt know i am on levo for my tsh levels the private consultant told me that as soon as i find out i am pregnant my levo dose should go up to prevent misscariage ! I will tell her today hopefuly she will order some blood tests asap !

To think we only dtd twice this cycle ! For 11 months we dtd everyday in the fertile window and nothing !
I also had the hycosy done this month for which there are anecdotal evidence that it helps with conception !

I had to wait 2 days to tell OH last time as I did it on a whim (bra didn't fit) and he was away for a few days.

You are the fourth person I know to get BFP straight after a hycosy. It sounds bizarre but I really want this done. I just know I need a good flush out.

Skipper i am not sure if it was the hycosy or the levo to lower my tsh levels ! But something did it !

Oh my goodness, Nicky, you are SO pregnant!! Congratulations!!!

What a wonderful surprise for you both and encouragement to us all to see it happen on cycle 12 for you.

I had my HSG this month too (I think it's pretty much the same as a HyCoSy, except they use X-rays instead of ultrasound to view the dye) so I'm crossing fingers it had the same effect!

How are you going to tell DH??

I think i have used all the pregnancy tests acquired over the last 12 months !

Inspector not sure which was it the hycosy or the levo tbh ! Fingers crossed for you !

Dh is at work i took the day off as i have a gp apoitment ! Have no idea how to tell him but i want it to be face to face !

But CONGRATS NICKY!!!!!! So exciting and wonderful - wishing you a long, boring, pregnancy and CAN'T WAIT to meet you on the grads thread!!
Its also good to know that when its your time the right spermy will find your egg and will fall in love and it will all work out, even if you only DTD a few times :) Make sure you keep up the dtd though, its good for pregnant women -WHICH IS YOU!!!

So...time for some SkipsStats:

The average TTC-er here is 31, and has been trying for 9 cycles. The average Grad is 29 and conceived on cycle 8. My non-logical brain takes from this info that we are all soon to be grads :)

We've got 9 more testers this year, hopefully lots of festive BFPs! Or a lot of drunken wailing will be heard across the country
