My last period was 18th November. Usually spot on cycles and no bother whatsoever with bleeding in between

Quick check of calculator says I should be ovulating right now - we are not actively TTC but wouldn't mind if we did..

Now this today - sorry Sad..not heavy enough to be a period?! Is this what spotting is? Only blood when I wipe, it's pink/reddy so fresh blood; not brown..nowhere near enough to soak a pad or anything

Any ideas?

TMI (photo inc) and very sorry..

It could well be implantation bleeding. Could just be spotting for no reason. When are you due on?

JenLindleyShitMom · 01/12/2016 17:53

Move this to conception and give an indication of what it's about in the title so people know what they're in for.

Sorry - how do I move it?

I'm not due my period until 16th November

I've heard of ovulation bleeding but I've never experienced it before. And we have been having sex the last few days

For those saying about the photo

I did say TMI, apologise and warn there was a photo included

I'll ask for it to be removed

Have you had sex today or last night? Are you up to date with your smears?

JenLindleyShitMom · 01/12/2016 18:03

Report your OP to HQ and they'll move it and amend the title.

HelenaWay · 01/12/2016 18:14

Yes please get the title amended. I feel sick now Sad

Soubriquet · 01/12/2016 18:19

You said there was a photo but didn't specify what

That's a bit OTT really

Passmethecrisps · 01/12/2016 18:20

If you are concerned it may be worth a check up with the GP.

The title is pretty clear that it is something people may not like.

Sallystyle · 01/12/2016 18:34

The title is clear but I still have no idea why anyone needs to see light red blood.

A description is more than enough as we all know what spotting looks like.

If it carries on see your GP.

Yes, lets all be disgusted at a bit of blood from a fanny.

I'm not disgusted. Not at all

But I would rather know what the photo was before I clicked on the link

Chitterlings · 01/12/2016 19:25

Oh FGS, OP stated TMI and photo included in the title. Why would you click on it if you are easily offended.

How is something that is seen by most women every month offensive??!!

Tis I haven't got any advice to offer, but please don't feel bad about your post.

Well then don't click on a TMI... SORRY... PHOTO INCLUDED ... Thread?!

Move it to conception OP, you'll get more understanding there.

lananzack · 01/12/2016 19:31

She specifically wrote TMI and said there would be a picture included... What did you expect? Don't be so soft people! It's a bit of blood she's concerned about!
Some people spot when they are ovulating, it could be implantation bleeding or it could well be spotting for no particular reason. The female reproductive system is just confusing. X

Leave the thread if it offends you. Or hang around and point and stare. Whatever makes you miserable.

Grin I think that is my favourite ever MN post.

Oh god GROW UP people complaining about blood on piece of tissue, it's totally natural and normal. Jeez, there's a lot bloody worse on the internet or tv.

Anyway OP, it could implantation bleeding. I had the same and some pains in my uterus. Turned out I was pregnant.

Littleballerina · 01/12/2016 19:43

I love that people are clutching pearls at a bit of blood!
Go to GP if worried op. And remember that when experiencing 'lady issues' you should sit in a dark cupboard until it's over rather than asking for advice on mn.
