My last period was 18th November. Usually spot on cycles and no bother whatsoever with bleeding in between

Quick check of calculator says I should be ovulating right now - we are not actively TTC but wouldn't mind if we did..

Now this today - sorry ..not heavy enough to be a period?! Is this what spotting is? Only blood when I wipe, it's pink/reddy so fresh blood; not brown..nowhere near enough to soak a pad or anything

Any ideas?

I am not offended by the picture. I see this stuff at work all the time and much much worse. I have a stomach of steel.

I just think it is weird to post a picture of blood. We all know what light red blood looks like after all. Decidual casts and such? makes sense as that isn't something you see often.

So no, I'm not offended because it's blood from the vagina. I would say the same if someone posted a photo of a nose bleed.

The OP wants reassurance that it is implantation blood so not "everyone" knows what it is, Henderson the photo is indeed necessary.

Looks exactly like my implantation bleed which also made me very crampy so I thought it was a false alarm. My false alarm is 6 now so I hope it's good news for you OP.

I like the sporners. Many people like seeing those pictures.

No one really gets excited over seeing some pinkish blood on a toilet paper.

Can be described easily enough. It just shocks me sometimes the things people take photos of and post for everyone to see.

I'm not offended with a bloody tissue, pic and tmi were in the title so stop rubber necking and moaning about it.

It could be the start of your period or spotting after sex. Anything really, not much help here sorry.

My guess would be implantation bleeding.

Ignore the prim pearl clutchers. If a spot of blood gives them an attack of the vapours then I doubt their medical advice is up to much.
