jellybabie if today is your CD1 then you probably won't ovulate until CD12-14 which will be 28th-30th. Are you using an app? As you've just recorded a 21 day "cycle" then the app will predict based on that but in reality you haven't had a 21 day cycle, just a 21 day break before your first AF. Does that make sense?

MrsG -you are right, my app has predicted 'medium chance' of pregnancy until the 28th to 1st december where it is recorded as high chance. You can tell i have no idea what im doing! First bleed since 2004 i think...hurts like hell (thats why i went on the pill) but happy as larry right now as i know others have waited a long time for anything to happen. Thanks for you comment

I'm not sure, do you know when you ovulated? I mean generally it's always worth a go if you feel like it... it wouldn't do any harm anyway!!

True that. They tell you all your life to be careful about it, but no one ever mentioned how hard it can get! I know many people who would've started ttcing much sooner had they known how long it can take!

I think I am now... i think it's causing the bloatedness as AF not due till 1st and got positive (ish) OPK on Monday at midnight... DTD Saturday (warm up) had sun/mon off as was drunk then V hungover then DTD Tues and worked late last night so missed it...

Would rather do anything than get bounced around tonight as feeling a whale sized hot mess but if I'm still in the zone then I shall dutifully read a couple of chapters of Fifty and get my groove on

If You Can Be Persuaded TheN DTD But I Wouldnt Worry too Much As im Sure I Have Read Somewhere That YoUr Libido increases When You Are Fertile So if Ur Bloated And Really Not Feeling It Then you May Have Have Gone Passed The Critical Day(s) ?

We're waiting till Jan so we can have 3 months of preconception vitamins done and get a couple of normal cycles under my belt! So excited and a bit nervous!!

Coming off the pill has been emotional! Have been on the pill since I was 18 to keep endo at bay (which has been massively successful last op showed tiny bit round bowel but no where near baby making bits!!) and when I had my scan (I'd come off my pill for a month at that time for the scan) they actually captured me releasing 2 eggs and as my mum is a non identical twin who knows!!

I've had really really sore boobs which I'd completely forgotten about and cry at the drop of a hat! Even at the one show!! I feel much more aware of me and my body which is weird and using opk (but not obsessively) and Ovia app.

Evening all, hope everyone is well. Currently around 4/5 dpo and trying not to obsess over every little potential symptom. Yesterday had a bit of a dizzy spell and stabby boob pain. Today I've had pinchy back and lower abdomen pains. The tops of my boobs are notable achy and I've had a rotten metal taste in my mouth. Now, as much as I'd love to think these were bfp symptoms, my rational side knows my back is sore from exercise, my mouth has a weird taste because I have a sore throat and my boobs are just achy still ages til test time...the 2ww is a complete nightmare

Wow Tigger, that must have been exciting to hear about you releasing two eggs! My maternal Grandmother is a non-identical twin so it's something I have thought about too...scary!
My AF is pretty much finished today so DH and I can finally start the ball rolling He's very much looking forward to it despite me telling him DTD tomorrow is highly unlikely to get me pregnant. Think he's wanting to get a lot of "practice" in for when the FW arrives
