Thought I'd start the December bus, who's on the naughty list this year?

Flaming you never know! My sick feeling hasn't comeback as bad but I've been stuffed from tea!

Another BFN today think I'm around 11dpo and AF due Tues-thu... I know I shouldn't test but I'm actually finding that testing early is helping me this time. I've had it in my head that I am pregnant so seeing the BFNs is helping me be realistic about things. And if they don't turn positive or I get AF then I'm sort of expecting that.
Anyone testing today/tomorrow?
I'm desperate for someone to get their BFP this cycle!

Can I join?? Decided last night that I don't want to wait any longer to start ttc again as I turn 40 next year and whilst it may not be the the best time career wise as I am on a temporary contract due to end the end of July stuff it!!

Morning everyone, and good luck (or good willpower!) to those testing (or trying not to) today. I am on CD14 today...DTD on Friday at CD12 but DH went out last night and got in at 4am so nothing yesterday. Hoping to try today and tomorrow as I think I ovulate today according to dates/CM. However, judging by the stench coming from the spare room where DH slept last night, that might require some effort! Happy Sunday x

I ended up getting up early this morning for a wee and didn't even think about testing until after I'd flushed so that's another day of temptation gone! 9dpo today. Stay strong ladies xx

I'm off the bus already and it isn't even December yet! AF due next weekend, ovulation cramps about 2 weeks ago. DP hasn't come anywhere near me for about 6 weeks.

I probably won't be on any future buses. It is all getting too much. I've deleted all my apps. I need to do some serious soul searching

Congrats Julez! Well I'm still hanging on from the November bus following my previous post. I'm 3 days late for af and I'm 14 dpo. I tested yesterday afternoon using a cheap test (freedom) and was bfn. Very confused as I'm never late or have irregular cycles. 28 days on the dot.

Congrats Julez! Lovely to see that second line the witch is tomorrow and I'm feeling the cramps settling in. I'll be moving onto next cycle but not hopping off the bus just yet as my next af due in and around Christmas Day, so still time for a December BFP!

Congratulations Julez! I'm away at the moment and will be testing from Tuesday FMU. I've been drinking small amounts in the tww and gone to a spa - decided I can't put my life on hold while trying. I'm far less anxious than last month as I'm carrying on with normal life. Definitely the best way for me I think.

Positive opk today on cd14 so i am going to have to start seducing dh after x factor!

Cried twice today - once because I had a puncture in the car & then at Deep Impact...

Also baby bombed earlier this week. Very very dear friend that got pregnant by accident at 40+ after giving up hope!

So decided to do an OPK as I have tons. Am 7DPO & shouldn't be testing until Friday...but I have no willpower (the packet of ginger nuts I've eaten today is proof). I'm also strangely off hob nobs - this is highly unusual - otherwise no symptoms - boobs fine, if anything, less sensitive than usual!

London I really wouldn't trust an OPK as a prey test, you can have LH in your system at any time in your cycle so could just be picking that up x

(NB: this is my first month of using OPKs so maybe that's just a standard "not positive" result - as I said, seeing what I want to see!)

MrsG thank you, I need a voice of reason!! Am going to hide them and see how this week pans out!

London - as has been said you will always have LSH in your system so faint lines can appear at any point in the cycle. OPKs can detect the pregnancy but only really at the stage your period is due and is only positive is the second line is as strong as the control line.

I'm now on CD19 and no real EWCM and consistently negative OPKs. My cycle is all over the place this month, it's a complete guessing game

I'm with you Writer; CD 15 and negative OPKs. Thought I was getting somewhere this afternoon when my OPK was the darkest I have had (not a positive but looked to be going that way). But then did another one later on and, although a line was there, it was fainter than earlier in the day. No idea what's going on

Aaaand I'm out! The spotting has started so af is here right on time-nothing if not predictable. Think there'll be a much needed night outnext weekend before the next FW begins. Good luck ladies

Ironically I've just had a positive one

I've just had an angry quickie with DH (I'm angry about work issues and took my frustration out on DH) and just before going to bed I thought I'd POAopkS and got a strong second line within a few minutes.

Pps) has anyone seen that advert where for Christmas a woman gives her husband his present and he unwraps it to find a book of baby names and then he looks up at his wife and slowly clicks that she's pregnant and they have a lovely excited hug? I love, love, love it and it almost bought a tear to my eye
