Morning. How is everyone?

10dpo here. I did a test this morning & it wasn't even a squinter - no denying that BFN! AF is due Wednesday so I reckon I'm out

Lulu, it can be anything from 12-48 hours. The only way of knowing is by temping. Last two cycles I got a positive OPK in the morning & ovulated that day. Other people it's the day or two after. It's so frustrating when one of you is in ill in the fw. It's happened to us a couple of times too. Fx DTG the other night was enough!

Yeah, hate the whole process of ttc now. Keep trying to tell myself it's fine if I'm not preggers each cycle but then get really down. I've suffered from depression too so massive hugs to you vox.

Think I'm 10dpo, big temp dip which looks normal approaching af. Trying not to even bother with anything except temps and focusing on cd3 bloods next Monday. Really don't want to go to work, want to snuggle up in a big blanket with a book and cry if I want to!

Morning everyone.

Well had a bit of a weird weekend. My aunty passed away yesterday from cancer. My mum and dad are upset so had to console my mum. My other uncle has also just been given 3 months. I just feel really sorry for my cousin. I know he's not going to handle it.

BUT, I did have a relaxed weekend, saw friends Friday night and then had more friends over last night for tea. Back still bad but the tummy ache has subsided. I think I'm due my AF maybe Friday or next weekend. My temp stayed high this morning and I have my cross hair on the chart. Sooo I'm thinking I either didn't ovulate, ovulated twice (around day 6 and again at 20) or I ovulated late (at day 20 ) since I've had the symptoms and temp to support that. BUT, in all honestly I have no clue.

I'm 12dpo and got a bfn this morning so just waiting for AF now, not due til thursday. It's going to gell like forever! I'm going to start temping soon. But looking at ovia we only dtg once in my fertile window!!

Sorry about your aunt Mouse cancer is a bitch. My grandma passed from it a few years ago and its never easy

Hope AF comes for you soon, unless you did ov and managed to catch it! At least by temping you can see what might have been going on?

lulu i googled this A LOT this weekend! I think it is more likely that you get a positive opk then you ovulate within 24hours. I thought the positive opk meant you were ovulating then and there but apparently not.
It really does coincide with the temps though - i got a big spike on Sunday morning (the morning after and evening positive opk). Then sunday eve opk was very faint so pretty sure i ovulated yesterday.
This morning the temp was a bit lower as well.
Sorry for the BFNs both purples (Haze and bella!) but you are still slightly early so maybe there is still some hope??

I'm so sorry mouse. I lost my dad to cancer back in July. Grief is a weird and wonderful thing. Last night was a prime example 11pm last night I was in floods of tears for no apparent reason (not good as it was after dtd too oops).

Im assuming I am coming into my fw now as I had a 28 day cycle last month.

Just thought I'd pop by to share my weardrum month stories. Over the weekend my nippers have been sore, which is normal for me before AF. Have also had stabbing pains all day today. I haven't felt my PMS since TTC #2 and I seriously think I'm feeling themail this month as I'very come off vits.

My mind is playing tricks big time today. I've been working on some baby and pregnancy related things at work this morning and it's sooooo hard. I keep wishing so badly I was already pregnant. Daydreaming about telling people. It's totally unhealthy. I almost want my boobs to hurt just so I have one symptom. Gah!!

OMG that message makes no sense. Have got a new phone due to my last phone being an arse and this one is now writing cryptic messages.

Thanks purplehaze and mother for the ovulation advice. I've thought about temping but have wondered whether our toddler related disrupted sleep would mean the readings were too unreliable but maybe I should give it a try.

mouse - I'm really sorry to hear about your family news. My MIL died of missed bowel cancer last year (it went undiagnosed until two days before her death) and it was awful watching her slowly disappear in front of our eyes, it really is a cruel disease.

lulu - I had considered temping just so I can find out for definite that I am actually ovulating but I also have a toddler that's up during the night.

rosebud - I loved the typo about your nippers being sore

flashing - we haven't spoken since she sent me her BFP photo but I can't avoid her now as we go to a toddler group tomorrow morning together which we have gone together for months and months. I don't want it to be awkward, I want to be happy for her but I still feel angry, not at her particularly but just at the unfairness of it all.

Hi everyone I hope you don't mind me joining your conversation? We are trying for our first. I came off the pill in December after being on it for 10 years. Thought it would be straight forward but my cycles were completely messed up for months! Seem to have settled over the past three months thankfully but we held of ttc due to me starting a new job recently. This cycle has been our first one properly trying. I had a positive ovulation test on Friday so keeping fingers crossed! However, I seem to only have around 7-10 days between ov and period which from what I've read online isn't good Good luck everyone!!!

Purple I've felt like that for days. These shooting pains have been in my left ovary/tube/womb all day on off. I'm secretly hoping it's going to be my month but I really think it's coming off the vits. I think I can feel my body again. I have everything crossed for you and hope AF takes a 9 month holiday.

Anyone fancy a chart interpretation? I was happy enough with mine until FF randomly changed my ovulation date today. I'm getting up with DS through the night so doubt the temps are super accurate, plus I'm taking it between 5.30-6.30am each morning depending when I'm up, so that varies too, plus I mouth breathe. I was originally going with ovulation on CD 17/18 and then planning to test at the end of this week. Now it says I'm only 3dpo and if that's right all the DTG will be completely wrong timing this month.

How long are your cycles usually? FF can be wrong & the fact it's put dotted crosshairs means it's not sure. It must be really frustrating though. I have struggled with temping a bit this month as DD has been a bit unsettled. It's definitely a lot harder to get clear results when you have disrupted sleep. Sorry, not sure that's much help but fingers crossed FF is wrong

Update from me. Cd41 today. Bfn last Sat with fmu on frer. Still lots of pg symptoms. Especially sore, veiny boobs. Fx for a bfp next Saturday when I test again.

DTG last night and he did a jizz! Over the moon. I feel like I'm back in the game (if not this month's game) now.
Also saw my sister this weekend and told her we're ttc, she told me she got pregnant with her first on the first day after her period finished. Just a cautionary reminder that its always worth a shag ladies. xx

I was on my first month of clomid With sore boobs and nausea today is testing day and I have the sure signs that af is about to burst in full force and just wasted a test and it was negative
