I watched it too!

The bloods I have on Friday are not the 21 day cycle bloods I dont think, as I'm not on day 2-5 of my cycle. They are testing for any thyroid issues, plus another couple of things I think, but whether they then ask me in for another one in a few weeks I dont know. I'll ask on Friday though.

Yeah the SA thing is more about timing as DH needs to get the time off just to go to GP for the referral letter, then he will need to pop to hospital to do the test as we live about 35mins from our nearest one.

......its interesting you say you need to have it there within the hour. We were told 20 minutes and so were told he'd need to DTD at the hospital. I might double check that.

tatatetelle · 26/10/2016 12:35

Summer I hope you get the results quickly xx

My OH was told 1hr as well, so dtd at home and brought the sample within the hour, that seemed fine. Although I think he would have preferred to do it all at the hospital to avoid the worry of being delayed by anything.

Bassetmum not long to go now..!!

How's everyone doing?

bassetmum · 26/10/2016 14:21

Nope not long. Ovia reckons I can test in 2 days but I might see how long I can last.

I'm exhausted this week and now I have an ulcer on my tongue pop up this afternoon and it bloody hurts.

tatatetelle · 26/10/2016 15:58

I'm sorry you're tired and in pain Basset, but on the bright side, I think these are rather promising signs! I'm like you though, I think I'd rather wait a tad longer and make sure whatever first result I get is accurate.

pebble82 · 26/10/2016 16:48

Just caught up - was DD1's birthday yesterday so been busy!

Those testing early just wanted to give you the benefit of my experience. With DD1 I tested from dpo11 and got all disappointed EVERY DAY until dpo14 when there was a very faint line - so even if you are pregnant it will still give you a BFN. This time I refuse to test early. It's just upsetting and stressful for no reason.

Also, I was 31 then and got my BFP on cycle 1 (possibly cycle 2 if you count the month DH was away at the "right" time - grr). I'm now almost 34. There are post 30, non complicated conception stories out there :)

MouseLove · 26/10/2016 18:24

Well I'm confused. CD41 today. No signs of AF.

LOADS of EWCM Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Absolutely nothing yesterday and a little today. My temp did go up a little today but not much.

Are you usually hotter or colder when you first wake to let's say a few hours later?

I temped at 4am today as I woke early. I usually do it at 5am. So i did it again at 5 and it was a lot lower than at 4. No idea what that means.

I haven't had any tummy pains at all the last few days. I'm stumped as to what's going on or if I've even ovulated at all this cycle.

MrsG280516 · 26/10/2016 18:27

Mouse it's more important to take your temperature after at least 3 hours undisturbed sleep rather than the time itself. So I'd say the 4am one is more accurate.

Shoney85 · 26/10/2016 20:14

Good evening ladies, just catching up after a long spell away to see how you are all doing. A massive congratulations to BoBo, Midnight and Luci!!!! Super news

Today I am 11+4, had a bit of a tough start (had a couple of scans, last one was at 7+5 and all looking good) but almost at the 12 weeks, got our scan next week and can't wait. Sooooo anxious!!!! Symptoms are bad, very tired and bad nausea (put on so much weight with having to eat crap food constantly) , actually thrown up last week and this week. Boobs are huge and sore and had mild cramping everyday since I found out.

Can't wait to finally tell everyone and see our baby

Good luck to all the ladies out there trying!!! Xxxxx

BoBo90 · 26/10/2016 22:20

Hi girls,

I'm back to join you all once again for the joy of opks and tww's 😒

Mr bobo and I lost our little one today and are devestated but trying to stay positive and get straight back into ttc again. Nature has its reasons and baby obviously wasn't quite right so here's hoping for a quick round two (I can't do another 10 months) and a healthy full term pregnancy!

As always good luck to the current tww'ers and also to anyone having tests soon! Xxx

I'm so sorry to hear Bobo! Good to hear you are thinking so positively though. Big hugs!! Xxx

Well ladies I'm not quite sure what is going on with ovulation this cycle. I was expecting it at the weekend but we were away so didn't use opks. Have done since Sunday though and they have all slowly been turning into positives :/ I usually get a very very obvious positive before they turn negative. I may have missed it at the weekend but really not sure what is going on. Dtd every other day still :/ any one else experienced this? On cd 28 today
X

MouseLove · 26/10/2016 23:19

HighHopes16 · 27/10/2016 19:10

CD46 for me with no sign of AF and no EWCM but all day I've been having odd pains in my stomach so thought I'd do an OPK when I got in from work and I think it's my first ever positive?

Thread 5 ttc post pill: join us for wacky cycles, far to much poas action and support from some lovely ladies!
MrsG280516 · 27/10/2016 19:21

Yep that's a positive HighHopes! Time for DTD Wink

Seven0fNine · 27/10/2016 19:22

How are you doing Luci? X

MouseLove · 27/10/2016 19:25

Awww fab news HighHopes you give me hope lol. CD42 today and nothing. Hmm

I've had a reaaaaally long and stressful day, got my review at work tomorrow and a massive deadline. Someone brought their brand new baby into the office and I almost lost it. DH is home from work poorly and I was asked to stay late. I just want to cry!!

HighHopes16 · 27/10/2016 19:52

Oh yay really? I've never had a positive OPK before so wasn't sure if it was one or not. Tonight's the night then! Wink
Glad to give you hope Mouse, sorry you've had a bad day.

Kaisha02 · 27/10/2016 20:05

Hi ladies, I haven't checked in for a while as found myself getting pretty obsessed. We've only managed to dtd twice since af last came so this month is pretty much out again. I'm on cd21, cycle 3.
Sorry to hear af hasn't arrived yet Mouse, what a cycle you have had!
