We've had a bit of a bfp success streak so let's continue that on into thread 5!!

Hi ladies, how is everyone? Hope the recent BFPs are all doing well!

Just wanted to let you know I had my first scan yesterday. I'm 12+3 which is a little ahead of where I thought and there's a lovely wriggly baby in there. They're a fidget, just like me and DH!

Why does the 2ww feel like the 10ww?! ...maybe because I spend the entire time symptom spotting and googling everything like a crazy woman! The latest is I had a backache for like 2 hours this afternoon 🙈 an af type backache... Gone now.

Looby, any update?

luci I thought af had arrived, a bit of spotting yesterday and then a bit heavier this morning, but since lunchtime it's been minimal. I'm just wanting to know one way or the other now, I'm fed up of getting my hopes up! I have got a frer to use in the morning, but as confused as I am I'm still not very hopeful.
2ww is the worst, and it definitely does feel like a 10ww! I'm a bit addicted to google as well, I say every month I won't do it but I always end up symptom spotting!

Lol luci I've been symptom spotting too like a crazy person. I'm 9dpo, tested yesterday and bfn but today I'm getting shooting pains in uterus. This could be AF though. Think I'll wait until the weekend and test if AF doesn't arrive. Not holding out much hope though as I've been ill most of the month. Not sure if that affects ovulation or not.
Any symptoms for you? Anyone else in the tww?

Fx crossed af doesn't show up looby and fx for 2 lines on that frer!!

Purple, I'm only 4 dpo and only thing that ive had that I didn't have last month was a bit of backache. But 4 dpo is too early for any kind of symptom really I think.

I just drive myself nuts even, constantly trying to tell myself to chill out... Doesn't work tho! Af is due on 22nd, so will try and hold out as long as poss before I test. It seems like aggggeeees away!! 😩

Bfn on a FRER this morning, now I'm really confused! Spotting Wednesday, light AF type bleed yesterday morning, but completely stopped by the evening. I've decided to go and enjoy my weekend away in the exact same way I would if I wasn't ttc or possibly pg. Then I'll test again if still no proper af next week. Although I just want to know one way or the other really!

luci I'm 7dpo today and feel like I'm going crazy, on 5dpo and 6 I've had very very light spotting, only visible when wiping, and even then maybe twice/three a day both days, my boobs are incredibly sore, getting up off a chair is painful, they're normally bad but this feels worse... Yesterday I managed to convince myself the spotting was start of period, 5 days early, on cd22 due to holiday this month and flying and stuff but I never have 2 days spotting at start and I've gone insane

Awww....Lobby, I know how you feel it's the just wanting to know part. I am on cd40 around 8 days late (although my cycles have been a bit wonky but average seems to be 32). Took a FRER this morning and a bfn.

But no signs of af, none of any of the normal pains. But did not track ovulation last month so....it is a guessing game....and Google is my best friend and worst enemy :p.

Piehunter, implantation spotting maybe? Fx!

I have bit the bullet and booked a private scan this weekend as its been 15 weeks since my m/c with no proper period & I can't wait another 18 weeks for my nhs referral ! Hopefully it gives me some answers.
You ladies sound like you need a distraction else you are all going to drive yourselves crazy in the tww!!

I'm out all weekend so hopefully will be distracted. I can't test until at least next Friday which will be 12dpo af due on the Saturday.

Glad you've got a scan booked highhopes and fx you get some answers (and the all clear to ttc). Hopefully your gp will hurry things along too either way as they can get your other tests booked if all clear or refer you urgently for further treatment if not (but fx). Thinking of you and keep us updated.

Husband and I have decided to stop actively trying for a while. Combination of horribly busy time at work for him, and me possibly moving jobs. It's a hard decision, but the right one. I'll still be popping back here to see how you all are getting on!

I have a scan Monday morning now due to some pains so fx for a nice happy little bean! It will be good to finally have proof of how far along I am! Get's a bit annoying trying to convince every medical person that I'm only 7 weeks even though going by cd1 I would be 11 weeks Will hopefully have good news to report back to you all

Fx highhopes. I am spring cleaning on winter in anow attempt to distract myself. 10 days late and tested every second day like a crazy person. Can go from having convinced myself my cycle is being a bitch to [email protected] I have ovulate later and it is too early to test. Think I am driving my dh up the wall.
