Footy, no spotting since Tuesday but it was pretty bright red for about an hour.definitely go to to the medical centre tomorrow with a water sample. A uti is rubbish and I had a kidney infection last year which flattened me for a week with shivers and back pain.

Kate, try not to worry about interview, try stay relaxed and you might hit the jackpot in both situations. What happens if u fall pregnant this cycle and then get offered the job? Would u still take it?

Nim, glad spotting has stopped. All this is such a worry. Even when kids are born, they grow up and we still worry! Crazy.

Bladder feels ok today, but urine v cloudy. Going to drop sample tomorrow in the doctors for peace of mind. Only good news I have is that "h" is back to DH! He's away now, but before he left we sorted a few things out. He's been sorry, and admitted its work that stresses him out and not me. He shouldn't take it out on me. The break we have had of deeds and him being away makes me hope he'll be well up for it on his return next week. Need to pace him, as he explained he can't manage it all the time esp when tired. He suggested we make plans for the kids when it's the good time! Haven't mentioned anything re the test last week. Didn't want to start another debate on obsession!

Sorry been a bit quiet, had a hard week. Grandma seriously unwell and almost died, she's pulled through but still touch and go. Fell out with DH badly today - I asked him to show more emotion about TTC and how hard this situation is - he said sarcastically I'll scream and shout when your period comes then. I totally lost him told him to get fucked and stormed off

Very hormonal and emotional and just dreading AF coming next week. I'm 10 DPO and feel exactly the same as I do every month - painful trapped wind, low tummy pain, back ache, sore boobs, very emotional and short fuse. All absolutely textbook. I need to keep feeling hormonal - if I feel better over the next few days I'll know hormones are dropping and AF is coming once again.

Footy so glad DH has been promoted! You need his support right now, and I'm glad he backed down. Men can be stubborn!
Really sorry to hear you've had such a difficult week Jem. Hope your Grandma makes a speedy recovery. I don't think our husbands connect as emotionally about ttc as we do. It's very black and white for them. They aren't immersed in the 'countdown' like we are. If it doesn't happen, they can just look forward to more sex! My DH always says 'just relax, doesn't matter when it happens'. He just doesn't feel any anxiety about it. He's started to show wanting it more and definitely makes more of an effort on important dates, but it doesn't worry him that it's dragging on.

CD9 for me and started DTD. Twice tonight which is unusual for us! Told DH he needs to keep up until at least Friday! He seems game.... so far. Had ewcm yesterday and today. Wonder if I'll ovulate as early as CD11 like last month! Faint line on opk this evening. Plenty of strips in so will test x2 a day, also temping!

That was before midday, so could be a peak tonight! Ovulation tomorrow or early Weds I reckon. Then internal scan Thursday, hope it doesn't interfere...

Nothing happening here for me. Bfn on IC today, no sign of AF. I'd be 14dpo, so clearly I haven't ovulated. Next cycle will be cycle 7, so hoping its a lucky number.

Hola lovely ladies, had my HCG and progesterone blood tests today and results came to me after 3 hours! With a little message:

Please find attached your results which are indicative of a positive pregnancy test. You can print this PDF file and pass to your GP/Midwife team.
NORMAL Progesterone levels during pregnancy:
1st trimester (weeks 1-12):
32.6-140 nmol/L

And my progesterone level - 131.9
And HCG - 100.9

I can not believe it! And still can't believe it!!! I'm in shock, I think!!!
Called my clinic in Riga, chatted with my nurse (told me to carry on with my vitamins which I'm still taking after IUI), and then with my acupuncturist! DH is over the moon!
And I thought AF was coming as boobs became sooooo sore a couple of days ago! And nipples are sooooo sensitive! Don't even know dpos when I felt it as I've stopped following and monitoring symptoms. I haven't even POAS!
My next HCG and progesterone blood tests are on Wednesday. Will report then.

Oh wow congratulations Russ!! That's fantastic news! Did u start any fertility treatment or did it just happen beforehand? That's really good levels too. :) you must be thrilled.

Thanks Footy, had our first IUI 2 weeks ago today and was on Clomid cd5-cd10, for the first time. And today did my blood tests and again will need to do on Wednesday as HCG and progester levels grow. Then I don't know what's next as I'm still in shock, I believe! I still can't believe it!

Pretty low tee cannot make babies. Period coming Thursday, I can already feel the progesterone dropping. It's hopeless

Want to make it more "believable" for myself and hold something tangible in my hands!!! So found a Boots pregnancy cheapie test and took it this morning. It's BFP!!!! I can now say as we use all these abbreviations. It's a BFP for me!! Oh wow!! DH is still very much over the moon!!!
