Sorry for AF bobo! What's going on with our bodies?

As far as diet goes I haven't really changed mine, just been trying to eat more fruit and veggies!

I also live in south east, where abouts are you guys from in the SE?? I had never thought of reflexology, sounds interesting!

Nice to have you back Claire xx

peskyfeelings · 29/07/2016 08:28

This is her website Clairesunflower www.tamarlawrencereflexology.com/

I would really recommend her. I went in feeling stressed to bits and came out in a much improved fame of mind. It feels really odd to start out with, but once you get into it it's great. It was amazing what she could tell about my body and state of mind just from touching my feet. I think she might be a witch! Smile

It was also just really nice to talk to someone who really listened to my concerns and could offer real advice and reassurance. I'm going again next week, as weekly sessions are recommended for maximum results.

I live in New Cross LoulaBelle We probably all live in the same street, and haven't realised. Ha.

ClaireSunflower · 29/07/2016 09:34

Hi loula I'm in Chislehurst, moved there last year from central London whereabouts are you? Would be so funny if we were all nearby!

Thanks for the link pesky I have emailed her and will hopefully get an appointment soon. I am quite a stressy person and a massive worrier so anything that will help me chill out a bit must be a good thing!

Got another positive opk this morning as well as yesterday so think I will be ovulating today at cd30. I was getting worried it was an anovulatory cycle so I am quite relieved. dh came in last night a bit tipsy but just jumped on him anyway which he didn't seem to mind too much Grin

peskyfeelings · 29/07/2016 09:49

I'm sure she will be in touch soon ClaireSunflower. I think you will find it helpful. At the very least it gives you a chance to put your feet up for an hour (quite literally)

Well done for jumping on OH. Never take no for an answer. Haha.

Cookie22 · 29/07/2016 10:27

Wow, it's so busy in here! So interested to read about cutting out chocolate. I had no idea this would be beneficial! I love my chocolate! Next month I may try this...

So sorry to hear of AF Bobo babes! What a horror Sad you're cycle sounded perfect too with the earlier ov. I think me & you are going to be stuck with each other for a while!

Well I've had the usual agnosing pains today which would indicate ov is happening! Insanely positive OPK last night to confirm (so much for my cold turkey!). Dtd Sunday, Tuesday and last night, and will push for tonight and tomorrow too. Have no frers in the house and refuse to buy any in, so will just wait to see if AF rocks up early as usual! Next Sunday is when she's due.

Happy Friday lovelies xxx

Cookie22 · 29/07/2016 10:31

Ps is anyone putting anything on hold specifically because of ttc? I've just booked a hol for my 30th in March. I was swithering whether to do this as I know if I do (hopefully) get a bfp within the next few months then I won't be able to fly. I booked anyway, with the logic that I can't keep putting plans on hold because I'm waiting on my bfp! Xx

Loulabelle1990 · 29/07/2016 10:35

Pesky and Claire I live in bexleyheath Smile so not too far!

I am feeling a bit down today. Just found out my friend is 10 weeks gone and she only came off the pill in April. What are we doing so wrong??

Pleased for your positive OPK's ladies!! I have just been DTD every other day and hoping that will work! Had a lot of EWCM this week too so fingers crossed. I usually get ov pains cookie, but this month they have been non existent! Not even a twinge! I wish I knew what was happening down there! xxx

Helpmeconceive · 29/07/2016 10:51

Heya girlies havnt stopped going this month either af started 9 days ago so on cd 17 cycle 5 that cycle was 41 days compared to the others which were
Cycle 1 29
Cycle 2 65
Cycle 3 60
Cycle 4 41
Say there going down no pains of sign of ovulation yet so this it's gona be another long cycle :(

Jjspoon · 30/07/2016 12:15

Cookie good for you for booking the hol. I have a hen do abroad next April and don't know what to do about it now. When I got my BFP I was due 6th March so was going to cancel but had the mc before telling her so now I don't know what to do! If we conceived again soon then I'll be heavily pregnant but at the same time it could take ages to happen again. All such a pain isn't it!

Johno85 · 30/07/2016 12:38

Hey team ttc. I only get internet in certain bars restaurants over here so not had time to read through the posts while I've been away. Will have a good catchup when home.

Cold turkey cycle going amazing here in Turkey. Cycle day 9 and I cannot believe how less stressful it his having time away from bbt and feeling up my cervix Grin

Good luck to anyone testing Soon X

LuciBee231015 · 31/07/2016 09:36

Last pill taken this morning ladies. Guess it's just the waiting game for me now. Breakthrough bleed and af, who knows how long I'll be waiting!

Piehunter · 31/07/2016 13:27

lucie I had no breakthrough bleed and af arrived after 28 days, I've been on either the pill or depo injection for last 9 years so was very surprised! I was on cerazette too.

I've just done my first opk (cd 8) as due to a few different things we can't normally dtd every other day, once or twice a week is about as often as I can bear to deal with the pain after! It's not quite positive but not far off, test line nearly as dark as control, don't know whether to test again later today or leave til tomorrow?

sarahhh1984 · 31/07/2016 14:24

Hi Luci, I came off the pill just over a month ago. Had my breakthrough bleed after 2 days as usual and then AF showed on CD28 (counting start of breakthrough bleed as CD1). I took Seven Seas Trying For A Baby from the day I stopped taking the pill - not sure if it had anything to do with it, but I had read it helps regulate your cycle. x

Loulabelle1990 · 01/08/2016 07:36

Good luck to those who have just come off the pill! Hope your not waiting as long as I was luci when I came off cerazette! I didn't have a breakthrough bleed either Smile.

Johno I know exactly how you feel! Cold turkey cycle is the best so far, hardly thinking about ttc and just going with the flow. I'm so much calmer and less stressed this month.

Is anyone testing this week??

LuciBee231015 · 01/08/2016 08:39

I didn't think the breakthrough bleed was counted as a cycle? If I do get one should I count it then, or wait for full on af to count as cycle 1?

Been on pill since I was 18, so 11 years altogether, cerazette has been the last 6 years. Fingers crossed I go back to some kind of normality.

sarahhh1984 · 01/08/2016 10:44

You can ovulate after your breakthrough bleed so I counted it as a cycle at least for the purposes of working out how long everything took. It could be shorter or longer than a normal cycle though - mine just happened to be 28 days.

Although if you got pregnant after breakthrough but before AF, your doctor/midwife wouldn't count it as breakthrough isn't a "proper" period.

The way I see it is it's your first ovulation cycle after the pill is out of your system once breakthrough bleeding has happened so that's why I counted it as Cycle #1. x

Loulabelle1990 · 01/08/2016 13:21

I classed my first bleed as a period as it took 72 days so assumed it was far too late to be a breakthrough bleed!! xx

BoBo90 · 01/08/2016 18:09

Hi lovelies!

I have been a bit quiet the last few days! Super busy weekend but af seems to be on her way out 😄 I'm now Cd 5 now and doing another cold turkey cycle so bring it on ovaries!!! Let's make a nice little eggy!!

Cookie if I have to be stuck ttc I'm glad it's with you my dear 😘 Although I hope you bugger off soon haha! This could be the month for you 😄

Good luck to anyone in the tww! 😄

OP posts:
LuciBee231015 · 02/08/2016 15:42

I'm on day 2 of being off the pill. Just ordered myself some of the cheap ov and pg testing strips.

Heard you can be super fertile when you first come off the pill so will try and dtd as much as I can this week. Would be quite happy to catch without af flow even showing up! Doubt I'm that lucky tho!

How is everyone going? Anyone on the tww? X

Jjspoon · 02/08/2016 17:23

Hey johno hope you're having a lovely time and getting in some relaxed baby making practice and a few Wine.

Good luck bobo! I think relaxed is the way to go! I have been temping a week now but they're still crazy and I'm not really bothered, more interested in it than actually going by it too seriously at the moment.

I POAS this morn and got a BFN so at last the pregnancy hormones are gone. Never thought it would be a good thing to see but at least now we know everything is OK with me and if I do go get a BFP anytime soon it is a true one rather than left over hormones.

Welcome luci! I think if you have a breakthrough bleed a few days after stopping the pill then cycle 1 would count from that bleed but if you don't have one and have a long cycle until you bleed again then that is still cycle 1 as you could ovulate. I'm not really sure how it works though. I had a bleed 3 days after finishing a full pack as I normally would.

Loulabelle1990 · 02/08/2016 17:39

Hi ladies, how are we all? Been very quiet in here just lately Sad.

Bobo, glad you are having another relaxed cold turkey cycle. Fx for you that it all goes well and you manage to DTD as often as possible!

Luci just DTD as much as you can girl! You never know if it will happen! I hope your cycles go back to normal quickly. Did you have periods whilst on cerazette?

JJ I know it's not the best circumstances but glad the pg hormone has now completely left your body! Fx I won't take you long to fall again Smile.

I am in the tww but have no idea how many DPO I am! All I know is if I am having a 33 day cycle I am due AF next Wednesday. Currently CD26. Only symptoms I had was EWCM!

Is anyone else in their tww? xxx

LuciBee231015 · 02/08/2016 18:26

I didn't have any periods at all on the pill, just spotting say every six months for about 2 days.

BoBo90 · 02/08/2016 18:31

Good luck luci 😄 Fx for a crazy fertile few weeks!!

Jj glad to hear your body is back to normal so soon and have everything crossed for you this cycle lovely!

Ooooh exciting Lou!! Are you going to hold out until next Wednesday? Really hope the relaxed cycle has worked for you and you get a nice bfp! 😄

Going on last cycles dates next week should be my fertile week so from Monday we will be back to dtd every other day 😄

OP posts:
Loulabelle1990 · 02/08/2016 18:32

I was on cerazette from May - December when I came off it last year and didn't have anything either. I think the having no periods is why it took me longer to get back into the swing of it!!

Cookie22 · 02/08/2016 20:35

Hi everyone, i have to admit I've been keeping a low profile. Trying not to obsess (even though I totally am!) in this tww! Loula snap, we must be at a smiler stage. I think I'm roughly 4/5dpo. It's dragging in!

Aw JJspoon, I totally know the feeling about the nervousness of booking hols/planning for the near future. We def need something to look forward to though incase it turns out to be a long process! Glad to hear you're feeling more positive too Smile

Bobo lovely, you always make me smile! I'm such a moan these days and your banter sure does cheer me up! Pass me the positivity!! Hopefully your ovaries have started their engines ready for action next week, Woop Woop!

Well I'm so nervous as I've got my pelvic/ovaries ultrasound on Thurs. I'll be roughly 6/7dpo by this point- this should affect (if by some miracle!) implantation or anything?? I'm clueless when it comes to these things! Worried that something will show up but also glad I'm moving forward with investigations!

Positive vibes everyone! XxFlowers
