Hi ladies. I'm back from an amazing holiday and still managing my cold turkey cycle. On cd19 now and had ewcm and cramps the last couple of days. I was so nervous about not doing opk's and bbt but it's been such a nice change to just go by what my body is doing rather than testing everything.

Good luck to those in the tww, those having tests done and hi to all the newbies X

You never know, Jj, once is all it takes sometimes so it could be... Fx for you anyway and if not then, as you say, at least you know what your body is up to and you can get back to trying.

I plan to test next Thursday or Friday if AF doesn't show so will be a similar time to you. Just want to hold out as long as I can. DH saw the cost of FRERs when we were in Superdrug the other day and he was in shock. Good job he didn't see the CB Digitals!

Lol I only use the clearblue digitals and stocked up last time they were on offer so have 4 on stand by. I think if I had cheap ones I'd drive myself crazy testing far too much and too early so at least the cost works at keeping me sane!

I am still waiting patiently for AF to show up! Due today. If not here by Saturday I think I'll test then. I have sore boobs and also had a headache today which I usually get before AF, but I've read people get most AF symptoms before their BFP also? Trying not to lose hope haha.

I also had a dream last night that I got a BFP too! I really hope it comes true xx

I'll be testing Saturday or Sunday I think if no af before then but going to see how I feel as I don't really know what's happening this cycle. We might be testing together! Fx for you!

I think I am leaving it so late because I know deep down AF is going to show up! I am on cd 34 and last month was 33 day cycle and one month before that was 36...I just don't want to see another bfn .

I am trying soy isoflavones this cycle as they are supposed to help you have a stronger and earlier ovulation. Im not holding my breath but curious to see what happens.

So despite my post only 3 hours ago that I would wait until Saturday I had a mad moment. I found the pregnancy test that the drs gave me after my mc which I thought I'd lost so I'd used a clearblue. So I did that and got a BFN obvs. Wasn't really expecting anything else but still can't help the disappointment. Defo waiting a few more days now! DP said to me yesterday not to test until after af due (think he's worried how I'll take a BFN after mc) so I didn't tell him I'd done it and then went and left the pot in the loo!!! Idiot! So he came in bedroom like "you've left your piss pot on the side...." 🙈oops.

Day 10 post pill and all seems pretty calm. The only thing I've noticed is that I've been really gassy 💨🙊

Oh and had some interesting cm experiences too. Pretty sure I had ewcm today, that's literally the only way to describe it. Have only dtd about 3 times since I've been off, so want to try and make sure I'm doing it every other day from now really.

i have zero will power so when it comes to testing I'll be a nightmare! You girls do well to last so long, suppose we have to really... x

Hey bobo I'm still waiting to ov- I think. Bloody typical I wasn't during my fertile week while on holiday when we dtd all the time as we both weren't knackered!

I'm on cd21. Tricky to know when ov exactly is without opk and bbt. Still getting cramps so assuming the egg hasn't joined the log flume just yet

Morning ladies, wondering if anyone can advise. I feel as if I'm coming down with a cold (got soaked the other day as it downpoured while I was getting washing off the line so I'm blaming that) and I was wondering what I'm OK to take during tww just in case I am pg?

Am I right in thinking paracetamol is OK but pretty much nothing else is? Generally, I'll try to just treat it with plenty of fluids and vitamin C, but just in case I reach a point where I need some relief, I wanted to make sure I know what's what!

Hi ladies can I join please? Came off the mini pill 2 weeks ago, no withdrawal bleed which surprised me as every time I missed the odd pill I'd bleed and still had periods when I was on it. BD a few times since but yesterday and today got pink cm which I guess could be a withdrawal bleed but it's not a proper period iykwim! I'm confused already lol. Fingers crossed for all who are waiting to poas, hoping the witch keeps away!

Sarah - yep just paracetamol in pregnancy, fingers crossed you feel better soon!

Hahah Bobo! I best stick around for a bit then! good work on the cold turkey cycle! I somehow managed to lose track of cycle days during my last 2ww which definitely helped with the craziness! Although also was probably why I was so shocked and unprepared for that BFP!

Hi Jackie, me and you are pretty much at the same point then! I'm day 11 off the mini pill today. Had 2 days bleed/spotting from day 5. A few weird cm experiences and that's about it. Feeling really tired, had to lay down when I got in from work last night, and couldn't drag myself out of bed to go to the gym this morning...

Nice to have someone at a similar point in the process 😊

Hi Lucy, ooh fab, nice to have someone else at a similar point in the process, we can be puzzled and symptom spot together lol. My pink cm has turned into full blow AF today which I'm kind of pleased about as it means I know where I am iykwim. So would make today CD2. No idea how I work out when or if I'm ovulating though, anyone give me some tips?

I counted my spotting as cd1. So would make me on cd7 today.

For first cycle waiting for ov I would just keep an eye on cramps on either side and monitor changes in cm. That's what I plan to do to start with... I feel like I'm going in blind at the moment. Until I get a proper af it's hard to tell what's going on!

Just going to try and dtd every other day just in case! x

Thanks loula! AF got me this morning completely out the blue. So only 26 day cycle and was thinking I was in for an extra long one after mc and had no symptoms... sneaky cow. At least it was short and is over now so back to cd1 and knowing what's going on in there.
