It's sooo frustrating Sad I was convinced I would be pregnant by Christmas last year...
Currently inositol-herbaltincture-eveningprimrose-flaxseed-healthyshake-supplement-fertilityyoga-healingfertilitymeditationmusic-aromatherapy-selffertilitymassaging the fuck out of my ovaries... So they better start doing something soon... or I might just go and dive head first into the duck pond up the road...

amy do you fancy working together on the weight loss? I need the motivation and you might be it!

danigrace · 26/07/2016 12:23

Boggle My BMI is 21 so don't need to lose but suffer with other inflammatory issues (bowel and bladder) which is why I restrict my diet. I think it's a great idea for you & Amy to buddy up though if she fancies it, everything is that little bit easier with a buddy!

YouBoggleMyMind · 26/07/2016 12:34

Ah I thought you might have been but I couldn't remember. Sucks about your other tummy problems though. Sad

Just wanted to update you ladies. I called and got my progesterone test results and it showed that I DID ovulate last cycle. Anything over 16 they're happy with and my score was 74. A little ray of hope.

WOOP WOOP Star yay Boggle!!

YouBoggleMyMind · 26/07/2016 18:25

Thanks dani. Got a natural cycle between now and our next appointment so maybe I'll be lucky. If not, I'm pushing for another round of clomid as it's clearly worked this time.

Hi everyone, hope you don't mind me joining in. Me and my other half decided to ttc about 3 months ago, but I haven't had a period since then and I'm not sure if I'm ovulating (I've ordered a basal thermometer) I made an appointment with my GP yesterday and she did an internal examination and took some swabs, had some blood tests to check my hormone levels and also did a pregnancy test just to make sure... I've had a lot of cramping this month though, and lots of headaches which I don't usually suffer from. I'm waiting for a letter through the post to confirm an appointment for an ultrasound to check for PCOS. My periods have been regular since I was 12, I'm now almost 25 so missing them is all very new to me, and quite scary!
I'm convinced AF is going to arrive in the next few days though, I just have the usual symptoms! I've been lurking on here for a few weeks now and I love the positivity from you ladies despite it all xxx

YouBoggleMyMind · 26/07/2016 19:35

Welcome user. Any chance you can change your username so we can know you a little better?
These ladies have been my rocks over the last year and I'm so grateful.
So glad you have got the ball rolling with your gp. Xxx

boggle i think budding up with the weightloss is an idea xxx and major congratulations to you on your progesterone score xxx I went for my blood test this morning so watch this space......

YouBoggleMyMind · 26/07/2016 22:29

Got everything crossed amy.

Shall we set a mini goal for ourselves? Xxx

AmyC86 · 26/07/2016 23:45

Yeah why not, shall we say half a stone by the 26th August? No pressure, slow and steady wins the race? Xx I'm going to get into the swing of my low carb no/low dairy (I can't give up cheese) thing again because I think that's how I managed to have a natural AF this cycle. Albeit, a 74 day cycle and my 21 day progesterone was 1.2, but it was still a natural AF.

Bee8 · 27/07/2016 00:20

Thanks ladies... I've changed my name now took me a while to figure it out lol!!
Still no AF yet but I'm still hopeful. Xx

AmyC86 · 27/07/2016 00:38

YouBoggleMyMind · 27/07/2016 07:52

amy - sounds good. I've got weight watchers tonight so I'll let you know how I get on!

It's official, clomid has turned me into a she-devil. Just been to the corner shop for a few bits for lunch. Parked up & I'm just getting my things together when there was a rasp on my window.

This middle aged to young mature woman "can I have a word with you?" I thought, what have I done!

Anyway she says 'my husband has just been to the doctors and is in the pharmacy, he's got a big bandage on his leg so would you mind moving your car so that he can open the door to our car wide'. I was that taken a back in didn't know what to say or do so I just turned on the engine and drove out of the car park. She had made me so mad!!!! I think that because Ive just had my leg surgery and haven't drove for nearly two weeks made me think should he be driving a killing machine if he needs the door open fully to get his bandaged leg in? I also felt like saying that I'm currently still struggling to get in and out of the car too regarding leg.

All in all it certainly wasn't my usual reaction & I do feel a bit guilty for not being sympathetic to this woman, but I just felt general rage!! Blush and the cheek of her asking. If he knew that he'd havery troubleeding getting in and out why didn't he park over two spaces? Am I being unreasonable?

YouBoggleMyMind · 27/07/2016 13:16

I think your circumstances you're allowed to react like that amy. You've got a lot going on and it might not even be the clomid making you react like that. At least you didn't y

Fingers crossed Boggle, all sounds good! And congrats on the weight loss!

Welcome Bee. Any idea when you'll get your results / ultrasound? It's a frustrating thing! Mine didn't show up till I came off contraception in my mid twenties either.

Amy fingers crossed for your bloods! And I agree with Boggle, at least you didn't snap at her!

YouBoggleMyMind · 27/07/2016 21:52

When do you get your results amy? I've just been on an hours walk with my mum which was really nice.
