Good luck lucie - hoping for some lovely mature eggs!
Wow MPP sounds like your follies are growing great guns! Sammy's advice is v sound - my Dr said lots of protein was great for follies. Are you feeling uncomfortable? I was v lucky and avoided hyperstimulation even with 28 eggs, but you def don't want to piss around with OHSS. Take good care of yourself
nowwhy I had immunes testing done with a lab in Athens, who were terrific and much less expensive than getting the Chicago tests done. However you'll still need a Dr to prescribe treatment if indicated - and not all clinics will treat for immunes. My consultant prescribes empirically for failed implantation or miscarriage, so I didn't need to get the tests done - as the treatment would be the same regardless. I chose to get them done anyway because I miscarried a genetically normal foetus, and was looking for answers. The immunes FAQ on Fertility Friends is a terrific resource - I also wrote up a post about how to get the level 2 tests done with the Athens lab (search FF for Locus Medicus Athens immunes and my username and the thread should come up!)
star personally I'd err on the side of caution and not risk it with 4 follicles, although I appreciate the dilemma! At my scan on Tues there were three leading follicles - the kicker being it seems I have too few follicles to have produced enough oestrogen to thicken my lining enough for a FET, but too many to be able to try naturally for the first time in 10 months (assuming Dr says 3 follicles is too big a risk)
Absolutely bricking it about my scan on Sunday - I'm assuming the cycle being cancelled is a done deal, but can't help that little shred of hope that maybe my lining has decided to wake up.
Never mind even getting or staying pregnant, at the moment just making it to transfer seems like an impossible goal.
