I'm the same so it's a bit confusing. It must be my body being cruel as I just tested on an Internet cheapy test and BFN. Will see if AF turns up tommorow X

Mammyashy1 · 08/06/2016 22:00

Loving all these bfp posts ☺️

AlexiaB · 08/06/2016 22:23

Congrats Sienna, Button and Bippity that's amazing news!!

I'm only on cd11 and have about 7 days until my FW but I'm hoping these BFPs are a positive sign for us all!

Usernamegone · 08/06/2016 22:52

Congrats Sienna, Button and Bippity! May there be lots more BFPs this month!

Sienna9522 · 08/06/2016 23:02

I'm actually very surprised, I posted straight after ovulation that I already felt like I was out this month. I also had very little cm in my FW. I want to be excited, but still worried about chemical pregnancy (tested before missed period) and miscarriage. I'm going to test each morning and hope that the line gets stronger.

dynia · 09/06/2016 09:24

Wow! Congrats folks!

Lelly0503 · 09/06/2016 09:26

AF got me this morning, was convinced this month was it as I had promising symptoms. Want to just cry. It's so hard this TTC, I came in to work to a pregnancy announcement so trying to keep a face on when I just want to go and cry somewhere!! onto next month xx

Eva30 · 09/06/2016 10:17

Wow congrats on the BFP's! Sorry Lelly about the witch

Lelly0503 · 09/06/2016 10:27

She is an evil witch xz

Sienna9522 · 09/06/2016 11:11

So sorry Lelly, try and stay strong (easier said than done) and the best of luck for the next cycle x

SoozC · 09/06/2016 18:10

Lelly, we've all been there, don't worry about feeling sad, that's allowed! I had a staff meeting this week led by a heavily pregnant colleague so I was basically forced to look at her for an hour while she rubbed her bump and wore her 'Baby on board' badge!! Didn't help me face my anovulatory cycle so I don't even have hope, just waiting for af. Argh!!

Lelly0503 · 10/06/2016 09:00

Thanks sooz & sienna, I actually felt a lot better in the afternoon and I'm ready to get going again this month. There's so many ups and downs to this TTC just to even get pregnant! Xx

dynia · 12/06/2016 12:02

CD27 here, 11 days DPO. Thought I felt my period starting the morning but it's a no show. Last month was 30 days, two months prior were 28. Off on holiday at the crack of dawn tomorrow.

Temp was a bit low this morning but I had slept really poorly, retook after a few more hours and it was back to where it has been the past few days.

Eva30 · 12/06/2016 13:20

dynia I'm 11dpo too, CD26. I did a test this morning, BFN. And I'm off on hols Weds, AF due Thurs. Trying to be hopeful as temps are still up but I'll probably be onto cycle 3. No symptoms at all.

dynia · 12/06/2016 14:01

Gosh, Eva I think we might be twins. I'm due Wednesday or Thursday and on cycle 2 as well. Had really convinced myself I was babied up last month and was quite emotional about the whole thing so trying to maintain perspective today. Not bringing tests along with me, would rather just wait for period to start.

Sienna9522 · 12/06/2016 15:33

Good luck Eva and Dynia Flowers

MoosMummy11 · 12/06/2016 17:35

Hi everyone, hope everyone is okay! I'm (relaxed) TTC baby #2. I was just wondering if anyone has conceived after Mirena coil and how long it took everyone. This is our first cycle after mirena so really not sure what to expect lol. Hope that makes even a little bit of sense lol! X

Sienna9522 · 12/06/2016 20:48

Hi Moo, is the Mirena coil the one with the hormones? I had the copper coil with no hormones.

MoosMummy11 · 12/06/2016 21:09

Hi Sienna, yes the Mirena is the one with hormones. Despised it! Had the demon for 3.5 years with numerous refusals to remove however that's a totally different post all together lol x

Sienna9522 · 12/06/2016 21:28

I was given that option when I had my coil fitted 5 years ago but didn't want the extra hormones, so chose the none hormonal one despite being told I'd have heavier and more painful periods (definitely true). I also believed that having the Mirena would mean when I decided I wanted to TTC it would take longer to become fertile after its removal. But when I had my coil out in March, I was told by the gynaecologist that, like the copper coil, you are in fact fertile straight after its removal. Wished I would have known that years ago haha x

MoosMummy11 · 12/06/2016 22:05

I hope so lol. Really random question but how does the copper coil work? I always thought you needed hormones for a contraceptive to 'work' I know totally ignorent of me. X

jennymac31 · 13/06/2016 11:47

Af turned up this morning (3 days early!). Gutted but trying to keep hopeful that it'll happen soon. Joined the gym again so hoping getting fit & losing weight might help with ttcing.

Sienna9522 · 13/06/2016 17:26

Apparently the copper makes the environment inhospitable and the sperm don't survive.

Jenny, sorry AF arrived. Better luck next cycle x

Cosmicbird · 13/06/2016 18:55

Ah sorry to hear of AFs arriving :(
I know nothing about the coil!
I'm cd20 today and least 3 dpo, maybe 5 or even 6dpo but going with 3!!! Noticing some different things happening this cycle than previous, trying not to read into them because my cycles have all been mad the last while!

Lemon27 · 14/06/2016 08:10

Hi all I haven't posted in ages but have been lurking Grin

Congrats to all the ladies getting a BFP! Last month was our first month of not preventing and I secretly thought at the back of my mind that bam....it would happen straight away! Was a little gutted then when AF actually came early but then again that meant my dates were a bit out for FW last month.

Think I'm just finished FW this week and we have had a lot of practice this month so fingers crossed Wink

Usernamegone I am with you on the putting on weight - since coming off the pill I've gone up about 7lbs and it's really starting to get to me so gonna book a new programme in the gym as I feel all soft and flabby right now Confused I've had a very hectic social life the past while which doesn't help! But I keep thinking that when I hopefully get pregnant I'll be reining it in big time so need to make the most of it while I can! Smile
