1 week until AF- Veiny Boobs, increased CM and slight bleed yesterday...is this a sign????

Sorry for the extremely graphic title for this conversation but I need some assurance that the things that are happening to my body isn't me being over excited..?

I wore white pants yesterday and when I went to the loo there was a slight spot of which could have been light blood or very dark red/orange CM.. nothing more today but I was sooo bloated yesterday I had to undo my trousers.. this has now passed.

Also my boobs are very sore so much that I had to put my bra on lying down this morning and also felt quite tearful when I took it off last night..

I feel sick but haven't been sick, when I think of being sick (generally do this if hung over as it speeds the process)- It makes it worse..

Also I have very heavy CM, not egg like when I was ovulating but thick and slightly sticky..

I know that you are probably eating your lunch while reading this and I do sincerely apologise but I have suffered an ectopic and a miscarriage (MC in Oct 06)- my husband doesn't want to get over excited nor will he let me test early becaise I have done this lots of times over the last 6 months and got BFP but then a couple of days later got my AF... We have been trying for 18 months and I am desperate for a baby- I didn't feel this out of sorts when I was pregnant last time, but I don't think I had very high hormone levels... also woke up this morning full of spots and I usually have very clear skin.. have had to go to bed the last couple of nights because I am sooo tired- but could these symptoms just be in my head?
My AF is due next Tues

hiya becky. so glad to hear you are feeling a bit more together today.
No news from me im afraid. Havent tested but still no af. I am trying to hold out before testing, af probably round the corner as per usual.
No symptoms/signs........just still no af, so i am trying to stay hopeful and positive.
It is day 34 for me tomorrow, if i get to day 40 i will test.

hi,,,, im sorry i just want to keep this bumped. I am on cd34, with lots of cramping, has felt like af about to start all week, but nothing. Just wanted to keep you posted. Dying to test, but being strong. As soon as i piss on that stick, af will start , i just know it!!

how long is your cycle normally? do you take your temperature and do you know when you ov'd?

Whats your usual cycle length?

cycle length always varied before ovarian drilling.........shortest was 22 days, longest was 39 days. Since i had the ov drilling in Sept, cycles have been 29 , 26,31 and 31.
Actually bought a test today, shoved it in back of my drawer and trying to pretend its not there, but it is shouting to me!!!
MUST - BE- STRONG, MUST-BE-STRONG......

Just thought i would let you all know that i tested this morning and got a BFN...
Its ridiculous, never have I felt more hopeful or more pregnant and now im obviously not
cd 36 today. No sign of af. But if I was prg it would deffo show up by now, so I guess thats it. Feel so, so disappointed. Also so cross with myself for believing it might be possible when it obviously isn't.
Oh well....................
come on Pusscat, onwards and upwards and all that. Bloody clearblue.

OMG am so sorry to hear this hun, life is such a bitch. it will be your turn soon i am sure.
Maybe try temping next month to double check you are ovulating?

I too tested today as I'm on CD 35 - bought one of the Clear Blue Digitals and it didn't work I had the waiting symbol flash for literally 2 secs and then the screen went blank - and has remained blank since. I know I didn't get the test wet as I collected a sample in a small pot - soooooo frustrating and now all the supermarkets have closed for today

The reason I tested so late in the day was I had my lunch and came over really queasy - wasn't actually sick but felt like I could of been with a little effort

Anyway, has anybody else had this happen to them when using Clearblue Digital?

Pussycat - This seems like very sad news, tho you still havent any sign of AF. I dont want to say that there is a chance but maybe, just maybe there is. You can always have false negatives (but very very rarelt false positives) so maybe test again using a different brand. Clearblue arent the best necessarily. Leave it a few more days and try to relax.

PCM, I am so sorry you got a BFN. So bloody frustrating for you. I hope you are not feeling too downhearted, and I will continue to watch out for you and that elusive BFP.

hiya all.......thanks for thinking of me you lot. Well, its cd 40 tomorrow, and still NO sign of af. I think I am actually driving myself crazy. BFN last sunday, but feel like af is not going to make an appearance at all. There is just no sign. Boobs are tender, but despite much studying, nipples seem in exactly same state as before! no other symptoms to suggest preg. Last week had lots of crampy feelings most days, just like when on first day of af. But of course, the pain is not followed by af starting. Sometimes I wish that this was an exact science, and I could know for sure, but I keep reading loads of evidence suggesting that bfn does not necessarily equal no pregnancy. Its all very bloody confusing. Wish I just knew either way and not all this confusion.

Pussycatmomma - I'm sorry for this torment you are going through. I am in exactly the same boat. CD37 today, usually have a 29 day cycle. Had slight (practically nothing)bleed Saturday afternoon (CD33) and also cramps last week and thought it was AF coming but never showed up.

Have done 4 tests, latest one this morning and all BFNs. It's driving me crazy not knowing where AF has gone . Am usually so regular and this is only first month of ttc so am totally confused.

I've also been checking boobs etc, were a bit sore but get that with AF anyway so don't know what that means as AF never arrived .

I don't believe I am pg but until AF arrives (if she ever does ), there's always going to be something in the back of my mind telling me I might be.

Hate not knowing 100% either, driving me bonkers. At least I know I'm not the only one .
