Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount!

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. We have a register thanks to kats stats I am resident piss stick queen and if you don't test, you get a Starky's Star

When you post stats, add your predicted test/af date. We are currently running at about 49% pregnant with the grads thread over in ante-natal which we all hope to join soon.

hep were virtually cycle twins. I'm cd 26 (33-42). I'm reckoning Cd33/34 for me. Although it could be any day soon I suppose. Crampy, sore all over boobs tenderness has migrated from just armpit area, to my entire boob area, so that's nice for me!

I don't want to put a bet on for you! I want your af not to come at all because bfp!

HepKestrel · 12/03/2016 19:56

Hi starky

my boobs are less sore? I give up on the symptom spotting. For me - i just want to prepare for my AF mentally. its easier for me to be positive, i.e. next month- new chance ..... if i am wrong, it will be a nice surprise, but i stay mentally more chilled this way. (well.... thats the theory Smile)

We all need to do what works for us for each particular month.

This month has been a success for me because:

I am learning about my cycle
I have started to do more exercise - which can only help
I getting skilled at peeing in cups
I know I need to drink more water (really bad at this!)

I do think that as a group we are overdue another BFP so fx for all of us....

vixarooni · 12/03/2016 21:00

Hi everyone! I'm in the no man's land of coming off of period and waiting for ovulation. My patience is getting worse!

I'm going to be positive as a march hare this month. We are away over my fertile bit and there is a hottub!

HepKestrel · 12/03/2016 21:08

vix sounds like great timing for you -
don't think too much about it and have a great time!

StarkyTheDirewolf · 12/03/2016 21:25

I cba symptom spotting, everything I've got going on is usual pre af stuff.
I'm knackered today so I've got no energy to be negative about it lol. Dh will be slightly disappointed this time I think. On the plus side, we've had a lot of banging sex! Grin

OP posts:
HepKestrel · 12/03/2016 21:45

Grin that is certainly a plus!

OH has a lot more patient than me. I will warn you now I will be very glum when my next birthday rolls around Sad

HepKestrel · 12/03/2016 21:45

*is a lot

Pugmummy87 · 12/03/2016 22:02

2 old colleagues of mine (one of whom i trained with) have both had babies this week. Whilst i am happy for them, i'm getting frustrated as to when it will be my turn.

And i think AF is on her way and earlier than predicted. So much for being positive this month. Sad

Lyssie · 12/03/2016 22:13

Pug
I live in a neighborhood basically full of pregnant women... It drives me crazy every time I go outside. Hoping someday I'll be making someone else go crazy.

Ni4444 · 12/03/2016 22:15

Ovia has taken a turn for the worse....she's started telling me about herbs that help fertility...and then she goes and lands the "some people need donor eggs and ivf to get pregnant" bomb on me!!! Cheers gurl 😤

Pugmummy87 · 12/03/2016 22:24

Lyssie i understand that feeling, i have another 4 friends/colleagues who are all due to give birth over the next few months. It's very trying when that's all you want too, but it not happening so far.

My BMI has crept up to a shocking number and i know that won't be helping.

SincerelyRosie · 12/03/2016 22:36

I've been out for a few days & am just catching up.

It's so hard Lyssie someone at work has announced to everyone she's pregnant - even though she's only 7 weeks & she keeps smoking during her lunch break. It's hard work when you're doing everything right & it's still not working out.

StarkyTheDirewolf · 12/03/2016 23:01

Don't worry ni she started chunnering on about donor sperm to me earlier too see, even ovia blames my Dh!

I'm not being negative but I reckon it's only a matter of time before af shows up now.

iPatches · 13/03/2016 01:16

Ni - Starky is right, you have to ignore Ovia. She's full of nonsense. Everything you input is both a sign of conception and AF. Everything she points out if both is likely to make you more likely to conceive and wreck your changes ever conceiving naturally. She is not good for our mindset except on the days where she's telling me what I want to hear because she is a computer! Like eating one pomegranate salad is going to make a any difference to my fertility. The fact that I'm throwing away taking a multivitamin every single day isn't making any difference, Ovia, so a pomegranate isn't going to fix that and they're impossible to peel!

(If you hadn't guessed, I can't sleep)

Starky I really hope this is your month, fingers crossed.

iPatches · 13/03/2016 01:19

Hep - love the optimism! Since TTC I think I know less about my cycle (was very regular, now all over the place), have decreased my exercise and feel rubbish as a result, HAVE started to drink more water Grin and discovered that I have a remarkable natural ability to pee in a cup HmmConfusedConfusedConfusedConfused

Canters15 · 13/03/2016 07:43

Lucky cycle 5!

vixarooni · 13/03/2016 08:32

Yay congratulations canters!!! Awesome line (Bed cover looks familiar!)

Pinklily1 · 13/03/2016 08:38

Congratulations Canters! A lovely strong line!

Canters15 · 13/03/2016 09:13

Thanks guys.

Re ovia: I deleted the smug bitch earlier this month which I am now cross about because I would have liked to be all in your face, biatch! I don't think ovia helped at all and just made me more stressed.

Jamjar12 · 13/03/2016 09:26

Aww Canters!!! Congratulations! Now tell us exactly what you did so we can all copy you ; )

Kwick709 · 13/03/2016 09:27

canters I am sooooo pleased! Congratulations my lovely!!!!! That is such a strong line! Star

vixarooni · 13/03/2016 09:30

Ovia doesn't work out too bad for me, but then I'm regular, ovulate on day 15 etc. I use it as a guide to my impending fertile week and then my temperature for the confirmation. If your periods are a bit more tricky I can see it being a disaster.

Any symptoms canters? P.s your name doesn't relate to where you live does it?

Kwick709 · 13/03/2016 09:30

I think I need to practice what I preach, so here goes:
I am pregnant
I am nuturing a lovely healthy baby
I am in perfect time for everything

Canters15 · 13/03/2016 09:48

The only thing different that I did this cycle was take 1000mcg vitamin c a day after a poster on the js thread did the same on her last cycle prior to iui and got a bfp....might just be coincidence but I figured it couldn't help! I also spent most of fertile week in Malta where I drank a lot of cocktails.....

It's a cliche but I have had less symptoms on this cycle then on other cycles where I haven't been preg. Literally the only thing different is I have a patch of eczema below my eyebrow and I have never had eczema before in my life.....! I only tested because of yesterday's opk.

Vix- I don't live there anymore sadly! I picked the name as lived there with friends for a few months before I moved in with DH...lovely place.

Kwick, it's going to be ok- you are pregnant until proven otherwise! Keeping everything crossed we are both giving birth at end of November.

Evergreen15 · 13/03/2016 09:55
