No April Fools, just bfp's please! April BFP bus!!

I thought I may as well start up the April bus since af rudely kicked me off the February bus, and my dh isn't here for March!

Been ttc #4 since September last year. Tricky as dh works abroad so much! I think I'm due to ov on the 3rd of April and dh is home on the 1st, so fx we catch it! I'll be testing round about 17th April.

Anyone else ready to hop on board to keep me company? I have a large bag of mini eggs to share

Underrug Ive got no more tests in the house! I just went out to sainsbugs but they've only got Clearblue early which don't seem to be as sensitive. Tried it but BFN. Suspect I will try tomorrow as I'm not one for patience!

I should point out that I tested as my CM has gone a bit into overdrive - v unusual for me, but realise copper coil coming out could have upset everything

I've had my positive Opk today, dtd x2 yesterday and x1 today so hopefully we will catch that pesky egg! Will dtd once more tomorrow-thurs just in case 😊 Let the tww begin!

Ah I see. After 30 mins. I suppose it could be evaporation, then. For some reason I thought 10 minutes but 30 minutes is quite a long time.

Also I have a shadow on my monitor which makes all lines repeat faintly to the right it really gets annoying for pregnancy test picture squinting!

Please can I pick your brains?! This will be the first month when I really pay attention to when I am ovulating. I have bought some testing strips but because I am diabetic and pee a lot I'm not very confident that I'll get great results from them. I have very regular 25 day cycles. I am day on cd6. Am I right in thinking that I will ovulate roughly between days 10 -15? Thankyou. You all seem to know what you are doing and I'm winging it on a daily basis

I would say around cd 11 samk, making the start of your fertile window cd 7. Start DTD now, to make sure you don't miss it. Right now! Off you go, young lady....

samk I'd agree, especially first cycle start opk day 7 (try to do at same time, most people find about 2pm good, if you can hold pee a bit first even better but I find if it's truly positive that doesn't matter too much) and start dtd every other day from now until 2 days after positive opk. If you find you get a line that's almost the same colour think about rechecking in a few hours. Assuming you have a normal length luteal phase you should ovulate 10-16 days before start of next period. And if you see lots of ewcm you should be on course for +Ve opk and ov soon!

SamK have you asked your doc or on a diabetic forum about OPK tests?

I started Bbt charting but have given up as I'm epileptic so my body temperature is unpredictable- I wonder if OPK tests might be similar for you if you pee all the time!

Sam - I used to have very regular 24 day cycles. The month I got pregnant we dtd day 8 + 10, after months of concentrating on days 11 onwards. Get cracking!!

I wouldn't have normally but according to Ov tests (which I know can be wrong) I ov'd early this month so am in theory around 11dpo now. Don't know if having coil out upset my body a bit - might find that AF just decides to come early. But anyway I shall leave it for a few days now and see what happens. Good luck for tomorrow Notta!

I honestly don't think I will get a bfp this time, it's just my cycles messing about. It's annoying though!

11 (or 12) DPO here and still resisting the urge. I find it so depressing to get a BFN then to have to wait for AF. CD30 for me. Yawn.

You're doing v well underrug! Early Ov is making this a very long wait, you must feel a bit the same. Notta - yes I had it out on cd5

I'm going to try and wait until Thursday. I think I'm actually CD12 today and my luteal phase seems to be 13 or 14 days so I'm expecting AF on Thursday or Friday. No symptoms to report although I don't have even a hint of sore boobs when they're usually painful as soon as I've ovulated. Can't see how that would indicate being PG though. They were definitely sore with DS.

I'm envious of your smooth charts - mine looks like sharks teeth since I ovulated.
