No April Fools, just bfp's please! April BFP bus!!

I thought I may as well start up the April bus since af rudely kicked me off the February bus, and my dh isn't here for March!

Been ttc #4 since September last year. Tricky as dh works abroad so much! I think I'm due to ov on the 3rd of April and dh is home on the 1st, so fx we catch it! I'll be testing round about 17th April.

Anyone else ready to hop on board to keep me company? I have a large bag of mini eggs to share

No temping or charting here. Keeping casual for now. Plus on various attempts at charting I'm never awake enough to remember every day anyway so it's always a bit sporadic.

I nearly vommed after running this morning. DP now convinced his super sperm have done the job. Pointed out that it's too early and more likely to be last night's curry fighting back! Not sure when i ovulated anyway. Got solid smiley on cd9 but no other signs, and given regular 27 day cycle I think cd13/14 would've been more likely.

I'm happy to wait and see what happens anyway

Oh, I am enjoying my coffee this morning so DH is teasing me about the coffee smell in the supermarket :o

I'm temping and opking at the moment just to establish whether my cycle fits with what the apps predict really. This is my chart. There is quite a bit of variation but I think a step change that coincides with the day after I ov according to OPK and consistent with CM. Before af I had 36.4 consistently for a few days so that seems to be roughly normal for me post-ovulation, then drops to around 36.1 average before ov.

I have decided to go on a health kick. I'm still carrying far too much 'baby weight' about. I can't really call it baby weight though, I was back to pre pregnancy weight when ds was three weeks old. I've managed to put over a stone on since then! Breastfeeding is hungry work! It can't hurt can it?

Haha! Have to share, DH has just gone "I just know #3 is going to be a girl" in the stroppiest voice ever! Made me laugh! Poor bloke is pretty outnumbered, we'll just have to buy another boy dog. :'-)

happy that made me laugh, my dh says the same he thinks #4 will be a girl, but that would even us up! We have girl,boy,boy 😄 No pets to tip the balance.

I'm stupidly excited for dh coming home tomorrow. cd14 today and still not ov woohoo! Maybe this will be the month!!

I calculated when I'm OV-ing (thank you all for your help) and it's whilst we are at the in laws for Nana in laws funeral...that'll be awkward but I'm getting the BFP this month!

And now Darwin is being rushed to the vets by my hubby (he's my 9 month old black lab) after he's gashed himself behind his shoulder - today was a lovely day now it's gone completely downhill

Happy I've realised my May OV is when I'll be on holiday with my parents, that'll be awkward! Nothing more of a buzzkill than your parents next door...

I hope Darwin is OK happy.

Back in the UK now. Here's my chart so far for my fellow addicts! My temp has gone weirdly high. I always got pretty distinctive tri-phasic charts in previous pregnancies, but I think my temps are too high to allow it.

For comparison here is my chart from when I got pg with dd2

Mines gone crazy high this morning too, it looks like staircase . I did polish off a bottle of Malbec last night with my sister. I wish I'd temped with DS so I had a comparison chart. What qualifies as a 'triphasic' chart?

Sorry, stupid question - obviously it means 3 phases but are there distinct steps between then? Do you have to be a certain temp over the cover for it to count?

So got my 3 high temps so now 3dpo so I ovulated Thursday and only dtd Monday so not holding my breath but stranger things have happened I guess af due 15th day after my birthday, so hoping for a nice present

Triphasic means there is another temp shift like post ov, around 10dpo. It's a strong indicator of a pregnancy.

Eep dh is almost home! My opk is getting darker so maybe I'll ov tonight or tomorrow. Perfect timing!

Thanks Giraffes. I have another temp shift but it was at 4/5 DPO (I think FF might be a day behind). Temp is still climbing. I've taken them at anytime between 5 and 6.30 though so it could just be that.

Anyone else feel like singing to to weechops: 'We know what you're dooooing'?
