Ghengis I was gutted as I'd been looking forward to the pizza all day but didn't even have the energy to cry when I couldn't have it!

Magpie it's rather difficult to explain. I was at work and felt my eye kind of roll back and stretch in it's socket!!! I've never heard of this being a symptom and it appears I'm the only one weirdoto have experienced it

Not heard from blueberry. Hope she's doing ok.

I am wondering now if it's the "mirena crash" making my feel PG. although that doesn't explain the Faint Lines on tests

Jod you have lines on your hpt - hang on to that, they'll get darker.

Hope it's ok to say this but I've had an early scan which showed a heart beat and a tiny baby. So relieved.

Whoop boris thrilled for you!!!! That's brilliant. I know I had lines but I'm doubting they were there lol!

That's fabulous boris. I'm so pleased for you. It must be a huge relief for you. Please do come to share your updates with us it would be great to keep up with you and see how you're doing.

Jod a line is a line and all that! You would only get a positive, however faint if you are upduffed and as boris says hang on to that.

Jod the lines were definitely there. I know it must be hard as it probably seems so quick and everything, but there's no denying them.

Boris That is great news about your scan! Like DizzyM said, I'd also like to hear how you are getting on. It must have been great to actually see the baby xx

Magpie I like the idea of TTC qualifications! It seems like the least we could be given after all the hours trawling the internet...how are your temperatures doing? Do you think you did ov?

DizzyM I think your 'stretchy eye' should make it into medical journals or at least as a hit on google search. Could you imagine people googling 'Symptoms of pregnancy?' and getting '1. Needing to urinate more 2. Metallic taste 3. Stretchy eye ...'

Guys I tested and imo it's a BFN. I took the test apart afterwards and I can see a cruel "indent" line and I am guessing maybe that's what I was seeing on the other First Response tests.

Here you go see the awful indent line....

DizzyM pregnancy can cause ligaments to stretch, maybe it was your eye ligament (is that even a thing?)

Boris that's lovely! Seeing the heartbeat the first time is a wonderful feeling.

Genghis no sign of ov. Temps are still low. I'm still feeling hormonal. Just waiting for my next scan and gynaecologist appointments to be sent through. Just generally in limbo!
How's your wedding stuff going? Did you get all your paperwork sorted?

Well my body is annoying me.

AF was like ewcm mixed with blood, no spotting before and after only lasted 2.5 days instead of 6. I'm getting weird crampy stretching in lower tummy and pain in left side, ewcm still here too. Bfn though x

magpie I'd forgotten all about sorting out DP's follow up appt! Will leave it until after Thursday now as I can find out what the procedure is from the staff at the lab.

Jod so sorry you're going through all this confusion. Do you think it was a chemical pregnancy? It's very unfair after you had pink, albeit faint, lines last week.

DizzyN Good luck with DP's SA results - I'm impressed at your staying power, though you're probably of the mindset that you've already waited so long, what's another week or two :)

Kellz That sounds awfully frustrating. It's like our bodies like to throw something new at us each month.

Magpie So strange...after your post the other day I thought you would definitely be heading towards ov. On the plus side, at least it means your cycle wasn't short. Have you any idea when you'll get your follow up appointment? My paperwork came through yesterday thanks for asking, so I am now officially allowed to marry - hooray! Now we just have to wait for DP's (different nationality) and then we should be good to go.

genghis it's exactly that, plus getting the results a few days sooner won't really speed up future referrals by much either as there's always going to be a wait.

To be honest though we're just putting my flat on the market so I'm too busy being preoccupied with that right now!

Congrats on getting the green light for your wedding!

kellz is there any way that you're just headed for a very late bfp? It does happen. Unfortunately though the hormone imbalances that cause funny cycles seem to produce similar symptoms to pregnancy, just to mess with our heads.

As for me, I'm cd30. I started temping properly again a few days ago just to check if I'd ov'd so I could figure out when af is due. But it looks like I haven't ov'd yet as my temps are still low. I'm also getting a lot of wet cm. The annoying thing is, even if I did want to sneakily dtd while we've still got a chance, we can't as DP is abstaining ready for tomorrow!

Bloody hate these long cycles!

DizzyN irregular cycles are such a nightmare! Hopefully ov can hold off for a few days so you can get a chance to DTD.

I've not had an appointment sent to me yet. I think the scan was supposed to be this month so if I don't hear anything this week I'll give them a call.

I'm CD25 today, no sign of ov. I keep wondering if I'm getting EWCM but I'm not sure it's quite right. It's only a small amount and (sorry TMI) it stretches a little bit and then it breaks. I got AF on CD26 last month so wondering if it'll come tomorrow but it would be very unlike me to be anything close to regular.

Hi ladies, I have no idea to be honest if it's chemical, I imagined the lines, it's early or if AF is coming. Just keeping busy to distract myself. Hope you are all well. Xx

magpie if it breaks it's not ewcm. Possibly old semen? Or infertile cm as it can also be springy or rubbery in texture.

After posting earlier I got a huge gloop of ewcm. I bet ov will happen today or tomorrow when we can't dtd. Although we weren't supposed to be trying this month anyway soooo.......

Jeez it's so hard to switch off! I was happy as Larry a couple of weeks ago when I wasn't temping or paying attention to my cycle. Then the thermometer comes out and the crazy kicks back in!!

DizzyN I dont really know when i was due to get AF as i wasnt tracking so didnt know when i ovulated. But could easy, i just calculated the 28 days but AF arrived on CD24/25 shortest cycle i have ever had. Ive always been regular until the last few cycles!! But anything is possible!
I tried to switch off last cycle while away but i didnt manage, same this cycle, trying to relax see if that helps, plus DD isnt sleeping great so temp wouldnt be accurate, but im still stressing.

I'm pretty sure I just had a load of EWCM. It passed the stretchiness test and it was clear. DH has gone to bed early with a migraine! Terrible timing!
