Soy isoflavones apparently act like Clomid. They strengthen/boost your eggs for ovulation. From my extensive and somewhat obsessive googling there seems to be a lot of successful pregnancies using them if you need help ovulating or are older and need to give your eggs a bit of a kick up the jacksie. I'm the latter so I took them days 3-7 in the hope that I release a nice fat healthy easily impregnatable egg this weekend.

Stark, I'm dying to know what's what but I'm going to buck the trend and say hold out until next week!

I got 40mg ones off Amazon, you can get them from Tescos or Boots I think too? I took 120mg (3) days 3 and 4, 160mg (4) days 5 and 6 and 200mg (5) on day 7. Some people complained of bad headaches and other side effects, but I had none. I'm going to start opking tomorrow (day 9) and last cycle I ovulated day 11-12, but my opk test wasn't very strong, so it'll be interesting to see if it helps. Apparently it can also help with low progesterone if the corpus luteum is made stronger by the soy isoflavones too. I'll let you know how I get on!

lara kat thanks! I am super nervous. Don't want to get my hopes up and also the Negatives have bummed me out a bit. Dr wasn't concerned though and neither is the midwife... :-/

And I have no idea when AF is due kat as I stopped taking Zeletta on 12th Dec and never had a bleed on it...

choc I stopped the minipill micronor on the 1st December and had a withdrawal bleed straight away, I bleed a lot through all the pills I was on. "Cycle" during the pill was 14-32 days. Period started 2nd January exactly when it was due! I had sore boobs darker areolas, cramps, fatigue, dizzy spells, hot flushes and insomnia right before all bfn though.

I had a positive feef ... albeit a faint one but definitely there and definitely pink...

However the last week I've had 2 negative tests... totally confusing!!

Was someone talking about a site that people went to to post pee-stick-pictures? I need to look at other sticks to see what sort of lines people get at certain dpo.
There is no way I can wait to test until next weds when I accidentally bought 50xOPK and 59xhpts from Amazon.

OK so ladies, what cervical mucus would we expect when upduffed? Just had some I don't remember having for a long time i'll spare your eyes by not posting a photo but wondered what you all thought??

leonie I just had some one step tests delivered but can't comment on their accuracy yet!

Creamy cm choc white and thick usually in early pg.

If you can find the multi packs of 'answer' pg tests, get some leonie they're identical to frers, same iu sensetivity etc and are a thousand times cheaper. If you can find super sensetive ic then get them too. You want the lowest amount of iu. 10 iu or 12. 5 iu are the most sensitive.
