Is the tempation to test before AF is due too strong???????????

Hello ladies!! I am the ClearBlueFairy, and I have been sent to watch over all you wonderful, gorgeous ladies!!
When you feel the urge to test before AF is due, count to ten and step away from the ClearBlue !! Have a warm cuppa and daydream about Sawyer from Lost (or someone you find attractive!) and take your mind off it!! Or why not come on to MN and I will sprinkle you with some common sense dust

A very wise woman once wrote - "Remember ladies that the percentages of those who get their BFPs on set dpo are as follows:
10dpo=35%/11dpo=51%/12dpo=62%/13dpo=68%/14dpo=74%/15dpo=80%/16dpo=88%/17dpo=92% and there are some who have not got their BFP until 21dpo!!"
Armed with those percentages you should never want to test early and risk all that (perhaps)unnecessary disappointment!

I can't stand to see all those understandably downtrodden women after that dreaded BFN... and some of those wonderful ladies will go on to get their BFP and needn't have put themselves through all that angst and worry!!

Come on now, it's the festive time... save your money... When the FirstResponseDevil is calling out your name... Just say NO!!!

Fingers crossed for lots of BFPs really soon for you all!!!! But remember, The ClearBlueFairy is always watching * * * * * * * * * * * *

Thank you for the advice Clearbluefairy I am desperately trying to hold on to my resolve today and wait until Saturday to test (if AF hasn't appeared by then)........ but those tests I have in my drawer keep calling to me "one little test won't hurt" "come on give me a chance" "use me, use me"....... must resist...must resist.

We are traveling alot for 2 months so I'm so proud of myself, normally I have at least 4 kits on hand and this past month I didn't buy any and knew that we would be out of town and if I didn't have one on me he wouldn't let me buy one early! Of course, af came DAMN HER, so I saved money. We are traveling over the holidays and AF is due to arrive christmas eve, what a rotten present, hope she doesn't show, I am not buying another clear blue easy until I am actually DAYS late!! It's just too disappointing, so everyone hang in there!

Well the ClearBlueFairy is sitting on the shoulders of some of us I have never tested, as AF has always been on time (well a day early actually since we've been ttc) and I will NEVER test until I AF is late... oh please let it be soon.

CONFESSION : sorry clear blue fairy i tested this morning even though a/f is 4 days away. i have a good reason though....i wanted to know before i went out on my works xmas do tonight.

and yes it was a BFN!!
