Thought I'd start a November thread for those of us left over from the October thread. (I hope this is ok and I'm not bypassing some sort of forum etiquette).

Hi addicted I dont think there is any specific time, its just when your body is ready.

Though if you want to learn more about this type of thing I cant recommend the book- 'taking charge of your fertility' enough. I normally hate reference books but this one was so interesting I sat down and read it cover to cover except for the 'menopause section' in a couple of day.

Have just done an OPK and got a positive second line so guess I am ovulating today, had a fainter line yesterday but today's was as strong as the test. Have already dtd for the past two nights so might try again tonight just to hedge my bets. Feels a bit real now but don't want to get my hopes up so def not testing til after AF due.

Sorry about your bfn Loki. Awful to have your hopes dashed, I really thought it looked like a line. Bad luck on your AF Thurlow, that's what happened to me on my spa break! Try not to let it spoil your trip I just used it as a reason to drink lots of Wine

Is there anyone else due to test around 19th?

Sorry to hear you feel like you're out Loki :( same here. 10dpo and feel like i would have had a positive by now if I was going to get one. It's really frustrating.

So my boobs were so sore last night I had to take my bra off I never get sore boobs there still sore now but not as bad and I've had some unusual cramps today I'm 5dpo what do you think girls could this be implantation??.

It's just hormonal changes in the lead up to your period/pregnancy. I have had them since 2dpo this cycle.

I'm still clinging on to some hope. Mostly because my boobs are so tingly and painful. It is most likely af, but I'm going to hope!

Addicted It depends on the person and the test. I got a bfn 10dpo and a bfp 11dpo when I was pregnant with DS.

I am on CD 9 today and get an unexpected positive smiley on an ovulation test today. Thought I wouldn't be due til the weekend but luckily we DTD yesterday and this afternoon, will try tomorrow afternoon too if possible! Not sure whether to make my test date 2 weeks from now, or on my period due date, but I am sure i'll crack and test early!

Some early testing going on on here! It's so hard to resist, especially when the tests are sitting there looking at you! I've been a bit rubbish this month, forgot to write down when I had af, think it was round 13th, which makes 9th Nov af day. So I'm not going to test until at least the Friday of that week 13th Nov. Going to be strong! Both times I've had a bfp it's been about a week after when it should have been, so not straight after missing af, always about a week late.

We've been pretty active with dtd this month, so fx! Hope we get lots of bfp on this thread, lots of summer babies!

I did a frer this morning and got, what I think, is the faintest of faint lines. I'm not even a hundred percent sure it's there. Last month, frer was indisputably BFN. This has thrown me. What do you think? Worth getting another to test tomorrow or do I need to stop kidding myself?

Now the test is dry I can definitely see a very faint pink line but it's not showing up on a photo. Off to boots I go!
