Really?! So if they can't fit you in you have to keep the news quiet longer than 12 weeks? I'd burst! Xmas Shock

FuzzyOwl · 17/12/2015 21:49

So pleased Mascara. Maybe give a call and check if too late.

mrsmugoo · 17/12/2015 22:07

Well I was literally bursting by 12 weeks (I.e out of my jeans!) and had to wear enormous chunky cardigan over a jumper to hide it!

Sunshinegirl2015 · 18/12/2015 11:29

Great news all is well mascara.

Mrsunsure maybe try temping? I really enjoy it it's easy feels like I'm doing something proactive and gives me peace of mind. Depends on whether you can fall back to sleep after your alarm.

mascaraisamust · 18/12/2015 20:26

Mrs I feel like I'm bursting already. Look a state! Nothing fits, going to have to get some elasticated trousers of some sort. Between that and my roots, totally glamorous.

There's nothing glamorous about pregnancy mascara - I had piles and all sorts last time!

FuzzyOwl · 18/12/2015 21:07

I was pregnant last winter and embraced ponchos!

Mrsunsure, I just wanted to let you know after you said that agnus castus gave you bad skin, since I've been taking the Fertilaid mine is horrible too... perfect timing just before xmas when I'm going to be seeing everyone. Everything online says its good for acne so I don't know if its just going bad before it gets better or should I just give up on it. x

OrianaBanana · 19/12/2015 11:53

Can I join please? Blush

We're trying to conceive #2, we're on the 12th cycle (I think) and my LP is about 7-8 days (until what I think is spotting, maybe another two if you don't count the v light flow as period but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't appear if my progesterone wasn't heading downwards!)

I'm in the process of getting my bloods done, 'day 21' (problematic!) done now I need FSH and LH on Monday.

It's so helpful to read your experiences and pinch ideas - eg I'm going to see if I can get more vitamin D Wink

Sunshinegirl2015 · 19/12/2015 15:10

Hello Orianna!

I had my second ultrasound scan today. This one was both internal and on the belly. Still had a lot of fluid so she's apparently recommending to my GP that I see a gynaecologist and get my tubes dyed to see if they are ok.

She told me my lining was perfect, I ovulated from the right side and that my left ovary was very small, probs caused by taking the pill long term.

8DPO today and have had my highest temp so far this cycle. Normally it starts to decline from 6 or 7DPO.

FuzzyOwl · 19/12/2015 18:41

Hi Orianna

Sound promising Sunshine

DizzyMerry · 19/12/2015 20:19

I'm so pleased all is well mascara.

I felt like when my first post mmc AF arrived mrsu. It felt like a weight had lifted and we could just get on with ttc again.

Fx sunshine.

Welcome orianna.

mascaraisamust · 20/12/2015 07:46

Sunshine, you know what happens when you start to get help from the nhs.... Fingers crossed this is your BFP!

Welcome orianna - yes, vitamin D get them to check that and thyroid when they do your bloods! They can do it at the same time.

Thanks for all the well wishes. My mum made me buy some maternity jeans yesterday. I said it was too early but she was adamant it wasn't, think she was trying to tell me something Hmm

Ah mascara, must be so exciting for you, have you started telling people now?

Nothing to report from me, I'm 7dpo with AF due xmas eve, I usually get random cramps after ov til AF but nothing this cycle. STI tests and smear came back all clear too. Been very relaxed this month not thinking about it all or symptom spotting, even been enjoying a few christmas drinks WineHopefully I can stay like this in the new year as I feel so much happier. Smile

FuzzyOwl · 20/12/2015 13:22

I think AF is due on Christmas Day or maybe Boxing Day but I am going to try to wait until the weekend to test saves wasting money on a FRER

Sunshinegirl2015 · 20/12/2015 13:59

Mascara that so exciting!

Sunshine glad to hear you're more relaxed.

9DPO today and again temp has gone up to highest temp this cycle. I know it could drop but I'm hopeful!

Fuzzy I know what you mean I've spent so much on tests.

FuzzyOwl · 20/12/2015 15:49

I have everything crossed SunshineGirl2015. When will you test?

The daft thing with the tests is that due to my LP they are unlikely to show anything until the day AF arrives anyway and it would save me a fortune to just be patient.

Sunshinegirl2015 · 20/12/2015 16:34

Fuzzy going to hold out until Christmas Eve. Fx!!

mascaraisamust · 20/12/2015 19:32

Hoping for a bit of xmas magic for you ladies. Not long to hold out now Sunshine Smile, Fuzzy how many dpo will you be on xmas day?

I'm so confused. I started spotting on day 8po, then it was very slightly heavier (still v light) so I started a new cycle, and since then it's tailed off. Usually it gets to medium flow after 2 days. Two BFN tonight and yesterday. But I was going to have my 'day 3' test for FSH and LH tomorrow, no idea what to do now Confused

mrsrose33 · 20/12/2015 21:02

Hi everyone and welcome to the new faces :)

I have an update from my visit to my gynecologist. Turns out I do indeed have a thin lining and she has prescribed me pessaries which I need to start using from my next cycle after I OV. I'm feeling pretty devastated by it to be honest. After getting rid of my endo for the second time I thought I would be good to go now.

I'm 7dpo today and have had that pinching sensation and cramps every day now since 3dpo. I had dizzy spells yesterday but today I don't have any other symptoms apart from the pinching, cramps and lower backache. My temp dropped today and although I was having copious amounts of creamy cm (sorry tmi) today that seems to have gone too! I did slightly get my hopes up yesterday but today I've remembered I pretty much don't have a chance with thin lining.

I have read that soaking my feet every night in hot water might help and that me being on the pill for a decade before coming off in May might be the issue. Anyone else have experience of this and have positive stories?

Hope you're all doing well - congrats Mascara, and good luck sunshinegirl :)

sunshinegirl12 · 20/12/2015 22:15

Oriana, I think if you didn't really need to use a tampon and a panty liner is sufficient then its classed as spotting rather than AF. Did you have any AF cramps? My dr did say you can have day 3 bloods between day 3 and 5 so you could always postpone for a couple of days to see what happens.

Mrsrose, are they progesterone pessaries? A couple of the girls on here have used them and got their BFP so fx for you too x

FuzzyOwl · 20/12/2015 23:08

I have everything crossed for you Sunshinegirl2015

mascara I think I will be 10dpo. I got a positive opk earlier than expected this month so it has thrown me a bit.

I have had some weird cycles Oriana where AF has lasted a couple of days and been light or ones that have last eight days and been really heavy. I woul still go for the test because otherwise you might be waiting another whole cycle or miss your opportunity with Christmas. You can always ask your doctor to repeat if necessary.

Sorry to hear that mrsrose. I have endo as well and was on the pill from the age of 18 until 35; I then got pregnant twice in quick succession (the first was a mc). I really hope the pessary helps you. Do you have any follow up?

Sunshinegirl2015 · 21/12/2015 06:29

10DPO and a massive temp drop of 0.58C temp is now below my coverline. It's not looking good Sad
