Hello again, I have been a bit quiet recently but am now back in the 2ww and reading through on how you have all been. Hope you are all well and sorry for those with AF.

Mascara I hope so. Boobs still sore although not as bad as they were at 3DPO. Just makes me hopeful as I never have sore boobs. Sometimes I poke at them to see if they might be sore but they never are haha.

My mum found out she was pregnant with me on Christmas Eve after nearly twelve years TTC. She died when I was young but I'm due AF at Christmas and I think it'd be so nice to find out when she did.

Also had a big temp drop today (5dpo) which having googled could be a IP. Could also be an anomaly. What do you think?

That does look like it could be implantation to me although I am a bit rusty with bbt charts as I haven't done one in over a year. Fingers crossed for a great Christmas present for you Sunshine. When will you test?

I'm 1dpo today. Ov'd on cd15 this cycle which is good as didn't ov until cd19 last cycle.

Hi everyone, how is everyone doing?

I'm surrently 3dpo and trying not to get my hopes up as I've had a pinching sensation around my lower abdomen (slightly to the left) intermittently all day, and my temp this morning was the highest it's been at 3dpo since I've been taking my basal temperature. I know it means nothing but I feel different.

I'm seeing my gynaecologist tonight to talk to her about my apparently thin lining and TSH levels - I really hope I get some reasurance and don't get fobbed off :(

Ooh I hope so! I'm due AF on 23rd I think so if it doesn't arrive I might wait until Christmas Eve to test as that's when my mum found out with me.

AF was due on 27 December for me but I got a positive opk two days earlier than expected, and since my LP has never changed and my cycles weren't regular before I gave birth, I am assuming I ovulated two days earlier than I thought I would and, therefore, AF is now due on Christmas Day. Obviously, since ttc turns me into a compulsive worrier, I am now fretting that the opk was wrong or I have missed the right day again, which is not helped by all the twinges I have been having in my side today. Confused

Ah Mrs, maybe count this as day 1 then?

Got my early scan today, so nervous. Woke up symptomless and its not until this evening. Gosh I hope everything is ok Confused plan is to keep busy. 9+4 (or 8+5) so should be able to see more. Hopefully I'll be a bit clearer on the date too.

What you count as day 1 is neither here nor there really, the crucial thing is ovulation surely? Your cycle will be all sorts of messed up after a mc and some people do say it takes a good while to stabilise again. I know you want to get trying again but you have to take it as s sign your body isn't ready yet.

Yep but what I mean is after a mc you could ovulate on day 15, 30, 50... You just don't know. So knowing day 1 won't tell you that. Maybe temping could be quite useful?

Mrsunsure, can understand you wanting to know where you are in your cycle but think you're right to just see what happens without temping etc while you're away on holiday.

Scan was great, a little wriggly blob with a strong heartbeat. Could even hear the heartbeat this time. I am 8+5 like I thought. Got my hospital scan through but it's the 21st January! I'll nearly be 15 weeks! Is that too far? Mrs?

I think you can still have nuchal test up to 14+6?

I know with my first I was 15+2 when I had my dating scan (because I only found out at 14 wks) and I was too late so I had quad test instead.

It's whenever they can fit you in within the parameters for the NT - mine just gone was 13+1
