Shiny new thread and this time I got the title right!

We're all waiting for baby cupcake to come along

He looks very composed there Cupcake. He has very heat hair, had it been brushed for bed. I love the way he is lying-completely relaxed and content. Glad to hear Ds2 is feeling a bit better. Here's hoping you get a good night's sleep.

DH was home by 11. Said the do was boring. He has had 3 pints and is feeling romantic. Is in the shower at the moment- will probably fall asleep as per usual forgetting he said we were going to have sex. It is a good job I am not easily offended by him.

I have started wrapping some presents tonight. Am feeling quite organised this year.

Ducky yes it is, a Micky mouse one :) I've got a dummy clip attached to it. I took it off now tho DS2 has a habit of dropping his dummy when I pick him up.

Lulu no I hadn't brushed his hair it does look rather neat tho

Ds2 is up for his feed. Slept 11pm till 3:15pm. Hoping he sleeps till 7/8am. I'll be happy with that :)

No, he hates work nights out. He likes a night out with a few mates but not work nights out.
The wind has stopped up here and it isn't raining, just very grey.

Hello everyone :)

Been really busy the past few weeks, back to work and DP has been away on business, and finishing off the house move. We are all in now and DP says we are Never. Moving. Again. . DD loves running around everywhere (we need stair gates), having her own room and a nice spare room for guests. But she still insists she liked the old house better

DS has learnt to crawl. He is very proud of himself! Nursery suits him well, apparently he is always smiling and chatting, and loves having lunch with all the other babies. DD is very proud of her baby brother and keeps asking to go down to the baby room.

Sorry to hear about your DS cupcake :(. I've only been back at work 3 weeks and she has been sick in the car twice so we've had to come home again, but I think it's travel sickness.

How are both the ds's cupcake? My ds has the same nuks because they're the only ones I found in a random shop. He's now having tommee tippee ones thank god as they're so much easier to find in shops

He didn't actually Ducky Unusually for him after 3 pints he was very wide awake.

Hello Bears. Glad to hear everything is going so well.

DS has just taken his first few steps by himself. Hurrah! He went from clinging onto the sofa to DH- who had his Oleg grub- about 4 steps. Clever DS. DH was quite emotional. Seems to think it was a boys bonding moment Anyway, we were both there to see it so that was nice.

I thought once DS took a few steps he would just start walking all the time but he isn't. He does not seem to get past 4 or 5 and then either over balances or grabs onto something or just sits down. He is very pleased with himself though.

DS2 is feeling much better :) he's managed to eat some food today and started to become his normal self this evening :)

Lulu that's great DS has started taking a few steps!! :) DS1 was about 14 months when he walked.

Ducky I brought the nuk dummies for DS1 but he never used them so DS2 has them his are from One Stop lol

I'm dying my hair tomorrow! Only dark brown :/ but I have some hair extensions that are dark brown and I rele wanna use them so I'm gonna dye it!
How easy is it to dip dye? I'd rele like to dip dye the end of my extensions purple but dunno how to do it?

Yaaay! DS2 did it again! Last bottle at 11pm and has woke up at 5am :) 6 hours sleep! That's pretty good for a 6 week old!

Lulu that's wicked!!! Was he standing on his own ok, ds will only stand holding something.

Cupcake glad ds is feeling better, ours were one stop too that's wicked for ds2 to sleep that long! Hopefully he will get the hang and teach ds1. No idea about dip dying though.

I'm scared, I'm going to the hairdressers later to have a complete re style of my hair it's bra strap length at the mo and I'm having it all cut above shoulder length

Yes, he trotted to DH from the sofa across the floor. He does not seem very keen to do more than 5 steps though and then sits down or grabs onto something. He is very unsteady. I suppose practice will improve that. He has been to nursery today and I have done a half day at work to start the handover of my job. He was worn out and in bed by 7pm- before DH got home. DH has had a parents' evening at work.

I am knackered too and so is DH. So we are all going to be in bed early tonight.

What is your hair like Ducky? Mine is short, layered and flicked at the moment? How did your colour go Cupcake? Mine is 'Light beige blonde'- that's what the box said anyway.

How did the hair cut go ducky? What's it like? Do u like it?
And ur right DS2 needs to give DS1 lessons in sleep

I need to dye it again tomorrow! Wasn't enough dye in the box so I have 2 patches of blonde

Just another day and a half and I am done - no longer a Deputy Head.

DH wants me to stop taking the pill but I am not. I want DS to be at least two when another one arrives, preferably 2 1/2.

I had it cut shoulder length with some layers and a choppy fringe it's black at the moment, quite strange for me as I usually have it bright colours.

It's ds birthday can't believe it! He woke up at 5, has opened three presents, played in his ballpit, had breakfast and has fallen asleep. Still has more presents to open which are all scattered across the floor

Thank you lulu he will be going to his usual group then we're off to the sea life centre. He loves looking at fish tanks so hopefully he will have a nice day.

I'm quite pleases with if, a bit gutted as I want it long but it was so wonky before so I needed it done. It's the second time in my life I have been to a hair dressers

Well DS1 has gone back to nursery today :) he seems better now thank god!

I didn't go to hairdresser as the first time I went the woman I saw was absolutely horrible to me, so dm just used to cut my hair. The one I went to the other day was quite nice though. Ds has had two hair cuts already his hair grows so quick!

He was rele looking forward to nursery ducky! We were late this morning! All of us slept in till 8:15am! He should be at nursery for 8 that's the first time ever we have slept in that late. I'm shocked at DS2 sleeping till then an all!

Oo I don't like mean hairdressers ! Makes u feel like they are going to hack away at ur hair!

I feel quite down today. These baby blues are coming and going. :( feel the lowest today. Just feel a bit lonely, no one to hug and cuddle at night and to just be there when I need them :(

But just remember cupcake you are an amazing mom, remember the hard times you used to have being with exh, they aren't happening now

The health visitor asked me about how I was feeling as she came to do a 6 week check yesterday. But I lied said I felt okay :/
Is it worth talking to the HV or is gp better or what?

I think exH has met someone.

Maybe have words with your gp cupcake, from what I have read on here hv can be utterly useless (although there are some gooduns too!). You've had so much to deal with recently, exh, having ds2, ds2 being ill, ds1 being ill. Hope your feeling normal again soon.
