Late period, some symptoms, neg test(s)

Hi
My AF is 8 days late.
I have some symptoms- smell of coffee I hate, feel sick, tired.
Sometimes I have similar pms symptoms but not to this extent and obviously being as late as I am....
Tested 3 days ago in the morning and last night in the evening and they were negative
When I had my son (born 2011) I knew at about 4 weeks and I had a early miscarriage in March and that was about 4 1/2 weeks

I would of thought it would be positive by now....

Anyone had/having similar problems?

R u going to try ovulation kits ? I'm fed going to use them if my AF comes would like to know if I'm even making eggs ! Xxg

Morning ladies how we all doing ? I did another cheapy test first thing this morning still nothing I'm a week late now got the doctors on Friday for blood test but that seems miles away ! Just going to have to keep dtd until I get an answer one way or the other ! My prego symptoms seems to have died down , just left with sore nipples ( cramping stopped mid last week ) Duno what to think anymore X
Anyone else taken a test today ? FX crossed for u all ! Xxg

Hi everyone so kinda gutted as i didnt get my bfp on dads birthday BUT its still not over! Cycle day 46 18 days late been getting frequent headaches going to the loo alot more often than normal i have quite bold blue veins through my areola and across boobs and my nipples are soooooo sore im alot more tired i hardly get through the day without sleep what the hell is going on!! Xx

I had the cramps last night and was actually hoping it was AF ! In so sick of this torment! My nipples r still aching and bras seem too small but I think I'm suffering from post CB pill symptoms , I'm on cd 39 now with neg Preg test and BFN
Iv read women that come of birth control can go for months with out a period ( it's possible to still ovulate but it could b at any time so unless ur using o sticks or taking temp u might not know when) we have b dtd every other day exempt 1 week when I felt crap ( due to this) lol
A period would b nice now X

I keep reassigned about women who don't get positives for like months which I think scares me!
Tomorrow will be day 50, not sure when go pop to the gp.

Hi day 47 for me i teally dont think af is coming my doctors have told me to just wait! So im going to see if my next af turns up due in 10 days if not ill demand an appointment x

I would tell them you nd piece of mind and insist u get checked , I was at docs last Friday , they sent me away with a pregnancy test to do this Friday and if it's still negative and still no AF to come in for blood tests ( they need to check my hormone levels to make sure everything's normal ) so I would just get your doctors told lol
I'm not as late as you girls and the doctor I had was lovely ! Really makes a difference knowing you might get some answers finally X
I think if your not tracking ovulation it makes it impossible to know what's going on - so I will be doing that next month for sure ! xxg

Well just been out for a long walk with the dog and come home to find AF has started , I'm actually relieved ! Going to relax with some wine tonight and take a more relaxed approach next month but buy ovulation sticks to check alls well in that department Xxg
Hoping next month will b our BFP as I am wanting a summer baby X

Atleast you can now concentrate on your next cycle i have no idea whats going on with my AF i really dont think its coming atal iv never skipped a period from when i started age 12!! X

Oh well things r sounding good then ! U may have not ovulated until later in your cycle this time round or not ovulated this month at all , it can happen , ( think Iv read to much on Internet this month ! ) u can still ovulate next cycle without a period X may b hard to work out ur dates tho X
I would make an app anyway to talk to someone who knows more tho , just to put your mind at ease , the stress isn't good for you

Gx91 - sorry about your AF but your right once it's over you can concentrated on baby making again I've not made any decisions about buying ovulation kits yet I'm thinking considering my AF has gone on so long this time that it might be useful to get some.

Lollyb20 - fx still for a good outcome for you. I do think you should see the Dr definitely if you miss your next AF.

Sadie and lolly - sorry to hear you don't have any AF or BFP yet , I agree if ur worried get a doctor to see you , but I'm sure everything is ok , stress can delay a period so might well be that ! Xx

Pulledapart - my period seems to be super heavy this month too it started tues and isn't getting any lighter X I know if I didn't use ovulation kit this month i would b kicking myself if I had another long wait til period ! That's just me tho , I could b giving myself another month of stress ! Lol xxg

Gosh so AF finally ended yesterday! Didn't have time to get ovulation kits today so must remember to get it tomorrow. DTD today though as according to the AF log I keep this week is fertile days with Thursday being ovulation day. Fx it is correct and hoping this month is the month for a BFP. Either way the ovulation kits will help to narrow down the fertile days over the coming week. I should have really just ordered them as well when I got the cheapy tests ah well U live & learn.
