Well ladies, as requested, let's keep it going, even if it's few and far between! Our little greenhouse still has the door open for all weebles past and present!

Hello Chintaria it's Ramadan at the moment so not trying to go on social media as much - but then I ended up on here

Hope the renovation is going well! We're going to be doing a big renovation ourselves soon, new kitchen, 2 new rooms in the loft and moving the bathroom from the ground to first floor. Not looking forward to different living arrangements whilst it's all going on but need to look at the benefits long term !

And the dust Sabs there will be lots of dust 😂 Worth it though!!

Oh yes how can I forget the dust that will get everywhere and take forever to clean up

It sounds very exciting though - I am trying to focus on the progress rather than the fact that every single surface in my house is absolutely covered in dust, wood shavings and goodness knows what else. It is hazardous in there at the moment! Good luck with your renovation - when’s it starting? x

Ooh very exciting!!
Ours has to end by mid September. I’m having a big operation at the beginning of October, and need to spend 23 hrs of the day lying in bed for the first month so we really need to be back in by then 😬 Wish we could be a bit more relaxed about it taking longer though!!

How wierd.. For some reason I'm wide awake and thinking about my lost little ones, 10 years ago for my 2nd and 3rd, can't quite believe it.. So something made me just lurk! How lovely to see such recent activity! S just turned 8 last weekend and T also turning 5 in a few weeks just like yours Sabs! Still pinch myself regularly and counting my blessings! Chin, Moon, think of you all often, even tho its been a while since I was on here! Chin op sounds serious.. Wishing you a successful and swift recovery!

Oooh ladies house renovations! How exciting! I feel your pain re the dust and mess! Just had major work done too funnily enough! New conservatory, and just took out the wall and doors/window so more like extension, we did whole new kitchen refit at same time, great new space, but hell with no kitchen and worksite for a several weeks, coincided that with a complete bathroom refit, which was probably the worst, just a shell and flushing loo with a bucket! Just to add to the chaos I did Teddy's room at the same time! Omg, sooo glad it's all over, but very very worth it! It's like a brand new house! Chin, started end of Feb, and more or less finished by Easter, so about 2 months in all but felt longer! Just the hall left!

Ahhh, hopefully I can go back to sleep now..! Lol! Good old weebles, nice distraction as ever! Xx

to my favourite girls, lovely to see you all. I still lurk occasionally. I miss the place that this used to be. I think of you all often. My 'little' J is nearly five and starts big school in September. I never thought that day would come all those heart breaking tears ago. Still grateful to you all for getting me through those tough times.

Years not tears. Although there were plenty of tears!

This time five years ago, I was pacing the living room floor, and I paced it all night!
My (not so) little J is five years old tomorrow. Happy birthday to my beautiful boy. I love you so much xxxxx

Happy birthday to J - they grow so fast don't they! Z turned 5 a few months ago and S will be 9 next week!

Tomorrow will be 10 years since my mmc - the experience changed my outlook on life forever. The memories never go away do they. So grateful to have my 2 babies in my life and forever grateful to you ladies for all your great advice, words of wisdom and hand holding along the way x

Hello Emmsys. It's been years since I've posted on here, but events today have drawn me back.

Not sure if anyone is still reading, but if you are and remember MLS, she very sadly died of cancer today. I am so desperately sad for her 3DCs and her DH. She was the person who invited me onto the Emmsys thread. We were both on a due in October group and then I had my mmc. She was so lovely, even though she had also had a scare around that time.

Just too young to go. Bloody cancer.

I can’t tell you how glad I am that the group is still going even though it’s been far too long since I posted. The news about mls drew me back her such a lovely lady always such positive posts despite the dark times that brought us together. I’m giving my two babies extra hugs tonight as I think of mls and her children

Hello lovelies it's been literally years since I posted but like you guys after seeing the sad news about mls I felt drawn to see who was about. Life can be so cruel and I too hugged E a little harder last night whilst thinking of her 3 little ones. We messaged very recently on fb as she was giving me some advice for a friend of mine who is going through a cancer journey of her own and she was so upbeat and positive and never mentioned how bad things had got. A very beautiful person who will be greatly missed x

Hi everyone, what desperately sad news. I have been thinking of her constantly since finding out, of her beautiful children, and her poor dh too. He sounds like a wonderful man.
It is heartbreaking, and so very unfair. MLS was an amazing lady 💔

Oh I had no idea, what very sad news. Mls you were such an amazing lady and you had such strength for yourself and all of us. You will be very sadly missed. I remember the day you sent me your sling to use on baby j after he wouldn't settle, it was such a kind thing to do. You always rallied the troops. What a very sad day.
Thank you ladies for coming back to update otherwise I'd have never known.

Oh god just popped my head in and what shocking tragic horrible heartbreakingly sad news.. Mls was always such an upbeat fighter.. Vividly remember her at one of our few meet ups and having a quiet admiration of her confidence and feistiness.. Can imagine she was stoic til the end.. I wonder if Neeko knows, she must do, they were really close.. What a horrible shock to read this.. How terrible for her poor children and husband.. Just shockingly sad.. Thank you louey for letting us know..

Just knowing mls here, her words and tenacity, I can begin to imagine her strength and determination and how much she must have fought for and loved her family.
