Geek - how embarrassed am I? talk about teaching your Granny to suck eggs! so sorry. Does that mean though that you can solve my problem? I am trying to move my software to another computer without losing my past cycles, how can I move them?

BBW - those high temps look good, are you pleased? software should recognise OV tomorrow.

Hey MrsMC I walk from home to and from work every day, about an hour in total so I thought I'd put it on! Oh and one Sat walked halfway round Paris. Hardly a hiker but its better than nothing. My temps are looking more promising this month. I need to update it tonight I have had to days of cramping pre-OV!

what does the 'p' day mean on ovusoft?

I like the cover lines I shall have to work out how to do them.

i think it automatically does the coverline for you post ovulation.

Hey Greedy, I think you can safely say you are 9dpo from your chart. "P" means Peak, not quite sure why it starts counting again when you are past OV.

Cityangel - the manual method for calculating the coverline is .5 above your highest temp for 6 days excluding days of AF so the software should give you one in a few days.

Boy that confused me, not being able to leave a message and wondereing where everyone had gone!
Silly me .

Sorry about AF MrsMc.

I had EWCM today but low cervix and no ferns. Very confused. Ov predicted for Fri so still 5 days to go. Hopefully things will settledown. Probably the a/bs playing havoc with my system. Although that's all they are doing. The spots haven't moved!

Hope everyone else is well.
Will catch up properly on Monday.

Haven't been chart spotting yet but will go now. I have managed to sort mine out and you can see my whole boring history of cycles again!

Greedy and Geek your charts still looking good . Anyone testing yet?????

My EWCM has gone, think it must have been a blip yesterday .

Did a opk today just to make sure. -ve as I thought.
I don't usually use opks but I thought I would try extra hard this cycle. It would be a fantastic xmas present to find out in the week before xmas. (I can dream.....). AF is due on 20th so I will either be extatic over xmas or will still have AF on the day itself. Hey ho, heres hoping it's a good month.

Sorry, had a bit of a ramble there.

i tested this morning 3cats. BFN of course or i would be shouting from the rooftops! still got 2 tests left but i will try and hold out before using them! when do you normally ov?

Don't give up Greedy. Did you test early? When is Af due? Fingers crossed for you.

I have Ov'd on CD15 for the past 3 cycles so predicted for Fri this week. DH goes away for the week on Sunday so if Ov is any later this month is out. I'm hoping it will be Friday as predicted.
I'm full of cold yet again. I'm thinking that a cold is one of my signs of impending Ov, I seem to always full of cold lately.
Trying to think of a festive name with cats in but on a bit of a go slow today.
Never changed my name before, is it easily done?

i managed to change mine 3cats, so it can't be too hard!
i am 10 or 12dpo, so yes i tested too early probably. but i have already got 2 kids and got early +ves with both of those pgs, so dont think i can be pg. good luck with your BDing

BTW I have charted for so long I tend to have a break while I have my af & sometimes during 2WW last few days - I find it one stress too much.

Quick question for all you TCOYF chart spotters - how does the software get to know you better? Does that mean, that from the information from your previous cycle it more accurately predicts ovulation, and can analyse your temps more precisely...?

I'm finding temping slightly irritating - the other day I took my temp 3 times one after the other, just to CHECK to see how consistent the results from my thermometer would be (all in the name of scientific accuracy, you understand..), and the temps varied by about 0.4C. This has been true each day, and with no real pattern eg. today my temps were 36.3, 36.1, 36.4 one after the other.

Does this matter? I've been inclined to do 3 temp checks and average them out.

averaging is the best plan if your temps aren't consistent xmassy. i always leave my thermometer in for at least 3 mins before i press the button cos that seems to give me more consistent results!

snowy - your chart doesn't look too bad to me (hey, what do i know!?) you only seem to have had one random high temp around ovulation, is that right? that happened to me too and i wasnt/still aren't sure where to count ovulation from! not that it makes much difference cos i think af is here now! dont think i can just call this spotting anymore. i expect my temp to plummet tomorrow and my mood with it!
