I ovulated on the same day as usual.i just wondered if it's lengthened my luteal phase.

Will you try Sis again this cycle Kir

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 26/08/2015 10:03

To those that are worrying about age. Our d friend had her first child a year ago aged 39 and they are trying for their second now as they hope to fit 3 in. They would have ttc sooner but married in between Smile

DizzyNorthernBird · 26/08/2015 10:07

beaut I know nuffink about supps but I would imagine that anything which can affect hormones also has the potential to affect lp too... Will you poas again soon though?

sammy at least af is here and you can get on with your treatment now this cycle! It is heartbreaking leaving puppy at home....I was dog sitting for my doggy (now lives with my parents) when we were on holiday the other week and she still cries when you leave her....even though she's now 3 years old and its routine for her!!

Sorry for af spin and kir

I've only just woke up again, my weekend is still catching up with me it seems!

My DP is such a doofus. He started his new job yest which is in London and an hours train commute away. He finished work last night, took the train to Hemel Hempstead and then realised he'd left his car and house keys in London!! So he rings me to see if I could pick him up but I was in Basingstoke seeing a mate! Luckily our neighbour went to his rescue and babysat him until I got home.....but unfortunately this meant I had to get up at 06.00 today to drive him back to Hemel for his train Hmm. Weather was horrendous so I went straight back to bed when I got home!

It feels like autumn already today!

DizzyNorthernBird · 26/08/2015 10:12

beaut that's ambitious for your friend! I hope she gets pg very soon and can squeeze all three in!

I saw on fb the other day that a work colleague has announced being pg with her third. I haven't seen her in years but she struggled ttc for her first and was on fertility meds (I assume clomid). She was very open about this and work kindly changed her job role whilst on the meds as she was struggling with side effects from the meds. After having the first she fell pg very very quickly with her 2nd (I'm talking within months) and is now having number 3 some years later. It's reassuring to know that although it might be an uphill struggle to begin with, it won't necessarily only be that way.

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 26/08/2015 10:15

DizzyN I think I'll get Af by the end of the day. I had convinced myself I was pregnant & all that wind was a symptom but I don't think so now. I will probably test again tomorrow morning if Af hasn't arrived though just because I have tests in so need to waste then Hmm

It's awful weather here (Leicestershire) I've not gone into work today as me and my eldest two dc feel sick. I'm watching a film and then plan on going back to bed

loopylou1984 · 26/08/2015 10:21

DizzyN - treatment will be next cycle. We have one month in between to try naturally. Got to ring the clinic though as my dates are out as cycle was 4 days longer than expected. X

Kirjava · 26/08/2015 10:30

beaut yup going to take a larger dose of SIs. I don't like the way they make me feel but I like ov symptoms!

DizzyNorthernBird · 26/08/2015 10:37

Ah sammy thought it was this coming cycle. Still time for a little miracle then Smile

DizzyNorthernBird · 26/08/2015 10:51

nomio thanks for the link. It's interesting that some people think they're more sensitive to stress affecting their ov than others. I'm definitely going to start logging my stress to see if it changes my cycle lengths. Usually in any given month I'll have some stressy days. At the beginning of this year my cycles really settled down and I don't remember being too busy at work back then. Also in July I ov'd bang on cue and af came at the right time.....we'd been on holiday that month and I was lovely and relaxed! This month, since af work has really been getting me down.....coincidence?

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 26/08/2015 11:15

BeauticianNotMagician81 34, ttc#4, cycle 12, BFP due 27th September

Nomio23 · 26/08/2015 11:42

Yep, put your new stats up once AF arrives, Glasto.

Seems like AF is busy today.

Woolly84 · 26/08/2015 12:07

Morning ladies....hugs to all those who AF got Sad new cycle, new hope, as the wise spinners once said!Smile

dizzyn my cycles vary by anything up to 5 days, yes I have a stressful job but to be honest I think sometimes it's just random fluctuations as well!

I wonder if there is any reason for why it can take longer to conceive your first....hmm might have to google that later!

beaut has AF arrived then? Sad

Completely forgot to put up my stats when I came back:

#########
Woolly84, 31, TTC#1, Cycle 9, BFP due 15th September (ish)
#########

DizzyMerry · 26/08/2015 12:18

Sorry for AF spinning, sammy and kir. Fx for next cycle.

Fx for those in the tww.

Woolly I've not been too well this past week but so far so good today. Thanks for asking.

glastogal · 26/08/2015 13:05

My AF arrived today.. I knew it would. CD1 for me then!!

Kirjava · 26/08/2015 13:07

Wow, mass cd1! Sorry ladies Sad

DizzyNorthernBird · 26/08/2015 14:03

Ugh lots of af! Sorry to all Flowers and Wine

On a positive note, that should mean all of you testing around about the same time next month......the odds surely mean one of you will get your bfp next time around!

loopylou1984 · 26/08/2015 15:35

Lol DizzyN I like your thinking!

I called my clinic earlier to tell them AF was late so next AF would be later than planned and they said that's fine. And did I want the drugs to arrive later. I said no, just to leave it as it is, as that gives me more chance for a good delivery slot. It's not the kind of thing you can ask a neighbour to take in as it has to go in the fridge!! Xx

Nomio23 · 26/08/2015 18:49

That is good, Sammy. It sounds like everything is in place for your transfer. Hopefully you will be able to relax a bit & get ready for your bean. Exciting!

DizzyN, I call dibs on the BFP!

It is 4DPO for me today. Too early to test before the weekend & we are away Fri-Mon, so I can't test. I will be forced to wait until at least 9DPO, instead of stupidly starting about 7DPO like normal!

HopesUpKnickersDown · 26/08/2015 19:46

Hello lovelies, can I hop back on the bus?

cd21 for me, should be due af on Monday coming, spotting seems to have a grip of me this month, been spotting since Sunday, at one point it was a pinky red colour, surely to me that can't be right, I'm logging everything down!!!

Woolly84 · 26/08/2015 20:02

HopesUpKnickersDown · 26/08/2015 20:11

Hi Rainy! Woolly I remember you from some of the monthly buses when I first joined MN, I was JemimaPuddleDuck back then! Good to see you back.

DizzyNorthernBird · 26/08/2015 20:12

I'm not allowed to watch bake off because DP is out for dinner and we have to watch it together! So I'm watching bbc2, programme about ocd....fascinating.

Woolly84 · 26/08/2015 20:23

Oh hi jemima/hopes didn't realise about the name change Smile best of luck for this cycle!
