Had my fertility appointment, to get my progesterone checked again, and dh to get his sperm tested, she is not worried about the spotting at this stage, to go back in three months time, been told to do it every two to three days through out the month and to stop stressing and they will do everything to try and help me, was so hoping to come out with some progesterone and clomid , not this time!! I have also been told that you have to be trying for three years before they put you forward for IVf if they can't find anything wrong with us!!

Tmi post but I have thick creamy cm is this the norm after ovulation i don't know. I have had to put a pant liner on. I was taking epo but only for about 7 days at the beginning of my cycle this time

That includes the time we have been trying so far, we have been trying for 16/ 17 months, we have not got that kind of finance to go private, im hoping that there are other options before we would have to go down that route, I kept going over the fact that i spot brown blood unto 7 days before af, but they put that down to ovualtion spotting!!, i kept saying i think its my progesterone lowering, they said the next thing after the progesterone level checking would be putting dye in my tubes,

Eskimo fx crossed that you have ovulated this month!!, yes we need some bfp this month , its been long over due!!

Ladies when i was asked if i drank alchohol at my appointment i said to her i am not going to lie, i drink a bottle of wine over the weekend, she did not say that that was bad, I am not saying she is giving me the green light to get plastered each week but i think a little wont hurt!!

At least you know the timescales now Rainy. If there is a problem with ovulation, there are other options before IVF, and if they can't find anything wrong, at least you are about halfway there to IVF. Hopefully you feel a little bit reassured that they have said that they will do everything they can? Flowers Flowers

Rainy, you are halfway through the wait already & there are lots of things they can do before you get to the IVF stage. Hopefully you won't need it. Smile

5dpo and also noticed more cm than last cycle. Could it be pregnacare??? still I haven't used a liner yet. A bit afraid to jinx it.
Also I have cramps in my cervix.

ral cm is very much affected by environmental factors including your diet, levels of hydration and health. It might be pregnacare or a combination of your current lifestyle choices?

Ral, I tend to get creamy CM a few days after OV. I don't think it is a sign of either being pregnant or not. Except in your case when it is obviously a sign that you are upduffed! Grin

Sammy, I read your posts yesterday & really feel for you. I hope you don't get baby bombed tonight, but if you do, try to remember that it will soon be you sharing your news. X

Eskimo, I have all my body parts crossed for your test results. I wish you were getting them sooner, as it is slightly painful!

CD8 for me & I am not expecting to OV until CD18, so boring. I am trying my Clomid on days 5-9 this month.

Rainy 3 years that's ridiculous. Is that the general rule on ivf or is it postcode dependant. Hopefully you won't need it anyway and will get a BFP very soon. I presume they will
try clomid and other things beforehand.

Non-TTC news ladies, but I had to share. I've just come back from the physio and I think he may have really started to get to the root of the problem with my neck/arm/shoulder situation! Today, he only worked on my upper neck, whereas before he's focused on my shoulder and collarbone area. Anyway, after spending some time on pressure points right at the top of my spine and just below where my skull starts, he then got me in kind of a headlock (!) (I was lying on my back and he was behind me) and then sharply twisted my neck one way, and it gave a huge crack! Then he twisted it the other and it cracked again, twice, really loudly! At first I thought he's broken my neck! Eeeek! But then it was much looser and definitely less sore and now I'm home, I'm sure that my fingers have got a tiny bit of sensation in them, whereas they've been numb for about two weeks since this started. Hmm

I know it's off topic, but I'm quite excited that it may be the start of having a normal shoulder again! He said that he thinks that my neck is the root of the problem. FX it is and it will get better now! Grin

Erm... 7? I would say any earlier is 'tea-time ish' or 'dinner time' depending on where you are in the country. Therefore early evening is 7? Or 6.30 at the earliest... Confused

beautician Im sure she said that it varies on area, dh last SA came back with lower motility and count, so they want him to retest, they did say if it comes back the same and that if i am ovulating ok then they would try putting the good sperm and putting it into my egg, she never mentioned anything else, i have to have another progesterone test as mine was borderline, so we shall see what they offer next

Eskimo thats great news about your neck, hopefully he has got to the root of the problem

rainy sorry to hear you have a 3 year wait for ivf. Our area was 2 years. But I chose to put it off when it was offered and got my bfp on cycle 26. 2 years and 4 months. And yes I'm one of the ladies who DTD twice that month. The day before and the day after my pos opk. I also know how much sa's vary. My dh had 4 in total. All so different! 1-bad, 2-not so bad, 3-bad again, 4-not so bad! Conception is a bloody miracle sometimes.

Who was the troll Boris? Was this Abby?
