Have you managed to sort out a referral for IVF in your new trust nomio?

The house looks lovely nomio I forgot to temp again this morning maybe I will just try opk's as I am not copus mentus in the morning.
Day Zzzzzzzzzzz of cycle, suppose I'd better DTd tonight other wise I'll be accused of only wanting it when it's time....... Sigh!

Sorry for those who are feeling down, TTC is a horrible business but the end result is worth the heartache Lovely to see the grads come back to offer their support...I hope it's lifted everyone's spirits.

Commiserations for the bfn's but you're not out until AF arrives so keeping fx for everyone...I'm sure there is a BFP around the corner...I can smell it!

Cd3 here and I passed something today which I can only describe as looking like one of my vital organs, the witch is kicking me while I'm down this month!

I have exciting news, tomorrow I'm going to court with one of my closest friends. It's the naming ceremony for her little boy who she adopted in September. Her journey to become a mum has been long and hard, she tried to conceive for 5 years with her SH (shitbag husband), 3 failed rounds of IVF, miscarried at 18 weeks on the 2nd round ??. She then split up with SH when she found out he was shagging the neighbour. 2 years later she became a single adoptor to her gorgeous baby boy. I'm so proud of her...I will be bawling my eyes out tomorrow!

That has happened to me before, Knickers. It is soooo annoying.

Night, I rang earlier & was told the gynaecologist received my referral on the 14 May & I will get an appointment within 13 weeks. Then they have to refer us to the actual clinic, so we probably won't be able to actually start for about 5/6 months yet. I am so incredibly annoyed at how long it is taking considering we were at the stage where we actually had an appointment in the old house. At this rate I will be 38 before we even get started. I just feel so frustrated & helpless. I so wish we could go private.

Don't apologise nomio, I'm not surprised that you are frustrated! It is a ridiculously long process but try to think of it positively in that you will have plenty of time to get the nursery sorted in your lovely new house :) you will get there lovely, have faith!

I am trying, Night! I like your idea of focusing on getting the house ready for our baby.

So we've managed it 5 times since Friday. MrF was waves off back to work after a long weekend. I can't say I'm sorry I have friction burn!!! If all this DTD doesn't work this month I will be utterly utterly disappointed

Hi Frog, a preggo chair aka fertility chair is just a normal chair which possesses special fertility powers...anyone who sits on it becomes pregnant, fact! I will source a rubber ring for the Bumsnet fertility chair just for you! 5 times since Friday = very impressive!

Nomio I did come back super relaxed....but had a manic day in work today. I went in, floating on my cloud of relaxation and holiday happiness, walked in to my room to find that our newest employee had left her notice for me . She is a senior member of staff and didn't even have the decency to hand it to me. We now need to find a replacement ASAP. I also had a mountain of post to deal with and a very busy appointment book. I was so angry as the timing was dreadful and it immediately brought me down from my happy relaxed holiday mood.
Anyway, pjs on now and tomorrow is another day.

Haha knickers a rubber ring would be welcome right now!! Also I am I'm awe of your friend, she sounds like a total star. What a happy ending for her and her little boy. Warms my heart.

MrF thinks all his Christmases have come at once. He was lucky to get it five times in three months prior to ttc!!!

I am on the crappiest G mobile signal as the hotel WiFi isn't working so just a quick update to say looks like AF is here and I'm on CD1. If this posts I'll try to post some more!
