haquoi - how are you feeling? I'm okay thank you, just awaiting the inevitable af now. Time seems to be dragging.
Welcome doom! Good luck, yes try to relax! Easier said than done I know Smile

fuzzywuzzy · 08/06/2015 14:08

Hi Doom, good luck in your TWW, are you going to try one more time for luck? I also get ov pains exactly at the times the OPK's show I am ov'ing, I have yet to actually BD on the day I ov, dp inevitably tends to be away or not in the mood, so long as you managed to BD in the four days leading up to ov there's a chance fingers crossed.

Haquoi how are you doing? I read up on she-oak and realised I can't take it it's preserved in brandy, I can't take alcohol. I can't find it in any form but tincture. Soooo I decided to try royal jelly tat's also supposed to be calming (I need to be clam).

doomkittycleo · 08/06/2015 14:19

I'll try once more for luck if I can persuade him. He's working in Scotland today so will see how tired he is when he gets home.

haquoi123 · 08/06/2015 15:04

Hi doom, best of luck persuading your oh!
That's a good point fuzzy, sorry. What's royal jelly?
best of luck diana with the baby dancing!

diamond I'm doing alright, thanks. Still spotting slightly but fingers crossed it's normal. Just got to get to Wednesday when we'll hopefully see a heartbeat. No other symptoms though, not even ms! Focused determination that this baby will survive!! When is your AF due?

Royal Jelly is secreted by the worker bees and fed to the Queen bee, it's the only think she is fed. As I'm trying the honey and cinnamon I figured I would also try the Royal jelly (in capsule form), I'm taking 500mg it contains vitamin B6 amongst other things. I'll see how I go.

Good luck with the scan, two more days to go Smile

diamondsparkles · 08/06/2015 15:39

haquoi - yes spotting is normal. Yes keep thinking positive lovely, we're right behind you. I am so excited for you for Wednesday too xx
Af due this Saturday, I have tortured myself by testing early as I always do as I have no idea how many dpo I am as I never got a positive opk but in reality I know this isn't my month, just can't help myself, I think with that stupid year anniversary since we started ttc being on Saturday too I've sent myself a little more mad than usual. Obviously the tests have been bfn. It's all just a bit crap really and I'm sick of hoping for a bfp when it's never there. Sorry for the ramble - bet you wish you'd never asked!

fuzzywuzzy · 08/06/2015 15:47

Diamond what time of day do you test using OPK's (I've read it's better to test in the afternoon as you could miss the surge)?

Saturday is a while away, good luck. I know how you feel, I drive myself nuts over the tww as well,

Red193 · 08/06/2015 16:25

So just left my colposcopy appointment and my abnormal cells are almost completely gone and the ones left are not on my cervix just in the surrounding cells! So happy to have that news! She was also great on ttc tips and advised me that my cervix was opening but my CF was not clear enough yet so I haven't ovulated so far! She was really good and I'm just so happy! Off home to celebrate ????

DianaOstara · 08/06/2015 16:49

red such great news! You must be so relieved Flowers

I had quite an abundance of stretchy CF earlier but it didn't look clear so il go by the advice above and assume I haven't ovulated yet. I've got a cracking headache so not feeling in the mood for tonight anyhow!

doomkittycleo · 08/06/2015 21:16

Success, Wink

diamondsparkles · 08/06/2015 22:00

fuzzy - I use the clear blue digital opks that say you should use first morning to test but I have wondered whether testing once a day might miss a surge, who knows? Either that or I'm not ovulating so I would like to think I've just missed it this month.
red - that's brilliant news! Hope you are celebrating well tonight Smile
diana - headaches really kill the mood don't they. Hope you feel better now.
doom - I take it you've had a busy night?!Wink

findingmyfeet12 · 08/06/2015 22:02

That's good news Red - hope you enjoyed your celebrations!

Fingers crossed for your scan Haquoi.

I'm on cd11 and have just taken the first of this cycle's oestrogen supplement.

I didn't detect and ewcm last cycle so I hope it's better this time. I'm still putting on weight which is pretty annoying as I'm probably eating less than before.

diamondsparkles · 08/06/2015 22:09

finding, I wish you all the luck with this cycle. I read somewhere the other day that when you are on clomid it sometimes makes the ewcm less apparent- and I thought of what you'd said about that happening too. That's annoying about putting on weight though, how frustrating

doomkittycleo · 08/06/2015 22:21

Yep, so we've managed 2 days before and the day of ovulation. Let the 2 week wait begin! Please try to help me not to obsess like a mad woman. Smile

diamondsparkles · 08/06/2015 22:30

Well done doom! Grin
Although I'm not the best person to help you not be obsessed, I'm terrible! Every month when I've failed yet again I think I won't be obsessive this time then it all begins again..... You'd think I'd learn after a year but no. This is such a good thread for supporting though, it'll help you in your tww Smile

findingmyfeet12 · 08/06/2015 22:33

Doom - we're pretty much all obsessed here.

I'm analysing every twinge. If my nose feels itchy I think it's a symptom.

doomkittycleo · 08/06/2015 22:49

You guys make me laugh ??

fuzzywuzzy · 08/06/2015 22:53

I've actually taken to writing down all my 'symptoms' daily. So hopefully I will obsess less.

OK I'm totally loopy.

findingmyfeet12 · 08/06/2015 22:56

When you get your BFP Fuzzy you can guarantee that I'll want a complete run down of that list. I'm tragic like that.

birchygoo · 08/06/2015 23:20

Hey all I'm afraid the witch AF has shown up for her visit. Am of the June bus already. Bfp due 7th July.
I'm in total agony, stuck in a hotel room, just wanna cry. Met up with old uni friends asking if any babies when I'm going to think about having them :-( I can't face their looks of pity if I tell them been trying. Ugh really was so positive about this month. Seems SMEP isn't all it's suppose to be!

Dh is of to leave his sa in for tomorrow after holding onto pack for 3 weeks hoping we wouldn't need to.

Possibility of a little st Patrick's day baby now! Fx

haquoi let us know how your scan goes!

I might just hover for a bit. Depresso AF hormones have got me!

Lovelyjubbly95 · 09/06/2015 00:19

Hi! Thought id check in, hope everyone is well! Smile

Rememberallball · 09/06/2015 06:41

Morning all, apologies for going AWOL - things have been crazy here for the last few days (again!!)

AF was a 'good girl' and buggered off afte just 2 1/2 days this month so DP and I have been able to make the most of our time together and have some fun!! I spoke to him again about SMEP and suggested he look the details up while I was at work the other day only to be told that he was happy to participate but, at the same time, he wasn't interested in reading up about it or working out what day is when so "just to tell him when I need him to do anything"!! Talk about taking any romance out of the moment - but how typically male of him!!

A quieter day at work today so going to stuff envelopes with wedding invites and get them in the post this week!! Also going to look into waiting times to see the gynaecologist specialist at the hospital and hope it's not too long.

Any recommendations on supplements I can take to get my progesterone levels up or promote ovulation?

Remember, vitamin B6 promotes balancing progesterone levels, take it after ov as it helps build the uterine lining.
