Purdie! Massive, massive congratulations my darling! I'm so thrilled for you and so glad that I jumped on here quickly before spending the day in the big smoke Grin

oyster I see that huge congrats are also in order for you, my lovely! So glad that all the honeymoon rumpy paid off! Grin

Pug Whilst we're in London, the dogs are staying with my parents, no doubt having a whale of a time running around their huge garden! In order to keep his foot dry, my mum has given him an old swimming cap and secured it round his bandage with an elastic band. Genius Star

Mummy I'm so very sorry. Take care of yourself honey Flowers

Oysterbabe · 26/05/2015 08:10

As I only did an IC yesterday I thought I'd do a Superdrug today. I got a good line so am convinced. I'll stick mostly to the grad thread now and really hope that I have no cause to come back here anytime soon.
Thank you all so much for the support over the last 5 months. It would have been much harder without you. Hope to see you all on the grad thread soon!!

ThePug · 26/05/2015 09:20

Purdie You've only gone and done it! Well done you & MrP! Thrilled for you both Smile Are you at work today having to keep a lid on your excitement?

Fab line there oyster

eskimo Your mum is a genius!

night Will these be your first ever driving lessons or have you dabbled before? Does DH drive? I'm sure you'll be a quick learner.

I am pissed off because my temp rose a measly 0.03 F this morning compared to yesterday Angry . I hope I see a rise tomorrow otherwise the chart will be a big fat waste of time as I'm away on a work trip the next 3 days and won't be able to temp as getting up at silly o clock. Nor will I be able to get any more supplies from DH.

nightandthelight · 26/05/2015 09:24

Fx for a rise tomorrow pug!

First ever lessons and am so nervous! DH has sat the test before but failed so we both need to learn. He has booked the same date and time as me for the theory test so that's good :)

Woolly84 · 26/05/2015 09:42

mummy we're all here for you Flowers xx

dizzym glad you had a nice time with the family, that's great that DH has somebody to talk to about it.

pug I doubt we'll do many day trips, not sure how feasible that would be from where we're staying either. Hope that temp rise shows soon, mine was really slow and went down a bit then went back up.

Had a big temp drop today, only just above cover line now so AF is coming Sad I know it's hormones but am feeling really negative and fed up.

purdiepie · 26/05/2015 09:44

Thank you, Tessie.

Eskimo, that is so ingenious of your mum!

Night, what an extraordinary rule. Why the need to drive? We'll be a two-tot family with no car Hmm

Pug, please post your chart so I can figure summat out for you.
I've rung work to say I'm waiting to be seen at the gp surgery - s'only a white lie innit.

I don't want to labour the point, but I really am touched that the preggos who would ordinarily have liked to see me impaled on the spikes of a combine harvester have come to say congratulations. Thank you Smile

MarysPrayer · 26/05/2015 09:46

Delurking to say a big congrats to Purdie. Smile Super news!

purdiepie · 26/05/2015 09:49

Woolly, how long you been tyc? I'm sorry about the temp drop. What I will say - and this is to everyone - there is no knowing how soon your bfp is coming. The temp drops and the arctic sticks and the months rolling by don't mean a thing. Not a thing. It will happen. It is infuriatingly random. Just keep getting the sperm in....any way you can.

ThePug · 26/05/2015 09:51

Good luck with figuring this out puds Hmm I've also attached my only other chart which was bfp month for comparison.

Really busy with stupid amounts of work today so will pop back later to see the rest of you.

nightandthelight · 26/05/2015 09:57

I think Purdie because they don't like to remove them from the school they are used to and that may be some distance from your house. Also taking them to contact visits etc could also involve a fair bit of distance I think. I hate cars so this is going to be interesting!

Mummyofonesofar · 26/05/2015 09:59

Did want to say the whole fetal comparison to fruit & veg development thing is a croc of shit. My baby was bigger than a chick pea. Just ranting Angry

mslightyear · 26/05/2015 10:01

Congrats Purdie!

(ps: its wotsits with a name change!!)

chopsface · 26/05/2015 10:08

purdey we drew a line. I am genuinely happy for you and its so great your daddy doesn't have to fork out a fortune for Nancy's sibling now. I really hope this pregnancy is successful for you. There are no hard feelings on my side. I'm very forgiving :-)

Woolly84 · 26/05/2015 10:12

Oh mummy Flowers rant away and offload as much as you need to x

night I hate driving too, I'm sure you'll be okay once you get used to it though.

purdie this coming cycle will be cycle 6, and yep, I know that's not very long and I feel like a bit of an idiot whining about it when I know others have been trying longer, it's just my stupid irrational hormones. Thank you lovely, I will persevere, and your story really is inspirational Smile

chopsface · 26/05/2015 10:13

night I didn't learn to drive until the grand old age of 32! I hated it but it's nice to have the extra freedom. I recommend having 2 hour weekly lessons so you learn faster. And do loads and loads of practice hazard perception coz that's really bloody hard to click at the right time! I passed 3rd time on the actual driving test. But that wasn't so bad, I used the first 2 as practice runs ;-)
