Oh it's great when you are on the works computer googling 'cramps and lotion like discharge' just as your boss walks up behind you. Confused

Shit balls.

DizzyMerry · 27/05/2015 14:27

Lovely to see you nomio. So pleased CoC has gone really well for you and yay to the positivity. Enjoy dtd this afternoon and we'll hopefully then have your full attention on here!!!

Glittery Shock

Nomio230 · 27/05/2015 14:31

Oops, Glittery!

Thanks, Dizzy. It will have to be a quickie this afternoon, we are off to watch QI being filmed. Eskimo, I will be in the same room as Stephen Fry!!!

Hairstylisttoboris · 27/05/2015 14:33

Oh glittery!! I'm often worried about my team seeing what I'm doing on MN during the day.

autonomousplum · 27/05/2015 14:47

Aw dojo Grin fab news!
dizzy not sure yet. The temping not looking good. If AF shows today then only a 6day lp. If she shows tomorrow i would have equalled my longest lp length (7days). Will report back tomorrow or Friday depending. Still glugging my progesterone tablets in the hope she doesn't come but am constantly checking ff in case it miraculously changed my temp reading to something nice and high and stable of its own accord

dojo123 · 27/05/2015 15:05

Nomio That is sooo cool. Love QI now wondering if it is cool or if I have just exposed my inner geek

Nomio230 · 27/05/2015 15:20

We can be geeks together, Dojo!

Plum, I really hope the progesterone works for you. If not, it might be worth asking for the pessaries. I found them amazing last month. Am about to start them again today.

purdiepie · 27/05/2015 15:24

I want some fanny bullets too.

eskimoflo · 27/05/2015 17:03

I'm back from that there London. We had a fab time, pottering around Covent Garden, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. Unfortunately, I have the worst cold ever! It didn't stop me from bopping along to Maroon Five last night though Grin I have to take Alfie to the vets at 6 for a check up on his bandage and then when I get back, I have to pack for camping! Eeeeek. Haven't even thought about what we need to take yet... Confused We're meeting my best friend and her boyfriend there, and they went down today, so we'll want to set off quite early, which means doing a lot tonight. Hope we don't forget anything Hmm

Nomio How exciting that you're going to watch QI being filmed. I'm so Envy !

Dojo Lovely news Flowers

Glittery Pahahaha!

Pug, a couple of pages back, you asked about my results for the bloods. I don't get them until tomorrow. I don't think I should be getting my hopes up... Hmm

to everyone else!

eskimoflo · 27/05/2015 17:19

Ladies, I need some advice, if you have it? I have just called the surgery to get my blood results back and she was really reluctant to give me them and just said 'it says that you need to come in.' So I explained that I had been given the results before over the phone and she asked what they had been before and I said '3.' So she said 'it says that they are '1' now. Feckin' 1 ?????? What the hell does that mean? Obviously, it means that I am not working properly, but does that mean that I will never work?? Sad

I'm so gutted I could cry. I didn't really get my hopes up, but I definitely wasn't expecting the result to be so very grim. Please tell me it's going to be ok Sad

dojo123 · 27/05/2015 17:24

Oh Eskimo I am so sorry, I have no idea what those numbers mean but I think you need to go in and speak to the dr and get some answers. I wish I could help you and give you better advice as I can tell you are feeling upset about it all. Flowers

Nomio230 · 27/05/2015 17:26

It will be ok, Eskimo, I promise. I am convinced that Clomid will help you. As terrible as it seems, at least you know now that something is wrong, so can take steps to fix it. You will get your baby. X

eskimoflo · 27/05/2015 17:35

Oh, thank you so much both of you. I just called the surgery in a panic again to ask for my LH and FSH levels from February, as I never got the actual levels, they just told me that they were in the normal range. My LH was 4.8 and my FSH is 4.9. They're good right? It means that I'm not menopausal doesn't it? Shock

Pikz · 27/05/2015 18:28

Not read back yet but Eskimo my lovely you will be ok.

I had no periods after I had my mirena out before ds. It took a hysteroscopy, adhesion and endo removal and a hsg but my body finally clicked back together and I got there. He's nearly 3. My body just needed some help to get there. They will probably start with clomid and I betcha it will work.

You will get there, my levels before the surgery I remember were 2 and 6 on the two tests. I howled for days. The good news is that you have all the info to be properly refered and sorted

lucieloos · 27/05/2015 18:35

What were the blood tests for Eskimo and what day of your cycle were they taken?

ThePug · 27/05/2015 18:48

Massive hugs coming your way eskimo I'm so sorry the results weren't what we were all crossing our fingers for. But as nomio says, there is now clear evidence for the medical professionals that they need to do something to intervene and kick start things. And from what I've heard, clomid might be a very simple answer to that. I hope that you can have lots of fun on your camping trip (even with a cold, you must be mad!) and that your hilarious DH will think of ways to cheer you up.

nomio Sounds like you've covered all bases this cycle and I hope your good feeling turns into a great feeling in a couple of weeks!

I've just arrived at my parent's place as I'm staying here before heading to the airport early in the morning. I had planned this out as I should have been 12 weeks this week, and probably would have just had my scan Sad so could have told them in person. Everyone keeps asking me what I want for my birthday too and its killing me because I had imagined being able to tell people to get something baby-related.

Pikz · 27/05/2015 19:03

Oh pug :( go get a big mum and dad cuddle

chopsface · 27/05/2015 19:05

Eskimo was that the results of your day 21? As for your LH and FSH they are perfect hun. Lovely 1:1 ratio. If one is increased it could signify pcos but nowt to worry about there. What birth control were you on before ttc? A friend of mine was on the injection and didn't ov since stopping it. She finally has a Clomid baby after 2 cycles on it, after not oving for 18 months (and obviously not realising until way after a year). See your GP and get yourself sorted. Good luck x

eskimoflo · 27/05/2015 19:06

Oh Pug I'm so sorry. Life is just so cruel sometimes. Sending tons of hugs your way too. Hope your folks take good care of you Flowers My cold is really bad and I did consider cancelling the trip (especially as my friend has just texted me to says it's pouring down! Shock ) but I figured that the fresh air might do it some good, and it might be better than the couple of nights I've just had in a hotel room, which was really hot, so we had to put the air con on, which dried me out and made my throat worse Hmm

Pikz Thank you so much for your reassurance. It means so much to read a success story that has some similarities to mine. Flowers

Lucie I haven't had a period for six and a half months since coming off the pill in November. I took progesterone pills in January to bring on a withdrawal bleed and then had CD3 tests for LH and FSH. The results were: LH= 4.8 and FSH= 4.9. Last month, I took the pills again for a HSG test after my bleed. I then had CD21, CD28 and CD32 bloods to check prog levels. The first two came back as 3 and the CD32 test results were 1. Obviously, I'm not ovulating, but I was panicking and thinking that maybe I never will Sad

I really don't know what I would do without you all. You are all amazing. Flowers

chopsface · 27/05/2015 19:09

Oh Sammy I also had a dream the other night that dh wasn't my baby's dad! It was a bloke in work who was moving back up north and I was saying "well how am I meant to get the baby up to you for a visit on a weekend"?! The mind boggles

eskimoflo · 27/05/2015 19:10

Chops Sorry, I was writing that post and posted it before I read yours. Again, thank you so much Flowers The 1 was the result of the CD32 test. I was on the combined pill- Loestrin. If I'd realised that it would cause this, I would have come off it months and months ago! Confused The good news is that I have an appointment next Thursday with the clinic, so as you all say, I can now go armed with all of this information and get some Clomid.

eskimoflo · 27/05/2015 19:12

In fact, if I had realised it would cause this, I would have come off it years ago! I just read that back and realised that I did come off it months ago Hmm Sad Confused

DizzyMerry · 27/05/2015 19:14

Eskimo It's worrying when you get the results which you weren't expecting but you now know where you're at and have something to work with. I also think clomid will work for you and you are now that much more closer to your bfp. It will all work out for you.

Oh pug I don't even know what to say. Life can be so unfair Sad surround yourself with your parents love.

lucieloos · 27/05/2015 19:16

I was also on loestrin before ttc eskimo. My cycles came back straight away but they are shorter now than they used to be so wonder if that could have affected it.

Your fsh and lh are excellent. They are meant to be a ratio of 1:1 ideally which yours are! They can easily sort your ovulation out with clomid as others have said so hopefully you will be on your way to your bfp before you know it.

autonomousplum · 27/05/2015 19:30

nomio I might. Smile
