Thank you all for your kind words. Nothing especially bad at work, just same shit different day. It feels like a losing battle at times. Every time I sort one thing out something else comes up. I am definitely hormonal and grumpy at present. Hoping it's a symptom, but most likely AF preparing for her visit.

Fig that happened to me and the line didn't get darker but my temps showed that I did ovulate. I have started using the CB dual hormone opk. CD10 but no flashing smiley yet though.

I went for acupuncture today and the lady was really knowledgeable. She also has endo and told me it's actually an autoimmune disease. She advised I start taking omega 3 6 9 and continue with the conception vits and coenzyme q10. She advised that DH should take male conception vits, which he is doing as well as q10. Also she suggested I have a lap and dye to check my tubes and said the NHS should provide this as it's a diagnostic test. I only need to see her twice a month pre and post ov. Feeling much more positive now.

Boris hope you get more info on the fibroids and as pikz said you should find out if they're obstructing your tubes or ovaries. They can shrink and disappear over time but your GP should give you more info and put a referral through to the specialists.

Glittery I will say go for it and then decide whether it's something you want to continue with. I'm sticking to the lady I saw yesterday and she said when dealing with fertility issues she only needs to see her clients twice a month. She doesn't do herbs but did say there's no harm in trying them but make sure the person prescribing them is qualified and you see them often do they know where you're up to. I will continue to get the herbs from the other lady. This one is in Wilmslow and she charges £40 and no consultation fee. The other is in Stockport and her first session is £52 and then follow up is £42.
