What a year it's been. Two tryies at Clomind which had no effect. Then our first IVF where I didn'tr espond to treatment AT ALL. This 2nd attempt I've done better and we go for an egg collection on Friday! God willing and all being well I'll have a transplant on Monday. Even if I don't I know that I DO respond to the drugs! So there is hope!

Just wanted to share my news ... I'll post more as and when I have it. I will know on Friday how many eggs they collected and they will let us know on Saturday how many have fertilised ...

ooh good luck becs, hope the 2WW goes quickly but doubt it will, will have to let hester know i'm sure she'll be thrilled as well

oh will keep everything crossed for you all. I had dd through iui and it is wonderful to think I saw her as just a follicle . It is a miracle.

BeckiF Congratulations and just wanted to wish you all the very best for Monday we are having transfer on Tuesday. We are lucky to have beautiful DS from 1st IVF. Nervous as hell this time

I've been uber-emotional all day and am now trying to pull myself together, stay calm and be positive!

It'll be hard but try and put it out of your mind. Actually it's impossible. Just try and relax (mentally) as much as poss but carry on as normal physically. Can you plan things some nice things to do/keep you busy for the next two weeks?

thinking of you and will cross everything on monday for you, i have donated my eggs which resulted in a baby girl for a couple.

god sorry, brain malfunction. Obviously try and do all the things i've mentioned after embryo transfer

I had planned to take first week off work and back on the second. DP says he wants me at home for both! LOL! If my work were much busier I'd press the point of going but as it isn't I'd be happier here at home in DP's arms. Besides, IF I start to bleed then I'd rather be here than half an hour away

Thanks all for the support, it's been such a long, long time getting to this stage! Can't wait to get the two back in and nurture them both to full term!

Morning ladies!

Day 2 of having them in me! Saw the embies on the screen just before they sucked them up to come back to mummy and it was SO emotional!

Was in bed before 9pm and stayed there almost 12 hours!

How can I last 2 weeks?!

Becki - well done you for getting so far. The 2 week wait is not easy. Just be kind to yourself and try not to analyse every twinge(which is what I did).
