Thank you all, you are absolute stars and you are all so right, thanks for the hugs too I've really needed them. I think it was just such a shock that it was so so low.

wild I can't remember my FSH but was told it was normal. Thanks so much for the advice and reassurance. I will def up my vit d, I don't have the best record on taking my vits at the moment (probs since the last IVF) so I need to watch that. They didn't say what the afc was, all they said during the scan was right is normal but I have a large cyst on the left. I'm on 450 gonal f which is the absolute max dose and there's nothing else I can do at all so I'll just have to wait and see how it goes. First scan is Monday so fingers crossed.

Tiger all the luck in the world for testing tomorrow I'm crossing everything!

Happy when will you test? Hope you're feeling zen still.

Gill I'm so pleased for you, enjoy your holiday you deserve a lovely relaxing time Smile

Hi Merk

HB best of luck for tomorrow, I hope you are feeling much better too.

Thank you again berries you're so lovely

beakybeak · 12/05/2015 22:43

X post, Kuma thank you that's good to know. I think I will ring them to see if they know what the afc was. The nurse told me just before we left what my amh was so I didn't really get the chance to speak to anyone about it.

greatbigbushybeard · 12/05/2015 23:15

beaky my amh was low ( can't remember figure but can check) & we got there in the end so it's not the death knoll you think it might be.

gil yay!! Great news, you must be v relieved.

Good luck to everyone going through treatment & waiting to test, wishing you the best of luck!

Smidge001 · 12/05/2015 23:40

Oh good luck tiger if you're still planning to test in the morning. You're brave doing it away from home!

happy are you still feeling zen? I know what you mean though. I was a lot calmer on my third attempt - think I'd already changed my default position to assume the norm is for it not to work so a BFP would be an unexpected bonus! damn the double bluffing didn't work for me

Gill that is excellent news!! How exciting (once any initials fears were allayed). So is 12 weeks the next hurdle? Holiday will be fab, even if you can't fully partake.

I think we need a quick runners and riders list... There seem to be a few berries jostling about getting ready to enter the starting stalls (apologies for my made up horse racing terminology)

nolly3 · 13/05/2015 06:31

thinking of you tiger

what a nasty shock Beaky . as the others said it's by no means game over. is it the first time you had it tested? don't despair - think of bushy!

tigerdog · 13/05/2015 06:39

Well, it's faint but there is definitely a second line. I've spent so long scrutinizing arctic white test strips that when I saw the line appearing I couldn't quite believe it. I was not expecting this at all. The whole point of testing early was to get myself used to the bad news slowly. So this is what a bfp feels like...

I'll be POAnything I can get my hands on between now and OTD on Friday.

Holy fuck.

Hope you have nothing important to do work wise today as you'll get nothing done!

nolly3 · 13/05/2015 06:49

it's a bizarre feeling esp after years of negatives. I nearly passed out from the adrenaline. woo yay! woo!!!!!

WildflowerMarmalade · 13/05/2015 06:49

Have you told your brother yet?! Grin

nolly3 · 13/05/2015 06:50

haha wild. Wink

tigerdog · 13/05/2015 07:14

Thanks everyone. I'm just petrified and can't quite get excited yet. I have whispered the words "I'm pregnant" out loud, but it feels too scary.

Yes I've told Mr T, who was quite surprised to say the least! He is a man of caution and measured response though - don't think he will believe me until I do the official test on the official day. Told me to not think about it till then. Haha, if only it was that easy!

Pipbin · 13/05/2015 07:16

Yay Tiger!

Waves to Funky welcome back lady!

Nolly yes that's the first time. From what I can remember my fsh was within the normal range but last time it was tested was a year ago. I know others have got pregnant but 1.1 is in the very low to nonexistent category and dr google tells me stuff I don't want know whilst reading in the middle of the night

wild and Kuma can I ask your opinions on dhea? I'm starting short/antagonist protocol now and so I'm thinking of waiting til after this cycle then taking dhea as well, what do you ladies think?

Happy still pompoming you on over here and HB best of luck for today, let us know how you get on. Fx all round

nolly3 · 13/05/2015 08:59

Dr Google doesn't have all the facts at his disposal, beaky. can't believe the nurse dropped that bombshell as you were leaving. can you get a phone appointment with consultant?

hey funkySmile

FortySixandTwo · 13/05/2015 09:05

Hi all is there room for one more ?
I'm 38 ttc for 2.5 years currently waiting my 2nd meeting at the fertility clinic.

Feeling a bit alone in the whole journey really I have lovely friends and my mum is really supportive too but they don't really understand the process and longing I feel as they all conceived easily. DH hasn't really opened up as much as I would have liked but I think he finds it hard to admit there's a problem there.

Anyway enough about me congrats on the BFPs and fx for anyone in tww :)
