Sorry you're still feeling pooey, night (no pun intended). Agree with you and pixa re. exercise. I went to British Military Fitness sessions for about 6 months last year and it made me feel SO good. Unfortunately I then damaged my foot so had to stop. Now I try to go on bike rides that feel the same efforts-wise but it's hard without someone yelling at you to try harder!

ibeka pixa yokyil melon I have been motivated by your exercise chat and I am also going to try a run today. I've spent the last week on holiday eating so I really need to do something about the food-baby belly that has developed!

Just back from my run and really enjoyed it. DP and I have a fun new game. We run the first 3 miles together for moral support (it's almost all uphill and is HARD) then as I do the last 3 and a bit miles he streaks off and does and extra little loop that adds 2 miles to his run. The game is he has to try and catch me before I get home. He can't do it but is very speedy

We got totally dissed by a small child when running recently.
