Tessie - I have my fingers crossed for you. Thai Friday is a bit of a lunchtime tradition, I am (sadly) not Thai. I tend to work across a number of different offices, and if I am at the right office a few of is head to the local Thai restaurant on a Friday and I love it. Smile

Pixa I am ok thanks lovely. Had a call from my new yoga instructor and she thinks she has space for me to start a 10 week course Tuesday nights from next week which I am really happy about. Have AF type cramps, due to ov, it's never been painful like this at this time of the month, weird! How are you?

Mummy the yoga course sounds lovely! Fingers crossed that the cramps are a good sign. I am good thank you, but shattered. I have been trying to cut out tea and coffee this week and I feel about as warn out as I did when I had a kidney infection. I only have to go through 'withdrawal' once though!

Booked a couple of extra bits for my spa weekend and I am just doing some online clothes shopping now. Quite excited. Thank you for asking how I am. Smile

Ooo yoga! I hope you enjoy it. I've been going since last summer and just paid for another 6 week block starting next Monday (which is also when I might be starting jabs.....!)
