Hi all! I came to catch up with you lot today and see the bus is full... Do we want another Bumsnet?! Are we standing united?! I thought I would start another incase it is needed!

Autumn, I am so pleased to hear that things are going well for you! I was wondering how you were just the other day. I think all women worry, but I would push for a scan if you genuinely think there might be a problem.

Purdie, I didn't realise your childhood had been quite so bad. It sounds like your dad was treated terribly. It is unbelievable how barbaric treatment for MH used to be. I am so pleased that you are now both relatively stable and happy, and that you have a good relationship.

I didn't speak to my dad for a long time because of his behaviour towards my mum and us children while we were growing up. He was violent, abusive and only cared about alcohol. Over the last few years he has really changed, and is so sorry for what he did. He is a different person, and we have a pretty good relationship now.

Victoria, Tessie and Night, I really hope AF stays away for you all. It would be so amazing if you all got BFPs!

We heard from the estate agent earlier. The sellers have had to pull out of the sale. I am really upset, but know we will find somewhere else. DH is heartbroken though. I think because it would have been the first house he has owned, and we were imagining our future babies growing up there.

Purds I'm supposed to contact shiy nurse with any questions. But she is useless. I want an answer from the consultant, but I just don't even know if I'm gonna get another app from her. It just doesn't seem right, maybe at the end of AF but not before too!! Yes, forgiveness is a real gift. Hard to master at times I know, but grudges just don't work for me! Always forgive! Booked in for iui baseline scan early next week unless get bfp on Sunday the nurse said it was a good job I called when I did as they only do 6 a week and because I didn't get to start last month she's given me priority!

Ah that's great Victoria Can I ask what a iui baseline scan is? Is that what you had done before and they check the follicles and womb lining?

MMCs are soul destroying, awful, horrible experiences. It takes the innocence out of TTC and hopes for a BFP.

Today, I found out I played a small part in helping save a life via organ donation. Made me feel like there is some good in the world after all.

dparkly or anyone else who uses preeseed. Mine came today - size of the tube wtf!! But DP has no idea what it cost so it's ok. How much do I really need to use? I'm not mega dry but a bit will help.

DH regualrly gives blood, which I love him for. I would do it too, but can't due to being on crazy pills. (depression medication)

Mummy, I have only ever used Conceive+ not preseed, but only use about a third of what they recommend. If I used any more, I think DH would slip out!

I have a question. I am 7DPO & have an absolutely killer headache. I took 2 Paracetamol about an hour ago & they have done nothing. I am now wondering about taking Ibuprofen, but know you are not supposed to when TTC. Will I be ruining my chance of a bean potentially implanting, or is that just if you take them regularly?

Nomio I don't think one dose would cause any problems but I wouldn't. Better to err on the side of caution

Yes the baseline scan is done on cd3 and measures the follicles and lining. It was cancelled last time coz of a large follie, leading to my early ov! I asked what the chances were of it being cancelled again at this stage and she said very very slim! Pleased with that! Had on and off mild cramps today but no spotting or owt.

mummy re preseed I hardly use any! I don't know exact amount but def not even a third of the whole applicator. A teeny tiny amount!!

nomio we were discussing this recently over on April, I'm sure someone said that normal strength ibuprofen are fine, it's the 1000mg ones you need to be careful of. Perhaps take one to take the edge off? In the past I've often overlapped paracetamol and brufen to take the edge off tension headaches. It works. That's awful about your house. I'm sure something else will come up soon though, these things always happen for a reason.

autumn could your symptoms just be normal early pregnancy symptoms?

Mummy I also only use a bit of preseed...partly to try and get as many uses out of one bottle! It is small!!

I just went to catch up on April bus. I can't be ared with all that today. Dizzy and Hair you said it well. i want to post but just not up for getting into it right now. I love everyone on this bus and April. And all the buses this far. I don't know where I would be without the support of you all.
