Here's a link to the website I get my vitamins from. Their vitamins are in the same form as those in food which are the most effective in absorption in the body. A lot of vitamins out there contain isolated nutrients which are not well recognised by the body. So some on the shelf vits contain a very high dose in order to counteract this.

I've been in a tizz today because I'm CD12 and not expecting to ovulate for 2 or 3 days but have EWCM, this is the first time I've ever noticed having it. Does this mean I may be ovulating early? I've been stuck in the office all day when I should be at home DTD. I'll be gutted if I've missed the window.

I was definitely under prepared for af to be so heavy today. I know we need to go through this to get preg, but all I wanted to do today was come home and shower.

My manager today told me they're advertising a role internally soon. More involvement, maybe more pay. Said she feels I'm the ideal candidate. I feel a bit held back as obviously I'm ttc, but I'm going to go for it!
