If you can keep up with a bus that fills up in one weekend and chat shit then jump aboard the bus you are never allowed to leave! Trying to set a target for most BFPs on one bus!

No LPBs allowed!

We will miss you purds. Take care of you and the gorgeous Nancy pants. Xxx

Pixa, in our house a good size portion is the amount you can stuff in your mouth in one go. :)

Yay dojo, beautiful lines! X

mrsb0710 · 31/03/2015 08:35

Morning ladies.

Anyone else due to POAS??

purds we will miss you, but you know we'll still be here, discussing OPKs, CM, and DTD. I'll make sure there is Cake and Brew for when you do join us. Take care lovely lady.

Still don't feel 100%, and I'm splashing out on a taxi, but hopefully I'll feel a bit better when I get to work. 3 day week :)

Nomio230 · 31/03/2015 08:38

Morning all,

Pug, POAS! It is morning! Give us a good start to the day.

Purdey, I completely understand that you feel like you need to step away a bit. You have had a really tough couple of months and I am guessing you are pretty fed up. We will miss you loads, but hopefully after a few days with N-Pants you will be feeling brighter.

I am exhauseted this morning. between children & the stupid wind, I have barely slept at all. Will be needing caffeine today!

We still really liked the house, so I think we are going to put an offer in this morning. We are both just a bit scared of making the wrong choice since it is such a big commitment.

Mummyofonesofar · 31/03/2015 09:07

oooh Nomio very exciting you are going to put in an offer!!! I hope one day we will be able to buy a house. But for now we can do alot with our rented one as it is social housing not private so can really make it our own with flooring and our own decoration so I guess we are lucky.

MrsB Sorry you are feeling rubbish still but at least it is just a short week.

Pug where are you, why aren't you here with a "is it, isn't it" photo!?

You will get there one day, Mummy. It has taken us years to get to this point.

It is very quiet on here this morning.

ThePug · 31/03/2015 09:21

Morning everyone. I come bearing good news! POAS & got what I think is a pretty conclusive BFP!

That'll give me a spring in my step today. Got to go fight it out with people who've decided to slash my invoices by more than half. Depressing.

Nomio230 · 31/03/2015 09:27

Yay!!! That is brilliant new Pug!

Mummyofonesofar · 31/03/2015 09:27

OP posts:
DizzyMerry · 31/03/2015 09:33

Yay, another bfp. Congrats Pug.

Off to read back now!

MelonMelon · 31/03/2015 09:34

Pug as I am driving myself crazy can I ask what your symptoms were?!

MaMaPo · 31/03/2015 09:37

Pug, that's fab news. Enjoy the elation.

So, I have to confess that I've been doing something that nobody should ever do when TTC for far too long for number 2 when number 1 was conceived in moments. I found myself re-reading all my personal emails from throughout my pregnancy: updates following appointments, scan photos, emails to and from my husband about how I'm feeling and how active 'bean' is. It was such a joyous exciting time and I am so, so looking forward to feeling it again.

And all you new BFPs, you are right at the start of all of this. I am thrilled for you. and really quite impatient for myself

So AF had better bloody turn up tomorrow. If I'm going to have the longest cycle I've had in yonks, it might as well be pregnancy. More spotting today, tomorrow better bring the whole shebang so we can get stuck into the Clomid cycle before our trip to the UK. At this stage I'm at risk of not being able to get my day 21 bloods and results before we leave, so we might miss the cycle after that. Stupid menstrual cycle. STUPID MENSTRUAL CYCLE.

DizzyMerry · 31/03/2015 09:43

Sparkly I have blood tests on thurs but will try not to worry. The thought of going through it all again fills me with dread. Had a chat with DH last night and we have decided that if it doesn't happen this month we will pursue private treatment. That puts my mind at ease at least tests will be done quickly.

Purdey you will be well and truly missed on here. You are a wealth of knowledge and ever so supportive. I do hope you decide to stay with us it won't be the same without you and your banter.

dojo123 · 31/03/2015 09:43

pug whoop whoop! lady with a baby! Fab news.

melon you have two days before you POAS too. Positive bfp vibes being sent your way.

ThePug · 31/03/2015 09:45

I'm back, DH now knows the news too!

Here's the gossip
Tried to follow SMEP so:
Used opk's from CD12 and DTD EOD from CD8. Thought I got almost positive opk CD 14 so started DTD three days in a row, only to get a proper positive OPK on CD16, so ended up DTD 5 days in a row (CD14 - 18).

Only real symptoms were lower back pain on 10 & 11DPO, a feeling like I was getting a cold (that lasted about 3 hours!) on 10DPO, some sharp twinges when I was in bed overnight between 10 & 11DPO and then noticing a fast pulse yesterday on 13DPO. CM has been snotty-stretchy, a bit creamy and then today sticky. Noticed cervix had gone up (but not really high) over last two days. That's it!

Oh and I never bothered putting bum on a pillow after DTD.

I've attached my chart too.

According to the due date calculator on here, EDD is 8th December - so just enough time to recover before Christmas!

So excited, but also pretty nervous about the whole thing now!

ThePug · 31/03/2015 09:47

And thank you all for sharing the love - I'm so so glad I have you all to talk to Smile

brickiemum2 · 31/03/2015 09:49

Yay pug congratulations!!!

Mummyofonesofar · 31/03/2015 09:58

An early implantation dip at 5dpo there! Lots of rumpy pumpy seems to have been the ticket there! Well done x

OP posts:
ThePug · 31/03/2015 10:04

Mummy I think the two very low temps were unreliable as I'd had to get up to deal with the dog in the early morning. I think the implantation was actually where the second dip is on 8DPO

Oh and I forgot to tell you all, I couldn't sleep last night because I was too excited about testing this morning but when I did finally get to sleep I then had a dream about posting on here to tell you all about my BFP! Not about telling DH, or being pregnant or having a baby. No, about sharing my excitement with all you lovely Bumsnetters. Grin

Woolly84 · 31/03/2015 10:10

Congrats pug! I knew it Smile

toadierocks · 31/03/2015 10:14

Yayyyyyyyyyyy massive congratulations to Pug !!!! Such great news - another BFP Grin
