glittery is it a lump or a little nodule as apparently tiny nodules are normal? I had one recently but it disappeared quite quickly.

Glittery it could be a nabothian cyst which are harmless. Make an appt with your GP to get it checked out but try not to worry, I know easier said than done but I've read that they are quite common
