If you can keep up with a bus that fills up in one weekend and chat shit then jump aboard the bus you are never allowed to leave! Trying to set a target for most BFPs on one bus!

No LPBs allowed!

tessie sorry I asked you a question then buggered off! Had to cook dinner than DH wanted to watch tv together. . I wondered what healthcare, schools etc would be like in Sarajevo. Hope your DH will be able to get some time off to be back here with you though!

Sammy Yes, definitely have a list of questions and go through each and every one before you leave. I haven't had to have such an appointment so can't be much help, but I'm sure there are others here who can be.

I had a headache earlier so was concentrating on relaxing neck muscles etc then realised I could feel my pulse absolutely racing, despite just being laid out on the sofa watching TV. Timed a minute on my phone and it was 107 bpm! Now I am no athlete but I'm sure my resting heartbeat is not normally this. And Google and other BFP hopefuls on forums seem to agree that your heart rate increases when you are pregnant due to increased blood flow to your uterus. IIiiiiiinteresting.

So - if anyone wants to add another symptom to spot or thing to monitor get checking your pulse!

If my temp is high tomorrow morning I will be POAS. FX!

pug I know quite a bit about heart rates as have some cardiac issues. Is that resting? Regardless... I know for sure your resting heart rate does increase in pregnancy. I'm so excited for you!!! ... Hope you poas Tomor and get your BFP! Your chart is Star

Thanks Sparkly Yes, that's resting - as in having been sat on the sofa for over an hour Hmm Sounds pretty high, right? And I swear I'm not a massive unfit blob! Got DH to do his and it was 70.

hair good luck with your appointment, I think we've been trying similar amount of cycles and ive got my first appointment on Thursday, really nervous and tempted to cancel but cant put it off. I have no idea what to ask, im hoping dr will do all the questioning. Would you mind reporting back how it goes? Xx

That's ok Pug! No, we definitely wouldn't want any dc's going to school here - but we should have left by school age anyway. Hopefully.... Confused I wouldn't mind them going to school in The Hague as it seems more....ahem...civilised!! No worries about DH getting time off when baby is born as he is a Deputy Director so can pretty much decide where he works etc which is fab! Keeping my fx for you poas in the morning - interesting about heart rate!!

The Pug- WEIRD, I was sat on the sofa doing pretty much nothing when my pulse really started racing in my arm, really thumping! I wasn't leaning on it or anything. We shall see!

I don't think I'm going to be able to stay on this bus, my lovely friends. There is nothing wrong, it's just that I simply cannot keep up. I hate not being able to give attention to everyone's news and stories and I feel like I'm losing my way every time I come to the thread and find I've missed loads. I don't want to be someone who just pops in to say hello but the nipper's my priority. I'll see you in a couple of days...love you all X

DizzyMerry I get a lot of twinges and cramps in between OV and actual AF. Please don't worry yet.. It maybe completely normal. Have you had your day 21 bloods checked to see if you are ovulating? Do you temp? Sorry if you have already said all this and I've forgotten!

Boris who are you off to see Tomor? Gp or fertility? And have you had bloods and SA done?

Sammy is your app Tomor too?? Good luck if so. I guess you just need to push now for next steps.. Ask what they would be. Explain the number of cycles you have now been trying for and see how they can assist you. Are you going on your own? If you have had all the pre treatment tests done I guess you need to ask how to move forward, also important to let them know how much you are trying..just so they know you aren't someone just dtd every so often hoping for the best. I hope it goes well lovely Flowers

Sparkly - my appointments not until the end of April, just trying to be prepared.
Dh is coming with me so that's good.

Thing is he very much takes drs word for it, for example after the last appointment and being told to try for another 4 months I was upset and he said 'well that's good, he must think we can get pregnant'

Purdey I know what you mean about this bus... Maybe we should have stuck with the monthly ones?? Don't go away, we need you! Xx

Morning

Well we tested again this morning and these came up within a minute. Eeeeek!

Still really nervous about it sticking. Going to wait until next Wednesday before I book an appt with the Dr/midwife as I will be 5wks then.

purdey you go and spend some quality time with your little Nancypants. We do get quire carried away on here with all the chatting!!

I'm going to nip over to the zen den and try and calm my excitement/nervousness.

Giddy Ha ha, I thought weighing snacks was completely normal?! He is very much a planner. For my birthday a couple of years ago he surprised me with a private tour around the Vatican. He is so good at surprises.

Sparkly and Tessie, thank you. I have a few guesses but I don't want to ruin it. Mega excited though. It's definitely a fixed event because the date cannot be moved. It's somewhere lovely because he will be wearing a shirt and tie and I have been told either a floaty maxi dres, a classic LBD, or a floral body bodycon. Also been told to take a shawl! It is ages away yet but I love getting this little clues.

How is everyone with the cycles today? I am feeling exhausted still. I am on a training course today too so I need to wake up a little! Smile

Brickie I think we do have similar timing for POAS. I hate the waiting part.

Ooh didn't know about the heart rates pug. I have a Fitbit that monitors mine and tells me everyday what my resting heartbeat is. Will be watching it for any changes!
